We bought lailas birthday cake from the bakery here ... It was as beautiful as it was delicious.. Great service .. Great knowledgeable staff .. Loved it!!

I think this was the store that i had to be careful of all the buckets on the aisle catching water coming from the roof. Other than that it seems like a nice place

The store was clean and as usual the fresh produce was very appealing. The meat market very neat and organized. But they cant seem to keep the disposable handwipes.

Products easy to find and the staff was friendly.

This used to be the premiere grocery store in South lake Charles. Since Kroger moved into the area though, this grocery store has taken a step back. It isnt a bad grocery store at all, it just doesnt offer as much as the Kroger store in the area. There is also a heavy competition from a new Rouses in the area. The best thing about this Albertsons is that it tends to have less traffic than any of the other grocery stores in the area. Prices can be high, but keep an eye out for good sales. The staff is friendly for the most part and its easy to find what you need in this store.

I personally love the store first communion was the jalapeno bread, its out of this world after you slice it yourself and toast it. The quality of the food is top-notch. The price is more than reasonable and cheaper than most other places especially considering the quality. I highly recommend the store. And Im sure if you shop there youll find something you love about it too.

When to get cash back as per Albertsons on Google, it said $200-$300 back. Cashier said $100 was max. The part that upset me is I KNOW for a FACT it allows you to do $200. It is up to the cashier. Sad that she wouldnt do it under the circumstances I told her about.i will stick to Ryan Street Albertsons.

BEAUTIFUL Selection of flowers. I got some beautiful orchids and a beautiful red rose with an even more beautiful base for my birthday. Gift from my mother and the lady who was attending the flower section was SO sweet! Wish I could have gotten her name but she worked on July 26th in the afternoon just in case the manager sees this. Very lovely experience!

Albertsons has a wide variety of those hard to find items.

We are regulars at this store. Not once has there been a charged electric chair available for my arthritic mother. Today while we were checking out, the clerk had us totalled before mom even got to the machine to put in her number so she could get her digital discounts. The girl was very obviously in a hurry and too distracted to stop and explain to mom why she didnt get the discounts, and as my mother said Im sorry for being slow she was off in lala land somewhere. Pitiful service.

Be prepared you will spend more time in line than you will shopping,no self checkout,long lines every visit

Refuses to sell hard alcohol on Sundays. They do not put this information on a sign anywhere, any of the half dozen employees you pass by (some of whom will engage you) will not tell you about this rule, but the cashiers will act incredulous when you come up to their register with hard liquor You know we have to go through this every Sunday, I wonder why... This store is too pricey to have to put up with bs like this. Shop at Kroger.

The Cyprus Haloumi cheese is double price than Other nearby supermarkets or grocery stores. They need to set reasonable prices in all products. Overpricing of one product is a good indication that many other products are also overpriced.

Albertsons has decent sale prices. But as Albertsons like any other store its hard to find an associate that can help you find something that youre looking for. But I will say that they do cater more so than any Walmart Ive ever been to..

I thought it was unprofessional for cashier to be texting and checking me out. She was so caught up in her phone she was speechless the whole time of checking me out... Not a hi or thank you comeback have a nice day or anything. I give four stars still because the guy in the booth with flowers next to register came and gave my son a huge AT. PATRICKS DAY balloon and put a smile on his face erasing my thoughts of what just took place at checking out. Maybe the cashier had an emergency and needed to text.

Great store!!! I would have giving it 5 stars but due to the lack of cashiers working all the time. It takes a long time to check out.

Ordered a fruit platter and it was exceptional. I overheard people raving about the freshness, sweetness, variety, and colorful presentation. Its my go to store for meats as well. Im a repeat buyer.

Only thing I can complain about is it bein so dang cold. I shop and by time I walk out, I literally can not feel my hands, fingers and toes.

A little pricey, but service has always been good. On a few occasions, items I have purchased were beyond the expiration date. These items werent part of a get rid of it sale, they just werent removed from the shelf. I know, I know, its up to me to check, but sometimes I dont think about it in a store that appears to be a higher end store.

Albertsons has been a Fav of ours for many years, long before we moved to this area. Excellent meats, fantastic produce, great product selection. Helpful associates. Good prices.

They do have good sales. Especially on meat. At least they did at one time. The biggest problem they (the management) shows favoritism and doesnt give their employees a chance in different departments.

The store & management are great. But, they have the rudest person in pharmacy! I wont go back in a business who allows rudeness, especially when they know so many people have problems with her!

Never can find anyone in the store to help me locate an item. Prices are high unless you shop the sales. But its a nice quiet experience and always clean.

Its a well cleaned store. But I had to stop shopping there because of the consistency (8 out of 10 visits a ridiculous amount of times) of being overcharged. It became to time consuming to get the manager to refund my overcharged items and not once (from the first time to the last) was I treated kindly by the Female Manager. She didnt smile or even give any eye contact. I feel bad enough bringing the mistakes to their attention, but in No way will I treated like that. So I choose not to. Although the Cashiers were always Nice! 😀

Ive never really been an Albertsons fan, but the organization of this particular one blows me away. The deals are great. The customer service A1. I always look forward going here.

Nice big place but their food sucks. Had a meat pie that had just meat and no cheese. Managed to eat like three before I tossed it and the flaky onion rings out the window. Chicken tenders I had to tear into it like an animal. I think I remember a Albertsons in our town but got kicked out by krogers because Krogers is better.

They have very fresh meat fresher than Ive ever seen prices on certain things are a little expensive sometimes you get a good deal on certain things specially canned goods
