Super nice people and I just pulled in to get tires because I had a blow out on I75. I decided to get six tires for my rv. They worked on it right away. I waited maybe 5 minutes. If I was back in my town Palm beach they would have told me maybe in 3 days we could get to them. I was so impressed with the service and would give them a great review. Pretty scary when you go to a professional tire shop with a blown tire on a 38’ RV. They fix it and send you on your way... tire goes flat by exit 80 on 75N. After inspection of said tire I found it not to be seated properly on the rim and the tire will not accept air. They claim no responsibility for this mishap, after paying $380 for their service..Update... status is I had to pay 335$ for another company to service the road call, bottom line I was sent back on the road with a knowingly faulty tire air stem... watch those!!!

Awesome people who go above & beyond to help you when you need it. I cant say enough good things about them. These folks care about you more than your money. They dont try to sell you something you dont need. They definitely helped get me tires when I needed them. Service is pretty fast compared to other places Ive been in the past.

Our RV blew out a couple of tires at the start of Memorial weekend. We were so grateful to find someone who had new tires, they were at a reasonable price, and the service was fast & friendly! They were also so very kind to drive us down the street so we could eat while the work was being completed. Thank you so very much for the wonderful customer service. The worst service. I needed 4 brand new tires. They have 4 guys standing doing nothing. Spoke to the lady inside . I was the only car there, i sat for 20 minutes. Instead of asking what i needed they decided to help a customer that got there 15 minutes after me and the worker stood there staring at me as if im supposed to change my tires myself. Im sure another shop would not mind making the money..

Boat trailer tire blew out 5 miles down the road, threw the spare on and pulled in here. They had a new tire on the trailer quicker than I changed the spare. Very polite and personable. Would definitely recommend to others.

We unfortunately got a flat in our motorhome after hours and Good Sam was having a hard time finding us a tire in the area. After a quick search I called here and they had it! They came out just about in the time frame they said they would. We unfortunately then noticed it was both tires that were flat. Aaron then had to take tires back and return. The whole transaction was done as quoted and in the time they stated. It was very appreciated to recieve great service under such stressful circumstances.

Extremely rude and poor customer service. Go anywhere else but here unless you wanna be cussed out!Poor management as well! When we called the speak to the owner that we spoke to previously who had already quoted us a price he refused to answer the phone. After his “employees” were trying to charge us additional fees for there inconvenience and for it being “too hot outside”. After we asked why these said fees were being charged “employees” got extremely nasty and cussed at us and told us to leave.Overall extremely poor customer service and management. Can’t believe anyone would want to have “employees” like that representing there company.Absolutely disrespectful

Fantastic service! Great price. We had a blowout on our RV near Valdosta and Roadside Assist replaced that tire. We drove to Lake City and these super folks replaced the other 5. Quick and efficient!

This is the best tire shop in town. The guys here go above and beyond their jobs. They always find time to fit me in that day, usually without much of a wait. Mr. Murray is not hard to find, hes always around the shop. My ex-husband does work for him from time to time, we have been on service calls at all hours of the night. He always answers the phone and someone is always near by if the shop isnt open.

I had all 4 of my tires damaged due to a bad relationship and this company changed all of them with absolutely no regards to if I can pay and then charged me absolutely nothing. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

We got a flat on the highway, but fortunately this place was only 5 minutes away from where we pulled over! We drove over with the spare on and in under 30 minutes they put a new tire on for an incredibly reasonable price. I wish this place was closer to where I live! The mechanics were great!

I’m a woman so I don’t know the best prices for tires but I replaced two front tires here two weeks apart I think for about $50-55. One of the tires he replaced was a spare, he asked if I wanted to keep it and I said yes. So he put the spare in the trunk. The next time I opened my trunk I saw that he put the spare above all of my stuff in the trunk instead of where it belongs. I did not like that at all. Why not ask me to lift up the compartment for you to put it in?That was in January and now it is July and both of those tires are flat. One went out last month and the other last night. The tires were used but does that mean they only last five months? The two back tires that I brought from somewhere else were used and replaced before them and they are still in great shape. I didn’t leave less than three stars because I don’t want to make them look horrible but I will not go back if I have to replace tires more than twice a year. Just pay attention to what you are getting I guess, especially being a woman. Auto shops never go well for us lol.UPDATE:They sold me a tire that was PLUGGED!! I got it replaced and the mechanic says this tire is plugged! And I see the piece of rubber sticking out. This is a shame. Very careless!!!

My tire blew coming home to Atlanta from Orlando and Chris took care of me.All told, I was probably back on the road after an hour and a half, and I only told them I was between Lake City and Valdosta since I couldnt find a mile marker. I would consider that extremely impressive. They also put a good tire back on. It was a Firestone, I believe.I was very pleased with their service. It was better than the best-case scenario going through my mind.

I had a blow out right outside of the exit where this place was located. After a guy driving a tractor trailer helped me put my spare on I saw that this place was right off the exit where I was stranded. I pulled in a little before closing and luckily they had one used tire in my size. It took them less than 15 minutes to change it. Great service and very professional. Im glad they were still open!!

We were stranded on the side of the road at 9:00pm, on a sunday, with a bad wheel bearing. We called several “24 hour” services that did not pick up. We called Lewis Murray Tire & Road Service and they were so helpful! They came in 30 mins to take a look and got the parts to fix it. It was great service and we wouldn’t had been able to get home if it wasn’t for Jason from Lewis Murray Tire & Road Service! Thanks for being the only “24 hour” service that was actually 24 hour!

Me, my wife, and our son blew a tire on the side of I-75, and I realized I did not have a spare. So we called around to find a tire at 12:30 at night. They called me back about 20 minutes after I called the and gave me prices, of almost $400 to come and put one on, or I could get towed and it would be $85 plus tire. And I said I call back in a few minutes, so I could talk to my wife and discuss it.After I tried to get ahold of my road side assistance to get towed to their shop. I called them back a few times trying to ask them to come and put the tire on, as he had quoted me. At first I thought it was an issue with my phone. But then I tried my wife’s phone, and I heard him say in the back ground “that’s the 5th time” as he answered and hung up on me.I’m not sure why he decided he did not want my bussiness, but to offer 24 hour roadside assistance, and then leave people stranded is just plain wrong.Also as I called around after that to find someone who could help us, to no avail. I did hear from a few of the other bussiness in that area, they had heard of this happening before. One went as far as to call him a crook.Either way as me and my family sit on the side of the road almost 4 hours later, I figured I’d write a review.

Great tires

In June 30, 2017 we called them to replace a damaged tire! We were stranded at the rest stop on Interstate 75! They initially said they would be there in 45 minutes! Approx. ten minutes later we received a call saying they were in their way. One hour later they still had not arrived! We called back only to be told that it was raining to hard and they would again be there in 45 minutes! We were 15 minutes down the road and is was not raining by us! A total of three hours later they arrived! Over priced and inconsiderate of our rim we were finally on our way! I would not recommend!

Came to our truck on the side of the highway within 30 minutes, changed it within 20 minutes. 30 foot trailer with a 15 inch rim and they had the tire in stock. Their google says closed after a certain time but they are 24/7 emergency roadside.
