Definitely want to give these guys a shout out for getting me in quick. No one else in town could help me out with a patch. Came over to roadrunner here in lake city and they got me taken care of.Definitely recommend this shop if you have big/oversized tires! Coming back later on today to get an alignment and rotation as well since no one else can fit my truck in their shop and get it taken care of.

These guys are the BEST! I stopped in on my lunch break to get my tire filled up and then with the hopes of scheduling an appointment to get my tire looked at, but at another time because normally anywhere else would take at least an hour or so and I didn’t have time for that today. Nope not here! These guys took my car right away and had my tire fixed in less than 5 minutes!!!!! If you have any tire needs I would highly recommend going here. The service was fantastic. All of the staff was friendly and checked to make sure I had been helped. This will be my go to spot for future tire needs.

Bought multiple sets of from them. Servcie is great SUPPPPEEERRR COMPETITIVE pricing. Seriously before you buy online, call Roadrunner and I almost guarantee they will come through for you with a better price and they are local and very quick. Last set I bought, ordered at 8am, they were delivered by 2:30pm. Installed, aligned and balanced by 4pm. Don’t sleep on Roadrunner these guys are legit.

Best Tire Shop ever... I recently had a flat tire, went and got it plugged and the next day it was flat. We called Road Runner as this is our go to tire shop, and Dennis gave us an amazing deal for 4 brand new tires and when we got the car there to the shop we found out my lug nuts were swollen and, they gave us there recommendations (with no PRESSURE to buy more lug nuts) but we did anyways! They have an amazing team of men up there and they were all very pleasant when speaking to us even our buddy TIM!!! With no hesitation I would definitely recommend this company as we have used them for years and NEVER have they let us down... GOOD JOB FELLAS, and thank you for your hard work...forgot to mention I got 4 NEW TIRES put on and they were done within 30 minutes..very fast and friendly...

Literally the best tire shop I’ve been to in my 25 years of living. The customer service and speed was on point. While waiting for my tires to be changed I observed how the staff interacts with their customers. It was amazing. They made the other customers and myself feel like family. I’m sure they will be in business for a long time.

These guys are great! I went in for a minor tire issue,just needed a plug and they helped out for next to nothing. Everyone was busy doing something and they all seem very capable. Devin was great with his customer service and Chance plugged my tire in no time. I can appreciate simple, fast, and friendly quality service and this is where you can find that for all your tire needs!

We have been using roadrunner for years for all of our vehicles. The guys are so polite. They are very honest they dont try to rip you off or just gain money many times weve gone by and they have checked our tires rotated them done things without any charge. We will continue to use them with all of our vehicles.

I called about topping off the Nitrogen in my tires they said come on over. Got there looked like they had some vehicles in the bay they were working on so I parked to go in. I told them I called and was here for topping off the Nitrogen in my tires and they said pull around and pull up here. I pulled around and they checked my door panel to be sure of how much to add and in 30 seconds my tires were topped off. No wait time it was so fast like youd see at a Nascar race them topping off those cars. I was back on the road in literally a minute. Fast service and great people! Theyve earned my business! Beats waiting 45 minutes and outrageous prices elsewhere.

Had a blow out just South of Lake City on I-75. Called around to some tire places in Lake City. Road Runner answered the phone right away. Said he had the right size tire for my car. Then told me come on in and hed have me back on the road in 10 min. Not only did he deliver but the employees went above and beyond checking my spare and finding it low. Came to road runner previously due to my back tires going flat consistently. They check them out and found a long nail sunk into each back tire. They plugged them up in no time. They were professional and friendly.Here I am once again facing a back tire that keeps deflating. I called Road Runner and they informed me they could have the tires I needed by Monday (Im replacing both back tires). In addition they are plugging my tire as we speak. Professional and friendly, and fast as before. Come here for all your tire needs.

I got there at 8 when they opened. There were like 4-5 people already there. Changed my flat tire out in like 10 minutes once they got to it. 30 minutes total time from driving in to driving out. Great and fast service. Can’t beat a $40 tire including labor! The tire was in as good if not better condition as the others on my car. This wasn’t the first time I got a tire from them and won’t be the last! I can’t recommend them enough!

I got lucky. I was able to get in & out while on a road trip for a 4-wheel balancing, even though they were busy. Great job and definitely a fair price. Hard to find both these days!

This is the most honest and trustworthy repair shop we have come across. Devin took a look at our brakes and It ended up being in way worse condition than we thought and could easily cost $1000. Instead of taking our money he gave us a lot of advice on how to safely get to where we needed to go. Most mechanics would have seen everything wrong and gladly take advantage. It’s refreshing to see that they genuinely care about their customers more than just making a profit. Please give them the business because these people will actually help you.

I came to Road Runner after purchasing two new tires from discount tires so I could get my alignment fixed. Let me start by saying I love how straight forward and honest Devin was with me. After finishing my alignment he made sure to inform me that discount tire only switched one of my bad tires. So I am very grateful for that. He then showed me how I was grossly over charged for the tires and compared the price I paid to what they charge for new tire placement. They are the cheapest in Lake City and have wonderful customer service. I will be bringing my car back to them from now on.

For the first time in many years, I had a flat tire. I took it to this tire shop to get it plugged and the young man plugged it for free! All he asked me for was this review. Sometimes you get a blessing when you least expect it.

Hands down most professional place. Wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix what damages I had on my truck but Devin took it on and didn’t fail one but on delivering. Truck couldn’t be better. It was done very quick for the work they needed to be put it. Very professional and straightforward honest. Wouldn’t recommend any other place.

The other day I had to go pick up my wife from the hospital. I wanted to drive her home from the hospital in her car which is her baby. The problem was I had picked up a nail. I had another shop do work on my truck and took it to roadrunners for alignment the manger was extremely helpful and showed me where the other shop put my cambers on upside down. he pointed everything out and gave me a good understanding on what was done wrong with the cambers my truck is now in roadrunners shop getting everything fixed it feels good to know your in good hands and I can say hands down roadrunners the place to go don’t bother with any other shops and their pricing is not outrageous definitely thankful for their business and from now on will be the only place I go cause I know everything will be done right the first time

Roadrunner is where I’ve been doing tire business for over ten years, whether purchasing, tire repair or alignment service. Tim has always treated me fairly, but when he’s not present, he’s instilled the same in his employees. I went in and had a tire repaired and jokingly said the regular customer price. He politely said, “See ya”.

Went there this afternoon to have one of my tires plugged. Very fast and friendly service. Only had to wait a couple of minutes before they got to me. Told them what I needed done and they had me out of there in a few minutes. Anyone who wants friendly,fast and reliable work done should come to Road Runner!

Loved this place. They are kind and they don’t have any secret fees like other retailers. We went here to buy new tires and they did the rotation without any charge. As a woman I also like it because they don’t charge based on gender. I would recommend this place to everyone.

As promised I’d give an honest review of my experience with Roadrunner. I needed a new tire pressure sensor and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Turns out all I needed was an Oring for my sensor. Hopefully this works and they didn’t charge me anything. Great customer service. Hard to come by these days.
