Wonderful

We had Auto Emporium service (check all fluids, tires, belts, brakes, etc. for our RV before leaving on our summer adventures to Ohio, Maine, and Washington State. The staff are very friendly, BUT their work is shoddy. Our serpentine belt broke on the interstate and was shredded to pieces. We managed to get to the side of safely without our power steering and brakes. We sat on the side of the interstate for 20 hours until help could get to us. Tow to shop, repairs, motels, meals for six days was close to $3000. Yesterday we are on I-90 west and we pulled over for the night to sleep. This morning sliders do NOT come back in. We have NO hydraulic fluid. They told us everything looked great for the road. Guess what they didnt fill up the fluids either. They put lives in danger without doing the work they charged us for and saying it was done. They have lost our trust and business.

Stopped in to pick up a vehicle the owner of the company and one of the tow truck drivers stop whatever they were doing and took time out to make me feel welcome show me around their business. Made me feel really welcomed there. Some really nice folks there, a good place to do business. Thanks guys

We broke down in Lake City and the staff here had us back on the road fast. They even tried to comp our service fee when they found out we were Veterans! Incredible people. We felt very taken care of.

I have been using Auto Emporium for years. It is nice to have a trustworthy mechanic in your corner when you have two vehicles with over 150,000 miles on them. With their wrecker service I know even if I do break down they will come and get me and get things going again.

My father was having some alternator problem, the staff was on top of the issue promptly addressing the matter. Friendly trustworthy staff very efficient highly recommended.
