Frank and his staff are amazing and second to none. Frank was easy to work with and any time I had a question when trying to choose my countertops he was very prompt getting back to me. His installers were amazing. They took the time to make sure every detail was just right and left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank and his team to anyone who needs countertops. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Worst experience ever...13 day with no kitchen, it was supposed to be a one day job. Owners said they would send a whole crew to get the job done, its been one guys working his tail off all day. Its 7:00 and he is trying to finish as its getting dark. I should have just paid him 1/2 of what I paid k&t and had it finished in two days.

The owner gave me a price for a piece of quartz. After I paid, I waited for someone to call me about coming to my house to measure for the install. No one called. I called about 2 weeks later asking if they would come measure so we could talk about the design. I was told the owner said it wasnt necessary for them to come measure and that I could tell the installers what I wanted when they go here. I had to keep contacting them to make sure they were scheduling my install. On the day they were supposed to come, I got a call saying they couldnt make it. The next day, they showed up and went in to measure and when I told them what I wanted which was not unusual, the guy called the owner and he said absolutely not, that wasnt included in the price. I reminded him that I called to get someone to come and measure and discuss what I wanted. He said that he didnt have time to come over and he would just give my money back. He was very unprofessional in his conversation with me. There are better granite people in this town which is where I will go.

Very experience staff, definitely meet your needs. Would definitely recommend them for anything you need done in your home.

K&T Cabinet & Granite Inc. were awesome to deal with. From day one they were easy to deal with and very patient with my wife and I. While installing the cabinets we ran into an issue but it was handled promptly and very professionally. Not only did they give us the best price but they gave us awesome service as well. If there was ever a time that I needed to meet with the owner about my order he always called me back or set up an appointment as soon as he could. We will be using this company for future projects. Keep up the great work guys.

This place is horrible. I will never do business with these folks again. I have been waiting for over a month for a project that I was told would be completed in 2 weeks! I am livid. I refuse to pay full price for a product that has not been finished. We have been told twice that this project would be done and it has not. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This business is completely unprofessional.

Verrrry disappointed!!!! First - prices sounded great, but you get what you pay for. Frank came out and measured and stated they would be laying the granite on top of the old tile. I was brought up by a perfectionist and know that is not the correct way but I was letting my spouse deal with the install. Day of installation - 2 gentlemen show up and could not speak English, where was Frank - no where around. Spouse was forced to hurry up and pull all the tiles up. Island install - measurement on each side are off by 1/4 to 1/2 inch, fourth side of top counter is unfinished. Frank says they could not put an edge on because it would crack due to small size - if it would have been measured and installed correctly we would not have had this problem. And if it was an issue on our side to begin with, we should have been informed so we could have fixed it first. And he is also trying to blame the measurements being off on the supplier - really!! Back splash was installed over molding - seriously!! Now the sink - our biggest issue. Sink is in a corner so the cabinets come into play and Frank knew about this but apparently didn’t relay this to the men he sent to do the job. Hole for sink was not cut in the same spot but pulled forward by an inch or more. Needless to say we have been without a sink or water in kitchen for close to 3 weeks now. Frank says hole could not be cut in previous spot because granite would crack - he never told us this in the beginning. I finally find a sink that should fit - but because the sink hole is not square - it does not fit - hole is off by 1/4 to 1/2 inch - no level edge. After our initial first complaint - it took Frank a week to call us back and another week to come out and look at our issues. He had an excuse for ever complaint and refused to correct any of it. We have had 2 contractors in the home since the job and both have seen all the screw ups. They asked who did the job - Frank, I would be embarrassed. So, if you want Frank to complete your job - this is your warning.

Great quality & customer service! If you are contemplating a kitchen remodeling, you are probably going through the same steps I did to find the right designer; and wondering if you can really trust an online review. These are the reasons Im giving a glowing review to K&T cabinet& granite. Definitely will do business again in the future and highly recommend them to family & friends!

As a home remodeling contractor in SWLA, I am often searching for new local vendors. I came across K&T while looking for a new cabinet/granite vendor. I was pleased with the speedy response I received from Frank. He came out the same day I called to take granite measurements. The granite I initially chose was out of stock but the replacement granite was just as beautiful. The crew came and installed and left the work area as clean as they found it..which is rare to find! I am pleased with the quality of the granite and will soon use them again on another project! Thanks K&T
