Bought my daughter some new shoes. Helpful employees and very clean store! Didnt think we would ever find a pair because sizes were scarce. I think thats due to the times we are in now. I dont feel it had anything to do with the store itself. Thats why Im good with giving them 5 stars.

About six weeks ago my wife went up to the counter, shoes in hand. We have bought several times there. She asked where the restroom was, and was told we do not have a public restroom, not kindly. This is a clean, quiet, elderly lady, who was not in there just to go to the restroom. She had shoes on the counter to buy.But that is the last time for us. I just learned about this yesterday, and it really irks me. Every retail store has a public restroom.This female clerk needs a reality check. I see other reviews complaining about rudeness.But no matter, we wont be back.

Found cute shoes for my grandson Madon for his birthday

Very nice shoes, but no employees acknowledged me when I walked in. Looked around, didnt see what I was needing and walked out..no one said goodbye.

This stores products are very over priced and I would like to see more little girls lace up shoes below size 1

Staff member here was very rude. It seems like she was more worried about the text messages on her phone (which was blowing up rapidly) during my visit. Acted like she didnt want to get the 2 paid of shoes in the size I needed from the back, so I took my business elsewhere. If youre looking for rude & unhelpful staff, this is your place...

Nice clean store, friendly cashier, and had the sizes of the shoes in stock that I wanted to purchase. Im very pleased with my visit to this store today.

Closed before listed store hours. No signage and no reason why store is closed before the posted hours of operation.

It was awesome. They had exactly what I wanted! I sure wish I had known about them at Christmas because I could have gotten my granddaughters Vans for less money, or gotten 2 pairs in BOGO!

They have a variety to choose from, but they are way overpriced! The employees are usually rude. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. Its also rather dark in the building. Im not sure whats up with that. Maybe the girl working only turned half of the lights on, but to read some of the boxes towards the bottom of the shelf for sizes I had to use my phone flashlight. Who knows, I usually avoid this store.

Me and my husband were visiting this location and felt very uncomfortable due to the fact out of the whole store we were watched by the only 2 employees working there. Remind you we are black and they are white. After we finished finding what we needed one of the employees went behind is and rechecked the whole shelf of shoes as if we had bothered or stolen something. As we waited in line neither employee watched or helped other customers. I consider this as racial profiling

This is a DIY shoe store. Customer service isnt great. Prices are fair, nothing you couldnt buy on Amazon for much less. BOGO deals are a rip-off.
