Tune in! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️I’ve been wanting to upgrade the audio in my 2019 Chevy Silverado LT since the day I rolled off the lot. Stock system wasn’t doing it for me. I’ve been having trouble finding shops who have the ability to take same day or next day appointments and have a fair price with quality work. During my research I came across several providers in Gainesville and Lake City.Welcome Pinnacle Autosound. I called on a Friday morning around 9AM and spoke to Brian. Told him what I was looking at doing and was wondering if I could have it done today. He said that would be no issue! I loaded up the family and we drove to Lake City which is about an hour from where we live.When we arrived, Brian introduced himself as well as the owner Joey. They already had three quotes printed out for me. One being a full audio rehaul including two 10” subs with a custom enclosure, 5 channel amp and all new speakers for doors and tweeter; the second being the same setup with one less sub (more storage space) and the third being just an amp and subwoofer. He came out to the truck and showed me where the amp would go, the subs and where a bass knob could go. On top of that, I had a shanty LED light kit installed inside that he even said he would be able to cleanly integrate it into factory wiring. I talked it over with the wifey and we agreed that the most expensive option was the best deal.When telling Joey which option I opted for, he then offered to throw in a CNC image or design of my choosing and he would render it and have me approve a design to put on the outside of the box to make it even more personal. Needless to say, I was super excited!As I was leaving, he told me he would call me around 5 to let me know what was going on and about what time I could pick it up the next day. I didn’t get there until 11 and they close at 5 so I understood before I got there that it may not be done the same day. Not long after I left, he sent me a text from his personal number and let me know if I had any questions along the way to text him. He also asked if I would like to receive photo updates of the install during progress! Throughout the day, he texted me images of the rendering for the box that he came up with and we finally agreed on an awesome design. As well as sending me pictures of every step he was taking! Not long after around 9PM, he let me know it was done! We were still in town from holiday festivities so we drove right over and picked up the truck!I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer service, materials and the install itself. Joey was extremely informative and has a true love for the job and it shows in his attitude, character and definitely his work.If you have been on the fence about upgrading your sound, don’t go anywhere else than Pinnacle Autosound. If you are within driving distance of Lake City, these are the go to shop for any audio needs. They built a box for my Silverado and let me know that my subs were not right for the amp that I purchased. They gave me a great price for the right subs and my amp can now provide full power. I really appreciate the craftsmanship on the box and working with the customer to make sure that the system was correct. It’s definitely worth the trip from Orlando.

These guys are true professionals at what they do. They installed 2 jl subs and a amp in my new Silverado and it couldnt of turned out any better. They designed the box so that my tire jack and spare tire hardware could stay under my back seat, all their work looks great and sounds amazing!

Brian did an excellent job on our install. Everything worked perfectly and it all looked great. I love when someone can make something look like part of the cars function, instead of something added on later. And that’s exactly what these guys did. I had some custom stuff I asked for, that I don’t think is normally typical for the functionality of my install, and they figured out how to do exactly what I wanted. The nice thing about all of this... The price was so reasonable! I would recommend these guys for any kinds of upgrades, installs or audio needs. These guys are the kind of pros you want working on your vehicle.

Top Of the Line.. Cannot thank them enough for all of the hard work they have done for them... some of the most professional custom installation services around... Joey and Bryan do excellent work. I recently had dash cams installed in two of my vehicles and they are hardly noticeable. years ago Joey built a custom sub box and amp mount for my old Pontiac Aztek, it was a thing beauty and looked like it came fromthe factory that way!

These guys are great, they were respectful and patient as we figured out what I wanted as I am not very knowledgeable in car audio. The work was delivered as promised if not better with very high attention to detail and quality. I will return to these guys for any future audio needs hands down.

Does excellent work for the right price. Bryan is a very friendly guy and will help you with anything you need with your audio system. I’ve never had a problem with the audio systems Bryan installs for me.

He even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was happy with service, which I was! I was having some issues with a tweeter cutting in and out and at some point it stopped making sound. I didn’t know what the issue was and the guys at Pinnacle Autosound determined that my tweeter blew. In no time they gave me some options of replacement tweeters that fit the exact spot where my last ones went so no extra time was wasted. As soon as the tweeters arrived at the shop they fit me into their schedule just to make sure that my problem was fixed quickly. I appreciate how much time and care they give to their customers. Not only did they quickly solve my problem but they knew that I wanted top notch quality tweeters. My tweeter that blew was no longer being made and they were able to find a pair that matched (probably sound better) what I had before when it comes to sound quality. I’m currently moving away from the Lake City, Fl area to Jacksonville, Fl but I will continue to use Pinnacle Autosound for all of my car audio needs.
