I shopped for a 4 Door Jeep Wrangler for the better part of a year online and in person around the Houston and surrounding Texas areas. I was told multiple times, by multiple dealerships, that they could only go $1500-$2000 off the MSRP Sticker price. I really wanted a Rubicon Unlimited Wrangler but the price point was a bit of a draw back for me, until one day as I continued my online search I came across the Jeep of my dreams at Mark Dodge. They were advertising a brand new 2021 Rubicon for over $7,000 off MSRP sticker price! I called and spoke to Shawn Veto and he assured me it was not a gimmick and the Jeep was available. I purchased my dodge journey here, the sales rep and mechanics are pretty cool...I would not recommend the dodge journey though because its a 4 cylinder and it has definitely had its issues...seemed like a great idea because its third row seating and great on gas milage but theres like zero leg room and if youre using the third row seating you can kiss grocery room goodbye...However they can detail the mess out of a vehicle inside and out! I wish I could utilize those services more often because kids can do some damage even if you make rules like no food or drinks in my car...They are good at repairs and they usually have my vehicle a week at most...

On June 15th 2021, my truck failed. Mark Dodge, being the closest dealership, and purchased from there, thats were I had it towed. Bc of covid, parts availability, and my experience with this 2016 Ram Ecodiesel; we quickly decided to seek a replacement truck. Searching endlessly, on Sunday we find what may be a suitable truck... at Mark. Monday, June 21st, I visit Mark early, but the line of my Service Advisor Labato was long. So I inquired about the new truck, after a quick test drive, Im pressed to Make A Deal TODAY! Numbers on the new truck are thrust in front of me. But I make clear, any purchase is contingent upon my trade. I leave Otis and the salesman, to check with my service Advisor Labato. He was still very busy. I returned to the table with Otis and salesman, and listen to them talk up the new truck, numbers wrote out in front on me. Suddenly, Service Advisor Labato appears, handing me a Work Order for $9,500.00 to repair my truck, ... we are ready to get started, would that be cash or check?... but some parts may not be available until September 28th.... My head spins, stomach sinks... $9,500.00! Nearly within a breath, the Salesman presents me with a sheet of paper detailing the purchase of the New truck, valuing my trade at $7,500.00 ( pending pay off). Sad stuff. I walk out nauseated. By end day I find myself at Navarre Ram. BEST decision of myday, month, and year!within 48 hours, Navarre Quality Service Advisors and Technicians determine that the $9,500.00 work order Mark presented me with, was all Warranty work!! The fine people at Navarre offer me $20,000.00 for my truck. I immediately buy a new new Longhorn. Im still sick to my stomach over Mark trying to steal my truck. And now, I have formed a belief, that if your vehicle has a Mark sticker... you are, have been, or will be... a proverbial Mark ( victim) of Mark. Ive apologized to everyone I can think of for ever bringing them to Mark. Many lunches in the last 7 weeks, making sure they understand . To all those I ever recommended Mark... I apologize. I cannot reach you all, to caution you. I can only say here, dont become a victim, a Mark, at Mark, yourself.

Best car buying experience ever. Saw their inventory online with transparent pricing. They had the biggest discounts on Ram 1500 trucks by far and the price I paid didnt change from their advertised price. No ridiculous dealer adds, which I really appreciated. Jason was the sales person I worked with and he got me the numbers I was looking for and we made a deal in a few hours just via texting and emailing as Im an out of town buyer. Dale in the finance department took care of all the paperwork in just a 5 minute phone call. Jason drove the truck 250 miles to meet me to deliver the truck a few days later. We exchanged vehicles as I had a trade that he drove back to the dealership. Just unbelievable customer service and cant beat pricing. Will definitely recommend Mark Dodge to friends and family and will be buying from them again.

Great prices and salesmen! Really bad staff behind the scenes. I dont live locally and this has only complicated the situation. Initially I was impressed, but after the sale they have been impossible to contact. I had to drive on expired tags for 3 days before they got me new temp tags. I did everything they asked but communication has been 1-way and it is very hard to get anything done. They have zero urgency post sale to help you. They wont respond to emails or pick up my phone calls anymore. All I want is my final paperwork and the tags for my truck. Please and thank you.

Reached out to this dealer about purchasing a Toyota Tacoma and talked to sales representative about purchasing. I asked for a few extra photos of the vehicle and the salesmen said to give him a few minutes and he will send photos. After two hours of ghosting me I tried calling the dealership and they were closed. Called the next morning and spoke to another gentlemen and he told me they were in the process of selling the car the next day. Wasted my time by completely ghosting me and then replying to my text message two days later.

I refuse to go anywhere else now to purchase my next RAM2500. I was referred to them by more than one person which is a great sign that youre in the right place. I was not sure about the online buying process but it was very simple and straight forward. I made contact with Robert on a Tuesday around noon and had the truck delivered to my house the next morning. This is the 1st place I have bought a vehicle from that I didnt feel nauseous or like I needed a shower after. No high pressure sales, straight forward, friendly, and go over and above to help.
