Went there today for a signature. My nephew purchased a motorcycle and it was very quick. In & out within 15 minutes. Salesman was Trey and he was very helpful in getting things done very quickly. This place is huge on the inside, which doesnt appear to be from the outside. Nice, clean store, as well.

Needed another square part for a old Honda restoration, the parts department was super helpful, tracked down a part in stock, and got it mailed within a matter of hours!

It is worth the wait town the knowledgeable mechanics work on your atv!

I have had to deal with this place several times and it is always the same. They dont answer the phone, the hours are random, and usually made to feel very awkward and uncomfortable in the showroom. They do however normally have the parts/tires needed and no problems with the work they have done. I would probably go to a different place if the options were here. They dont have any real competition in the area and that is most likely where the problems arise

It was nice. They just charge a bit too high for me. But it is the dealership. Sheesh.

I took my wheels here to have the tires removed and the hardware taking out of them to have the wheels powder coated then took them back to put the hardware back in..spent 160 dollars all together and they could not even put in 4 new seals even after asking to have them replaced. I figured that would be common sense... guess not.

Great time getting tires repaired cost was less than I had predicted the staff was very nice and helpful all around 5 star

When I dealt with them in 2011 they were good. Good people once u get to talk to them some and know them.

I will never go here for service again. They told me they would fix my bike because its under warranty and I even showed them the tires and snorkel and they said theyd still get it fixed because of my warranty. 30 minutes later I get a call and he said who told you wed fix it because these tires are too big. But yet he even told 27 inch tires are within warranty guidelines. The he told me no one at the shop told me they would fix it and didnt know what I was talking about. Funny thing is he was the very guy they said itd be fixed. Im going back to Mississippi where I got my bike. They fix it no questions asked.

Looking to buy a new toy, either a pinoneer or bike. Went to look at showroom and was akwardly followed around and made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Needless to say, bought a pinoneer from elsewhere and its awesome.

Not a bad location but really needs to expand their gear selection.

I was on a Summer motorcycle trip across the country and on my way home I discovered I needed a back tire on my Victory Cross Country. I was in the Lake Charles area and the only thing I could do was look up shops on the internet. I found two Honda of Lake Charles and so I was waiting in the parking lot when they opened. They didnt have my size, but said they would try the one they had. It was bigger, but didnt know if it would fit. They tried and it didnt fit. The owner came in and asked me to come to the back. He explained the problem and that he had an old tire that would work. Here where the surprise comes in. He said it had been around the shop for a little while and he could not guarantee how long it would last or even why it was changed, but if I wanted it? It was mine. He would have to charge the labor to put it on, but I could have the tire. The owners and staff were great and stayed late to help me get back on the road and make sure my bike was safe. I must admit I was worried about being away from home and in a jam, you know we have all heard those horror stories. Well if you find yourself in the Lake Charles La. area and in need of help with your motorcycle or other motorsport vehicles, go to Honda of Lake Charles for Great service and a friendly staff that will do what ever they an to help you. I can tell you they have made me a believer that there are still good people out there that help people in need. Thank you guys and I made it home safe. 1000 miles and some of them wet. If Im in the area again I will defiantly stop in.

The worst experience I have ever had with service they have quoted me one price befor over the phone to mount and balance my tires when I got to the dealership it was the second price and whenever I was done with the service it was a third price I strongly recommend not coming here everybodys better off taking a ride to Beaumont or any other place the service is horrible

Worst shop in the area. Supposed to be open from 9-5 on Saturdays and 2:00 the doors are locked and Noone is here... I work 6 days a week so its hazard to get off in time to get what I need... lost a customer for life

Website states 9am til 5pm Saturday. We drove 40 miles to find out they are closed.

The internet states that they are open on saturday from 9 am - 5 pm . So you come out at 1 pm and THEYRE CLOSED!!!!!! WHAT THE HE** ?!!!?!!! now i cant get the parts that i need for this weekend. Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a Honda rebel 1100 here and the experience was amazing. Ramie was my sales guy and answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions for accessories. Did I mention I came 5 hours from Central Texas...but my home town people never let me down. Came back for my service and again everyone was great. David in service was also great with helping me get done in good time. If you are looking for a Honda this is the place.
