They were really helpful, one girl that worked there took the time to go check in the back if there was more of a shoe I wanted that was on clearance & luckily she found one & in my size! They usually say if its not out on the floor then we dont have any but they were really helpful at this store! Theyre always really friendly and usually have alot of clearance items in stock in the back I love coming here.

Shoe carnival is good for high end, name brand shoes. Havent had any issues with them.

I like the variety of shoes here, but was sad that they no longer had the buy one pair get one pair 50% off like they used to do (as I like to buy 2 pairs of work shoes & rotate them for comfort).

Awesome store. Very clean. They told me that the shoes they had out on display were the only pair of those that they had in stock. I assume that was because of the recent Hurricanes: Laura and Delta.

No small sizes like 31/2,4,5s

They have the bathrooms closed to public. Which is unfortunate because so many parents have their kids with them to get shoes. For me we were in this store to get my 5 yr old some shoes, and like a normal kid her timing for needing to go to bathroom wasn’t good. She said she had to poddy and couldn’t hold it . We were in middle of trying on shoes when she had to poddy, ugh. Anyways the store employees wouldn’t let my 5 yr old go into store bathrooms, said they were closed for now . The bathrooms weren’t out of order but they just didn’t want customers to use bathroom.That’s a bad policy when a lot of your customers have little kids with them.Thank God we were able to walk next door to Michael’s to use their bathrooms. That was a life savor . I would not recommend shoe carnival

They have a huge sell going on right now but I could not find the shoes I want. I did settle for a pair that I like Im just worried about how long I will be able to wear them because of my personal health issues.

I recently shopped for my sons first pair of shoes. Im a new mom and had no idea what size he was. I was juggling him while also picking out a pair and then trying to shove them on his feet. Putting shoes on a baby is not a pleasant nor easy experience. A wonderful young man came over and asked if I needed help. Not only did he offer assistance in sizing my sons little foot, he proceeded to get a pair of shoes and put them on while I held my son in my lap. I was surprised at this level of service. He was kind and patient and quite knowledgeable about his job. We talked about kids and his brothers. I bought a pair of shoes and walked out of there with a big smile on my face and my heart. Thank you to Shoe Carnival and its wonderful employees for helping this mom out on a tired weekday evening!!

They had a super back to school sale. The company with whom, I work had an extra %30 off that weekend. And they didnt have the size shoe my daughter wanted so they had it shipped to our house. Came about 4 business days later maybe 5. We ordered on Sunday came Friday lol so... Her bday was Thursday but she got it none the less

This place is great for ppl with normal sized feet. They dont offer much for sized 11 wide feet

Not alot of variety of high heels for a woman with little feet. I wear a 5 and there was very few that came in that size. However sales people were nice and happy to help.

Pretty large selection for the area, with a wide variety. Representatives seem to be well-informed and attentive, too: I went looking for shoes for two specific things, on a budget. Found one of each that fit, within half an hour. :)

Kind of expensive.I am of the opinion that shoes in this day and age shouldnt cost 60 dollars. Guess I feel like I am being scammed, they always have this deal going on buy one pair get another pair half off. It just seems to me to be a rip off. I dont want two pairs of shoes, I just want one pair of shoes. Why cant you just take fifteen dollars off my one pair of shoes, I still get a deal then and I am happy with my one pair of shoes.Selection is okay.
