Went in to but a battery one time. My car died in the parking lot. They wouldnt walk and help me. I mean. I did it🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh! And it took them FOREVER! Which is because of no one wanting to work.

My daughter got an oil change and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Her engine is completely ruined. We opened the hood and found the cap right next to the battery.

Poor costumer care. No one knows how to communicate, to pick up a phone to answer is to much effort. Never again!!!

Went to get tires rotated waited and waited employee came out and said they cut hours amd sent people home not even out of parking lot get a text message saying car was teady

Purchased new tire, with tire rotation and wheel balance last year. Unfortunately because I dont have my original invoice they cant honor any of the service that has been paid for on the life of the tire!!!! So sad, Id give the new policy a thumbs down 👎

I called for a part. The associate I talked to said they didnt carry it, I could order it online and have it sent to my house and it was the cheapest price I got that day.

The most unorganized place I have ever seen! And, not just today, but everytime we have had to go there it is always a frustrating experience!

Drove here to purchase four new tires for my vehicle. I waited in the store for roughly an hour while the staff switched out my tires. I am very pleased with the price paid and service recieved.

I arrived at this Walmart at roughly 1:45pm. I had a blow out and this tire center offered my tire size at a reasonable price. Once I sreouvee I checked my car in and waited. I asked one of the mechanics a rough wait time in which I was given two hours — TWO HOURS to have 1 tire changed. They do not operate off priority not move the minute cases out the way. They go off their work order list. The customer service was fine however those that worked inside as far as check in and cashiers in the auto center showed no enthusiasm not gumption to get customers in and out. The lady next to me dropped her car off at 12:30 and did not receive it until 3:45. No one showed any sense of urgency. The staff acted as if it was as a bother and the line was extremely long. They left I assume at their clock out time regardless of whom was in line and how long it was. This was the worst tire ever experience I’ve had at a Walmart service center . I will further pursue that this center is evaluated and someone reaches out as far as a upper management on how expedite and productive this location is. I would not recommend. Pay a little more and go elsewhere if you are either on a time crunch or wanting a o not spend over 3 hours

Waiting 2 hours to get one tire put on. I watched as 2 cars sat in the air with nobody doing any work on them and the tire machines were empty. I could understand if I seen people walking around doing work, but one guy was sitting down and I never seen the other workers. I finally got my keys and left after 2 hours. Good prices, but very poor workmanship and sense of urgency of ALL employees at Wal-Mart.

Nightmare! They said it would take an hour and it took 3. Got back in my truck and the low tire light was on, has to go back in and have them reset every tire. Getting 4 new tire, youd think that would get done before they tell you its ready. Started going down the road and a tire was barking so I went back and checked all the tires and one was the WRONG Size! Im sure that was just great on my 4 wheel drive. I was very disappointed in everything. Would not recommend anyone to go unless an emergency.

Friday morning. Got here at 8:30 am. Been here an hour and a half. Bought $200 worth of stuff I may or may not need. Oil change still not done. Have to wait 30 more minutes to then pay another $65. Next time it will be Jiffy Lube and Publix! These people dont deserve my money. This is why I shop on Amazon! Wish they did oil changes!

All my cars I’ve always came to Walmart for an oil change. They really have great prices compared to most. I moved to lake city recently and this is the first time at this one. Horrible ! 6 guys out in the garage and I’m going on 3 hours waiting for a basic oil change. I didn’t know it took more than one person to do a simple job. Others in the lobby seem annoyed with the slowness and laziness of some of the men that work here. I guess everyone went to lunch at the same time ? Never coming back for auto maintenance and will not recommend to anyone.

Told us we needed new 6 new tires for our Dually because they didnt want to plug one tire. Tires still have 10,000 miles left on them. LAZY !

Been here for an oil change for two hours watching three guys stand around a car while two men talk and one man works. It seems like poor management when it takes two supervisors for a basic job like changing the oil. I could have done this job for a heck of a lot less time and money in my driveway if I would have known it was going to be like this. I will never use this service center again. Going to a dealership is less money and way better service and they can have you out in less than an hour.

Well price was good but two hours later after dropping off vehicle they said they didnt have the tires in stock... So price is great but make them show you the tires before leaving.

Great service but if your getting 2tires changed or getting full service I would recommend getting there as early as you can.

KEEP THE GRUMPY OLD MAN OUT OF THE AUTO CENTER!!! Had tires put on my vehicle very fast BUT, the tire pressure was not consistent. So check the tire pressure.

I went in to have 2 tires I had put on 1 month ago. All the stalls except one was empty. No line anywhere. When other worker showed up they went to everyone else that show up wanting an oil change. When i asked about when they said another 1 1/2 hour. Will not be buying tires from walmart anymore.

I was in there yesterday for a oil change . Most of the guys were very nice . When I was up to pick up my car, they were confused, and was redirecting me out for a Toyota, which was not mine 👎 . I told him the guy brought my paper and keys in . Then I guess the guy Justin redid my paper and almost added more oil than needed. . 👎👎 I was about to freak out !! Justin isnt nice, in fact a bit rude and disrespectful. . Get in gear Walmart your slacking on your employees . Everyone other than Justin was very nice . I wont allow Justin to ever be a part of work done on my car again !!

These folks are more interested in trying to sell stuff than they are in servicing what they sell.

I dropped off my car for what I thought was some fairly routine maintenance issues. I dropped it off for an oil change, to replace 1 tire, and to replace my low beam headlights. After the car sitting up there for two hours, they call me back and say they cannot work on my vehicle because it is not safe. I had my car vandalized recently and the door handle was broken off the drivers side. I told the person writing the service ticket about this, I left the windows open and you can get in through other doors. You could have save me some time and a bunch of walking if you just told me up front you didnt want my money because you had to open the door from the inside. Also, you dont need to be in the car to replace the tire or the lights. You could do both of those things without sitting in it.

Very slow had 1 car getting oil change infront of me and wait 2 1/2 hours.

We like the prices but when you come in to get a tire fixed and is told only two tires have to be done and your next and it shouldnt be long an an hour and a half goes by and your car sti hasnt been done that is a problem

I was stuck in the store for about 3 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. They got my car confused and apparently there was a ticket error which took around 20 minutes just to fix. They were very rude about me sitting in the waiting area waiting for the car to get fixed. I definitely dont plan on coming back.

The tire service was empty when I pulled in. Both stalls were open and it took three hours to change two tires. I waited for two hours for them to even pull my car in and then it took another hour to change the freaking tires!! Unbelievable!!

They tore all center caps off my car and broke them. My new tires wouldnt stay aired up. Nothing but a headache.

I went there for new tires about a year ago. Had to take my car back twice because it felt like it was shaking. It still wasnt fixed and I had to take it to tire kingdom to have it corrected.A year later I have a hole in the sidewalk of my tire. Against my better judgement I returned to walmart in order to have it replaced with a matching tire. Waited hours for replacement. The following morning- my brand new tire was completely flat. Sooooo- back to have it fixed again.Its bad enough to have a flat tire one day- but to have it the second day because it wasnt installed properly is just too much

The sign says they open at 7am Ive been here since 7am and they still havent opened its now 731 I called and someone picked up saying that they have to wait until mangement to open the doors!!! Unprofessional for the “management” I thought maybe showing up on time when they open I could get in and out but No im still waiting 30 mins to A hour!!!!

No one in that entire department knows what they’re doing, Everyone goes on lunch at the same time while they have 20+ people sitting and waiting. I had to wait 4 hours for them to change my battery I bought from them. And 3 hours for an oil change each time I was first in line or 2nd and came in at 7amHorrible experience

Opened late then took them 30 min to put my car in to the bay for 2 tires then another 45 min to start changing them

These people dont even know what the hell theyre doing. Waited 2 hours just for them to rotate my tires. Ridiculous. All they do is sit there and talk to each other and not even do their job.

Called about the Tires that I needed but when I arrived the guy told me he wasn’t going to do Them,today because basically he didn’t want to look for them! Because management filled up thier stockroom with stuff from the store! MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE unprofessional And acted like she didn’t care it wasn’t her problem.
