T-Mobile is absolutely by far the best mobile provider. I started many years ago with another provider, switched to Verizon, then Straight Talk and settled on T-Mobile when it became available. Best decision. Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very helpful and patient with a senior citizen. Explained things easily. Highly recommend Brian for his patience, explained everything in an easy to understand format.

I have always used Verizon due to their Customer Service and coverage. Unfortunately, in the last year I noticed a decline in both. As if they became to big and did not adjust for their coverage and customer service level. I seen better offers numerous times, but stayed with Verizon. However, I lost the consistent customer service and made a switch to T-Mobile.I literally knew all the promotions around and spoke to many representatives, and just did not feel comfortable. Then I recalled Bobby who told me he worked for T-Mobile when I was servicing his vehicle. Luckily when I walked in Bobby was there to greet me, and help me shortly after taking care of a customer.Bobby was not typical that is for sure. Bobby had a natural talent for connecting with customers and explaining options to meet my needs. I made choices threw natural trust in Bobby’s experience. I made the decisions, however Bobby explained why I might like option over the other, even though the price was similar. Once he broke it down, he saved me from my own possible not the best decision. I can honestly say by trusting Bobby he made the best choices. Bobby’s explanation on options to consider where literally the reasons that are always important to me.You can tell when someone is a professional and has your best interest in mind. These kind of Associates have a strong work ethic and have a strong reputation for a reason. A lady came in behind me and ask for Bobby as well. So, you can tell he builds relationships threw great business. And T-Mobile literally has the best to offer. Really just go in and they will customize a fit that is solid, and with plenty of savings.I have done sales all my life, and really Bobby set me up for my current, and long term needs. I ended up transferring my entire families phone lines to T-Mobile. Bobby showed me on his computer how the coverage at my home is the best to offer. As typical protocol Bobby did this on his own. This is an good example how Bobbie address possible concerns even though you did not ask. Bobby literally pulled up the information for the first time, as I watched. So, you can leave your concerns to Bobby, he has you covered.All the details for my longterm plans with T-Mobile were setup. I don’t trust easily, but I know when to trust. So, if you want to be hooked up right, go see Bobby at T-Mobile. You will be provided with solid service, and a plan you will be proud of with not one regret. All you have to do is walk in to T-Mobile in Lake City, and ask for Bobby.

I would not recommend this store whatsoever. The assistant manager has zero customer service skills. They also do not correctly follow T-Mobile policies and procedures for upgrades. As a T-Mobile customer, the entire back of your phone can be shattered and as long as the screen is pristine and there is no water damage, T-Mobile will accept your trade in. This is a blanket procedure for ALL T-Mobile stores. This associate, however, took it upon herself to turn down my Jump! Upgrade because I have a small scuff next to the charging port of my phone. What she did does not follow T-Mobile policy, so I am in the midst of filing a formal complaint with the District Manager of their location. Ill also be going to another store, a CORPORATE store, where they accurately follow T-Mobile procedures and have no problem taking my hard earned money.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME ! Customer service from this location. Richard the representative was very helpful and full of life! The gentleman assisted me with all my issues and showed me this new service t mobile is using called Sync Up Drive.As far as the manager named Daniel, very charismatic and knowledgeable store manager. He was attentive thru out the transaction, and helpful overall. I would definitely would recommend this location to anyone who seeks t mobile or interested in changing to this amazing compNy !!!Thank you guys once again for everything! See you guys soon

Walked in today and I was assisted by the beautiful Kym, she was absolutely amazing. Her and the Manager Daniel, were extremely professional and polite and they helped with upgrading my phone to the alcatel go flip . I love my new phone and I definitely would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in switching over to T-mobile!

Absolutely worst service. My brother is a disabled vet and sells things to supplement his income. He walked in with an older phone and needed to upgrade it with everything the old phone had.Daniel promised him that his apps, face-book and everything would work exactly like the old phone. But it didnt. Greg went back to get it resolved as he has been unable to work due to the new phone not working properly. Daniel blamed all of this on the customer and said there was nothing he could do.I followed up with Byron the store supervisor and he said Daniel did everything right and didnt want to hear any more. When I asked for the stores owner and phone number, Byron got defensive and nervous and stated the owner never gets involved with customer issues and doesnt want to hear about them. I found this very hard to believe.We have a situation here that is very simple. Daniel the sales man promised the new phone would operate like the existing one but didnt follow through. The store supervisor Byron didnt want to hear about his salesperson or even offer to fix the issue. In the meantime we have a disabled vet not able to work.I dont know which is worse, the dysfunctional behavior or the service.
