I took must daughter shopping for her birthday. I love this store. They had everything we were looking for. My daughter is an aspiring artist, kinda. Lol anyway, I buy her markers and sketch paper here. They also have their fall holiday items up which makes me feel good, especially going through this pandemic.

Working there for my first job and the 2and1/2 years with the best group of co workers and MGRs I’d just really like to say a big thank you to my mentors and for co working friends I’ve made there..it’s been my one of my best/worst/challenging experiences ever, it’s a lot of standing and email capturing but that’s the part that helped boast my confidence when talking to people and getting help on the floor from another team member.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🎨

I had a great experience at Michaels they are having closing sale. I got 534.00 worth of items for 150.00. They provided great customer especially Bette.

This store has a great selection of stock. I was looking for particular items and the amazing friendly staff was right there to assist me.

Theyre always helpful and my wife loves going in there. I do as well because i love to draw.

People are very helpful a friendly, they dont watch you like youre going to steal and everything you need to create youll find it at Michaels

It was quite nice for a small mall. Although I went late so almost everything was locked down. But its great variety of things in such a small place its amazing.

I got such great deals at Micheals that I forgot to use my %off coupon.

I love Michaels they basically carry everything that I actually want in like and right now I want to place an order soon when I do Ill be happy to pick it up

We love it here! They have so many different types of art supplies, stationary, framing, tools for organizing and lots of do it yourself items that we love. Michaels is also pet friendly. They allow our dog, Squish, who loves it there so much. The customers and employees love her and know her by name. We frequent Micheals for these reasons and many more.the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is one if my favorite aspects or characteristics of this establishment. How could you not love a pet friendly craft store?

Busy, sold out of most Christmas items. A little bit over priced on the same brand of items you can get cheaper at Walmart.

Its a good place with good items where individuals love to go.

Got a few things. Out of somethings and needed more scrapbooking paper...couldnt find what I needed.

Well i can honestly say that when you walk in your already in a crafty mood😛😛but eve walking around the employees make everything so much more neater, they explain everything you need in great detail. They eve give you more ideas on projects. Kids love it, i love it, its a pretty cook place

Absolutely Amazing Selection of arts and crafts items. High end, low end and everything in between. Id give 5 stars but its hard to find an employee a lot of times and its a little pricey on some items but its worth it to have a store like this around. Plus its in the mall...which provides a nice escape to the normal retail insanity.

Gotta get that 40% off one item coupon. Just be careful I have found sometimes the same exact item half the price at Walmart. Its clean staff friendly and they have everything including how to classes which I have never taken but Im sure there good.

This Micheals is smaller than most, lacking a fabric department (which I believe most stores have). However small though this location, inside the Lake City Mall, still has a great variety of items to meet your crafting needs. They have a sizable yarn selection at fair prices, they do sell sewing supplies (and machines, if Im not mistaken), a great number of sketchbooks canvases and 2-D art supplies, a good sized scrapbooking section, picture frames, baking section, candle and soap making items, not to mention the more kid oriented craft section, plus much more. Ive found the staff to be knowledgeable about the location of items and to an extent some uses in crafting, as well as friendly. Overall a good store in an easy to access location. On a side note they do have handicap accessible parking (including van) and wide aisles inside.

Not what I expected from Michaels. Small store, very limited selection.

Hi,We have visit 3 days in a row Michaels for different items we needed.The 3 different times we have visited, the personal have been very professional, Corteous with lots of respect.We found everything we where looking for.I Will highly recommend this store. The personal made a big difference, Our visit was very pleasant and nice.

While this is a smaller store, and its attached to the mall, its pretty awesome. The staff is super friendly and are always willing to help you out. Plus your internet will work (at least on Verizon) to use the 40% off coupon in the store.

Excellent deals on Halloween and Fall decor! Dawn was super friendly, and a real help when I was wondering how to decorate.

We got some great sales on wreaths & bows. Still a lot of selection for Christmas decorations.

They have a large variety of arts and crafts for special projects. The only issue depends on who is working. Some staff at this particular Michaels are not as knowledgeable as others who may work on other days. But, if you are looking for items for a special project, as I am writing we are working on Halloween items, this store is a great start.

I am not much of a crafty person but I decided to check out Michaels for a sketch book for my kid. I was afraid of the prices before I walked in but something said give it a try. I was pleased to find a sketch book with more than 50 pages for a couple of dollars. I had purchased her previous pad from Walmart and it only had about 30 or 40 pages and cost about 2 bucks. I spent $5 and got her more writing paper at Michaels which left room to buy her a how to book on drawing. I have found things here in the past but only seasonal and when things were marked way down. I generally avoid this store. However, I will be coming back since there are deals to be found. You just have to really look.

They have a lot of craft and hobby items for cheap. Staff is friendlyStore is clean and organized. Would return for materials.

Staff is good and the store has a wide variety of craft supplies. If they are busy it can be difficult to get around because of the displays in the middle of the main aisles.

The silk arrangements are way overpriced.I saw a very cheap looking fall arrangement originally priced at $70.00 & 40% off, however it still looked like it came from a yard sale or flea market

Michaels is a great craft store. Really great deals, quality items, and really appealing items and ideas. Always clean, always friendly, and theres always coupons and sales.

They have all kinds of supplies but they dont offer classes and they dont have many how to books.

Things youd think youd find there are not, for example glow in the dark paint, not just the greenish color but all colors. Website stated they has flourescent body paint, there was none to be found
