I saw their menu online before going there. A few menu items seemed appealing. Unfortunately the taste was just not there. The appetizer wings were average wings you could get anywhere. The honey garlic chicken entree I ordered was more like honey chicken and again something you could get at any Chinese eatery. The service was good and that is why I gave them 3 stars otherwise it would have been 1 star. Just because you have a fancy name and overcharge for food, it doesn’t mean you are a good restaurant.
Best sashimi ever. My husband loves their honey garlic wings. Their shrimp with lobster sauce is big enough to share and the shrimp are large, firm and delicious.
We ordered the honey garlic chicken that came with a side of rice. We didn’t realize upon selecting egg fried rice that the rice would come with had minimal egg and no vegetables. The honey garlic though was delicious. Perfect spring rolls. Overall a good experience, but I do think the egg fried rice should be explained on the menu for what it is.
I enjoyed my meal today, though I don’t think I’d order anything I ordered again. The staff was all extremely polite and accommodating. From the hostess to our server and other waitstaff in the restaurant, I had pleasant interactions every time I spoke to them. I mostly blame myself for my food errors. I incorrectly assumed that the Honey Garlic Fried Chicken would be like a chicken tender or boneless wing, which it was not. It was a very crispy (that’s good) platter of 5 total chicken legs and and wings bathing in honey with garlic, served extremely hot. I was warned of its temperature and a total of four (4) times tried to test it and was harmed. Once it was tolerable, it was tasty. But, because it was not what I was expecting (mostly my fault), I probably wouldn’t order it again. Then, I ordered the Philadelphia Roll and realized (I overlooked this, but it was on the menu) that it is made with cooked salmon, not raw salmon, which once again changed the flavors that I was expecting. I did enjoy eating the two rolls I ordered, but I would not order them again. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant. The staff is polite, the food is hot, and the flavors are enjoyable. My family also enjoyed their experience very much.
I’ve lived in Coral Springs for 30 years and my family and I have gone here more times than I can count. Absolutely everything on this menu is made to perfection and delicious! Thai food is naturally spicy so just a heads up. I get extra spicy because I love it! Lol Also, happy hour is just wonderful at the bar and the service all around is always impeccable! :)
Everything I have tried so far has been great! Well fried wings, spring rolls, and JB tempura rolls! This is a go to & in the rotation! You wont be disappointed...
Stay away from the Lo Mein!!!Seems simple, but the noodles were terrible and too much sad sorry sauce.The Lettuce Wraps are good, and the Honey Garlic Chicken wings were top quality!They forgot the Egg Drop Soup ordered, so cant rate it, and they didnt charge for it so no harm I guess.
Went here with some co-workers! Mediocre service but drinks were good! I didn’t like the first drink I had but I think that was on me! The pomegranate was delicious! Guys enjoyed the Long Island iced teas! AMAZING happy hour prices that one would love to try and also the flavors of the drinks were pretty darn good! Would definitely return for happy hour!! A lot of great laughs and jokes!!
In one word, DELICIOUS, this little find was a very much needed surprise. The food was just that delicious, the service was great, we had Lin (Lynn) and she was as pleasant as can be. From apps to main entree, it was a delightful surprise. After looking for a very long time, for a good Chinese restaurant, we finally found it. We would recommend The Red Ginger to anyone looking for delightful good.
We were referred to Red Ginger two months ago by a friend and now consider it our go-to place for Asian Cuisine! The staff are great, the food is freshly made to order and tastes delicious. Would recommend any of the dishes offered. We especially like the Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice --- what a great dish! Although weve never been able to take advantage of the early dinners (before 5:30 pm) their prices are still very reasonable for both the quality and quantity of food they provide.

Open for take out and delivery! Red Ginger has been our go-to for years. We love takeout but dining in is also great- super fast and very friendly service. Food and the cocktails (martinis) are delicious. Could not recommend enough. Overall we had a good meal and will come again. Very nice and delicious

The food was absolutely delicious. The hot and sour soup and the mix soup way above-average. The egg rolls were a little different but amazing. We had Mongolian beef which was one of the best weve ever had at any Chinese restaurant including pfchangs. Pork fried rice again delicious. The Mai Tai was perfect.
We loved this restaurant until last night. We were there for 1 hour before we ever got our food and only half the restaurant was filled the other half was empty. A woman came to the table and said the kitchen is very backed up. The lobster was so overcooked it was very rubbery. My husbands meal came out in two phases. He ordered the XO scallops and pork fried rice which we knew we were paying extra for. We got the scallops and by the time he was done with the scallops the pork fried rice came out. My husband told the manager about the lobster and how the food arrived the manager said Ill take the rice off your bill nothing about the lobster. We have always enjoyed this restaurant we even have the same server if someone didnt put in the order completely understood, mistakes happen, just tell us the truth. Instead we were told that they were short staffed and the kitchen was overwhelmed. Again I must say the restaurant was not full.

Ordered food for delivery. 70.00 in total.The food was horrible. My wonton soup tasted awful. This is a first time I have tasted bad soup. My padtai noodles was not Pantai noodles but...fettuccine pasta noodles. My scheshwan chicken was like soup. My Mongolian beef was mostly green and white onions. Taste meter for was 1 out of 5. Awfull experience.
A solid pan Asian restaurant. Came here on a Wednesday night and our party of four were seated right away. We ordered the Tom Kha Gha (chicken) and my friends who learned how to make this dish while in Thailand were right that this is one of the most delicious and authentic places to get this dish. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and though it was yummy, it was definitely on the sweeter side of my liking. We also ordered the Thai Curry which was really delicious and reminded me of my aunties cooking in Thailand. The General Tsao was just ok. The chicken was dry and the sauce was a bit too sweet to my liking.
Gave this place a try again after a few years. Thought the quality of food would have improved but its much worse. I ordered sushi for delivery and food came pretty quickly, thats what the two stars are for. But the sushi tasted like I was chewing gum, thats how chewy it was. Im not sure whos running that kitchen but this is unacceptable..... disappointed.
Literally the best pad thai I have had in my life (and I have pad thai quite often).The flavor was really good, but the texture of the chicken was what impressed me. It was so tender and delicious. Everyones food was great, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming again the next time I am down in Coral Sprgs!
Hands down one of my favorites as far as quality and flavor of rolls. I can honestly say even though its a little pricey and I can get more in other places for cheaper this is still really good quality. You know its really really good when even though youre full because of how creative the combination of Rose they have together and the way the flavors intricately mesh youre willing to push yourself for one more roll so I say four stars only because of price other than that five stars. Ive eaten at many Sushi locations and have had many different types of sushi rolls all over the United States this place is really good.
This place is my favorite. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very helpful and the cooking they cook is so good. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
Great Asian food and outstanding service! My husband and I took a chance on Valentine’s Day and we don’t regret it! Our server Chris was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the other waite staff were very friendly as well but what impressed me most was the sanitation protocol, as soon as a table was available, the bus boy would spray every inch of the table and chairs!!! Every kitchen staff member was wearing a face mask at all times! Way to go Red Ginger Asian Bistro!!! You’re attention to my health put me at ease! The only thing missing was some soft Asian music playing in the background to transport me to Asia!
Prob the best Chinese in broward. My family who live in dade always want to eat here when they come up. Everything is good on the menu. From sushi to traditional Chinese dishes.

Tried out Red Ginger for the first time based on neighbors recommendation. We loved it. Had the house wings from the happy hour menu and it was crispy and moist. Tuna tartar and hamachi crudo were excellent. Loved the orange beef and spicy long beans. The kids lived their potstickers.
Food is excellent. The service staff was pleasant and friendly.

We arrived at opening (3:30 on a Sunday) and the place was empty except for one customer there for take out. Server was very nice.Our friends ordered the fried rice in the pineapple, hot & sour soup and spare ribs. They loved and finished everything.We ordered wonton soup-which was flavorful and the chicken lettuce wraps which was tasteless, disappointing and lacked chicken. We each made 1 wrap, and left the remainder to be tossed after we left.I had been here several times years ago when I worked in Coral Springs and was excited to go back. Was very disappointed and wont drive the hour to eat here again.

Today is my birthday, and I was hoping to eat delicious sushi, I looked at the reviews for this restaurant and they were good, but after trying the sushi I was very disappointed. The seaweed didnt taste good, and it tasted like it was old, the fish wasnt fresh. I give it 2 stars because the waitress was very nice to us.

If you havent been going to Red Ginger then you just crawled out from under a rock yesterday. The cleanest perfection of culinary arts performed by the chefs. Egg foo young to die for. I cant find another restaurant that makes it as good. And by the way everything else in there is amazingly delicious. Oh and I almost forgot you cant find better ribs anywhere within a thousand miles
Went here for lunch. Went to order online and the price for Mongolian Beef was $14. So I decided to call in my order. The price was $10. This was at 12:15pm on Monday. Why such a price difference? Anyways. Picked up my meal and inside seems nice.Food review: Now please know I am a real foodie and I can say I was really disappointed. I wish I took pictures. Mongolian beef had 6 pieces of meat annd was full of scallions. Not one mushroom. I ordered the ginger salad..huge mistake. Its iceberge with old mixed greens. The mixed greens were wilted and turning green black. I just tossed it in the garbage. I ate some of the meal but it was not to my standards.I tossed it as well. Very disappointed. Will not try again because this is a really simple meal if this didnt come out right I doubt I will like any of there food.
My spouse and I had dinner. We arrived without a reservation on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. This restaurant is smallish, not noisy, and the pulled pork platter was a HUGE amount of pork. There 4 BBQ sauces bottles have nutritional information on them. Priced reasonably. Quick and polite service. Suitable for people of any age.

Customer service? This place doesnt have a clue. The hostess with the Halloween colored hair needs to be trained on how to do her job, not roll her eyes and not speak like a bored child. Seems like the staff there are from the local schools dropout class. Sad because this is really the only decent Chinese food in the area. You pay a fortune for the food, its a damn shame they dont invest some of that money into better employees.
I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. Nice ambiance. Very family friendly. Need to work on keeping menus clean THROUGHOUT the day, After every use. Whom every is preparing the utensils needs to keep hair tied. When I visited today I was first greeted with a golden hair on my napkin setting then that same golden hair in my drink menu. Food was overall great. More details to cleanliness need to be paid attention to. I have a big problem with finding hair on things, especially in a restaurant. My server served us with a smile and that was a plus and addition as to why I didnt complain. (Mainly because my husband said not to) This is one of my favorite spots to eat. Just a few tweaks need to be ironed out.

Very disappointing restaurant. Super slow service and bland food . We ordered 6 different dishes and only one was good. We tried the fried calamari and tempura shrimp, both were tasteless; after that we had a dragon roll and some kind of beef with fried rice horrible too. The only good dish was the sesame chicken with fried rice w chicken. We asked for a wonton soup and they never brought it to us. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is was the 1st time my family and I ate there the atmosphere and service were great. My mother had shrimp and lobster sauce, that was out of this world. My mom is 90yrs old and she ate like she did when she was younger, that made my night, my wife and I had the sushi platter, and it was so fresh, we each had a cup of mixed soup that also was delicious.Id recommend this place to everyone and everyone I know. They went above and beyond this evening. Uber eats didn’t deliver the whole order and one item wasn’t right so instead of pushing it back to Uber like many other restaurants do, they made another entree and delivered quickly..(by one of the managers) Great service!
Food is always very good. Only restaurant I know just doing delivery and takeout. No need to go in. Just open the front door and they give u your order. Safe.
We use to eat there often but ordered delivery one time and their driver got nasty with us because there is no city lighting where we live and got lost driving around. He cursed at my husband and my husband called to let the restaurant manager know. Recently, we called to order and found out we were put on a no delivery list!!! Lol we will never give this business another dollar. A business that operates based upon their delivery drivers rather than respect their customers doesn’t deserve to stay in business.
From the moment you arrive in that restaurant team give you a nice feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a friendly place to go out with your friends or with your date. heavenly meals, creative chief cook and stuff, decent cost and nice service. Warmly recommended.
We were visiting Florida and came here with friends who live locally. They told us the portions were large and that they usually share a dinner. My and I had not eaten since breakfast so we each order our own meal. The dinner came with soup and an egg roll. The soup was bland. The egg roll was small by NYC standards. The 2 main courses we had MooShu and a honey chicken dish were Tasty. Each would have been enough for 2 people. Service was good and the restaurant was comfortable

I love this restaurant! I have no complaints! Their food is always fresh and warm (or cold if ordered that way) no matter what! I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had any problems! The only thing that might bother some people, (but doesn’t bother me because it’s worth the wait), is that some nights there is a long wait and it’s because the food and service is so amazing! I Highly recommend going to Red Ginger if you get a chance!

The Chinese food is average in flavor. Brown rice is white rice tossed with soy. Sushi rolls are inventive, but they all taste overly fishy, even rolls that have no fish or fish sauce. Portions are a good size, enough to share. 90% of the staff are teens. Our waiter forgot 2 of our sushi orders and gave us the wrong rice with another. He filled our table with plates and water cups until nothing fit. We had to ask him please take some of these used dishes away. He was nice, but clearly his head wasnt in what he was doing.
