My experience with ordering my safety glasses with very professional. Customer service were very excellent. They treated me with respect even when I enter the store I was greeted with a Hello. They cater to my needs of finding the right safety glasses. They showed me some samples of some safety glasses, and they were very patiently with me and when I was ready to purchase my glasses she asked me questions and made me feel comfortable on my decision of purchasing my glasses. I recommend 10 out of 10! I originally ordered from the eye clinic and have been waiting for my sons glasses for over 2 weeks now. I called Eyewear Express, came up there that day and had my sons glasses within 2 hours of ordering them! I can’t remember the girl who helped us. I think it was crystal but I’m not sure. She was friendly and so helpful!

The ladies that help me were very knowledgeable. They asked what my insurance was, searched by my name and social, I didn’t need any extra, and it was easy my glasses were ready within an hour total before the original pick up time. First pair was ready in 13 minutes. I brought them in my prescription since there isn’t a doctor working at the location.

Our lady was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient with us . She had to do two people (old people ) to deal with ! She had so much patience with us and we did buy 3 glasses! We can’t wait to get them !

Very clean area and very professional. My awesome Doctor, Dr. Wayne McClure’s office was destroyed by Hurricanes, has been closed so I have searched everywhere for somewhere to make correct “lens” for me. Eyewear Express was spot on!!!! The staff was very professional and friendly. The glasses were ready that day! Everywhere else you have to wait weeks to get your glasses. They were also much cheaper as well. I will only use Eyewear Express from now on!

I’m just gonna go ahead and brag on Crystal’s customer service skills along with the other employees at Eyewear Express in Lake Charles. The service was absolutely the best I have experienced in any facility. Not once did I feel rushed in choosing my frames and Crystal made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner! One of my prescriptions were ready within 40 minutes and their deals are legit. I will not go anywhere else for eyewear and anyone I know will be referred to them. Highly impressed with this place!

Ordered twoPair of progressive lenses. Told 7-10 days. Called on day 13 and was told glasses were ready later that day. Boy, if that is customer service, then I have 20/20 vision.

I called Eyewear Express after going to 2 previous Eyewear places one that I had to send off glasses twice and still couldnt use them after I got them Backstreet couldnt get it right so I continued to wear cheaters until I got to the highest number it got so bad I disided to try again so I went to the first place close to me and wow it was outrageously priced for my budget so I decided to take my prescription somewhere else and boy am I glad I did because it saved me almost 500 hundred dollars and I got 2 pairs versus the one I would have got at the other place I recommend you talk to Crystal at Eyewear Express on Prien Lake Road she was so awesome, professional and and polite she got my glasses done within hours I was so happy that I didnt have to wait 7 to 10 days I will never go anywhere else !!!! 😊

You really need to go to Eyewear Express for your glasses. I cant express just how much they have to offer. The selection of frames and styles offer many options for whatever youre looking for. Im going to try and answer some of the questions I had when I was looking into going here.I went because I saw their commercial on TV.I left there with two pairs of glasses for under $40.00. I thought that there would be a catch to it. Theres no catch. Right now they have no optometrist. The $40.00 for glasses & $80.00 for bifocals is just for the glasses. You can get an eye exam and bring it in and depending what time and what you get, you will have your glasses that day or the next day. Even with my $40.00 pair of glasses, they gave me two really nice cases to put them in! Not some fabric case or plastic case, really nice cases. You can use your insurance for your glasses but I dont have any. Im not sure if it would help or not but it might.I definitely have to mention my sales associate. Her name is Christina. She was more than helpful. I came in much later than I wanted and for what I heard they had an extremely busy day. You could never tell that from Christina. She was busily restocking the frames since so many had been sold and I had every frame in every slot to choose from. I was having a little trouble with picking out my frames and she was a great help. Since I got there so late mine was not ready until the next day but they were absolutely perfect! One other thing, they dont have contacts. Go and check this place out for your glasses. Ive had insurance and no insurance. Ive gotten glasses at a lot of places. Mexico, Houston, Santa Fe New Mexico, and all over Lake Charles. Ive never had such a great experience for glasses in my life!

I went to eyewear express yesterday. Not only did them help me with getting a pair of sunglasses, they helped me get a pair of reading glasses. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Crystal and Krystle were great.

Very friendly safe and patient. I didn’t feel rushed, even though I was indecisive about which glasses to buy.When I picked up my glasses, the associate took her time adjusting them and making them as comfortable as possible for me.

My daughter lost a lens to her glasses and is completely blind in one of her eyes without it. The wonderful staff at eyewear express had a new lens made for her in 26 minutes. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and will definitely be back. Tip : Check their website for coupons, I got her glasses fixed and a back up pair for only $117.00. That’s a steal for her very strong prescription.

My 7-year old daughter saw an eye doctor in Houston and brought the prescription back to Lake Charles. Eyewear Expresss staff is very friendly and helpful to choose the frame. Not only did they offer the second pair for free, but both pairs are ready in 11 minutes! You can literally buy a cup of coffee next door in Starbucks and the glasses are ready. The whole process is seamless. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, and it was avery great environment, they had my glasses ready in a hour just like they said, I recently had ran over my glasses on Monday night I only had to wait until Wednesday because they were close on Tuesday, they have a great selection for frames and I would recommend everyone to at least check them out. I was totally shocked at how professional, friendly, and fun the members of staff were during my visit to Eyemart. I was looking for a place that would take the time to look through frames and explore inventory with me, while also being able to prepare my order for me to pick up next day. The general manager, Ashely, gave me the best eyeglass buying experience and even offered to have my glasses ready same day before close. She was extremely knowledgeable & kind! I will never shop for glasses elsewhere. Love this place!

Best service I ever had dealing with eyewear. Better than overpriced eye clinics that sells low quality glasses for a high. They have a stylish array of glasses for a low price and they are more durable. Plus they come with warranties.

Glasses done quickly unless you are getting a special order or a special process. Than it’s a 5 to 10 day wait. Glasses came out perfect.

The Representative efficiently helped me get in to the 2 pair eyeglass deal at an excellent price. Afterward, it seemed that I had just left the store when I was getting a text message telling me that my prescription glasses were ready. My glasses fit perfectly and Im very satisfied.

My girlfriends glasses where ready before I had finished my orde . Thats quick. Because mine had to be sent off to be done she arranged them to be mailed to me because I lived out of town so I wouldnt have to make a special trip to pick them up. I will from now on use them exclusively for my families glasses. Not just for price but due to the service the employees provide and add a friendly experience to each customer.

This was my first time using a service for same day glasses and I am a very satisfied customer! I was able to use my current prescription from my doctors office who does not have a lab. The whole experience was topnotch- from being greeted cheerfully as I entered and continuing until I picked up my glasses in LESS than an hour later. This office has an optometrist also and I will he returning when my next eye exam is due.

I recently had a glasses emergency and Christina and Ashley at the Lake Charles, La store took care of me perfectly! I showed up at 520pm and walked out at 540pm. My sons glasses were ready the next day by noon. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They both did a wonderful job. A++

Excellent fast service. Major vision insurance is accepted, though it will only partially pay for the glasses. I ordered my main pair of glasses and got a free backup pair for now, in about 45 minutes total time. Professional staff has good coordination with the onsite doctor (Complete Family Eye Care). Large selection of eyeglasses for all ages with free adjustments.Unless you are getting basic single vision lenses without coatings, you will have to order the lenses. This is no different than any other eye wear lab in the area. In house, the glasses will rarely take an hour to make. Pricing is also competitive with other stores. Of course, online will be cheaper, but it is unknown how the service will be in case of errors or adjustments.

I was very impressed with this place. Their selection for kids Medicaid frames is much better than the few other places that accept Medicaid. The customer service was excellent, and the glasses were ready to be picked up just a couple of hours after ordering.

Needing glasses for my granddaughter, we headed to Eyewear Express. Not only was Ashley super great in assisting us, but their on-site lab was able to get her glasses made and to us in less than 2 hours! I am extremely impressed.

Terrible quality lenses. Refused to replace. Within a few months the lenses were all scratched( no from being dropped or abused in any way) and cloudy. I finally went back and they replaced the original lenses. Within even less time these lenses were a mess. I went back again. They refused to replace these saying that the prescription was a year old. But, when I decided to get all new glasses ( their$20 sale) the prescription was just fine for them! I will definitely never deal with these people again.

My dog ate my glasses, and I needed a new pair quickly. Since I was going to have to pay out of pocket, I needed something reasonable. The Eye Clinc could get me a pair for $80-90, but they would take approx 2-3 weeks to come in. I went to Eyewear Express, and got TWO pair of cute glasses for 40 bucks; and they were ready in 14 minutes!! Whaaaat...? The staff were all so nice and helpful. They earned a customer for life!! I would NEVER return to the front of the store. I was treated like trash. Lesa was not helpful and the new girl was sorta helpful but she was confused and needed help. No one oversaw what she was doing or helped her to make sure that my order was done correctly and that my prescription order was correct. No one was interested in helping her or me. I have no clue if my eyewear will be correct when it arrives back. I wish i would have taken my prescription and went elsewhere. They were not helpful at all. I was on my own in the store. Lesa has attitude, beware of her. Never again!!!
