I am a single mom of 3 children and one grandbaby living with me. I work 6 days a week. My youngest son is into playing guitar. He has been teaching himself and got really good. So with that said he wanted to upgrade to a better guitar. He has been saving up for one. I am an unusual female, I hate shopping! So I told him to find one he wants and we will go buy it. He and and cousin went together to look 2 weeks ago. We live around the corner from this shop so it was our first pick. When they get there you couldnt enter without a mask, which is fine. So these young men go all the way to the mall to get a mask. Returned back to shop and entered to only be asked if they are buying and my son replies, no. So they were asked to leave. This is unbelievable. They were only observing the equipment, not causing any trouble quiet and trying to find a new guitar. This shop will most definitely not be getting my business or recommendation

Absolutely amazing staff and prices!! Better than online and I shop around! So extremely helpful and the other place I went to charges extra just for the power cord! Not here! Everything included plus ask about sales! We got 20 dollars off the already reduced price! Highly recommend swicegood and we will definitely be back! They even carry your stuff to the car for you, I thought service like this didnt exist anymore! Thank you swicegood!

Ukulele luau was a fun event, the staff was nice. I bought a baritone ukulele chord book, they didnt have any concert ukulele strings. It was a nice store.
