Went to the store on 2 different days. First day I went I had a manager at the store tell me that they didnt price-match their own website. Returned the next day and a incredibly beautiful and helpful woman, Landry, helped me make the purchase that I had wanted to make. Crazy how different an experience can be at a store from day to day

It was alright. I went to look for womens frc shirts and they didnt have a very big variety. Even their pants had every size but the ones I needed

First time here and loved it. They have a great selection in womens boots. Love the clothes and very clean. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.

Thats the first time that I went in there but you had excellent help just about anything you ask for and I would definitely go back. If anybody would ask me where to go to get country and western wear RRS I would tell him the Boot Barn the prices are great.

Its pretty pricey but clean and well maintained. It has a wide variety of boots but not very many sizes in appt of them so I had to settle for the boots I got but I like them!

Good day, my husband and visited this store this morning... I was hoping to buy my hubby a hat.. they were 5 people there no one greeted us and no one asked if they could help... very rude... will not be going to this store ever again Cavender’s is much better and friendly... I will give them one star cause it was clean store.

Great manager. I went in today to exchange my husbands shirt that he bought for himself and pulled the tag and threw away the receipt, and the manager Miss Cynthia was able to do the exchange that I needed. I will be going back!

Unfortunately my family and I shop here alot. Mostly out of convenience for the items we need. The mens FR selection is quite large and sizes well stocked. The womens however is very small and sizes limited. The thing that really bothers me though is the lack of help from sales people *not the lack OF sales persons, especially when each trip is a couple hundred dollars. First time in forever actually tonight a young lady, Maria did come over and offer assistance which was appreciated.

Of course the merchandise is great, but the service is HORRIBLE!!! They offered my husband free boot cleaning at the time of his boot purchase. So, he took them to get cleaned a while later and they accepted his boots that day and said they’d be done later that day.. well we never got the call that day and when we called the next day they had difficulty finding the boots and informed us that they don’t do boot cleaning there anyway.. they acted as if they never heard of boot cleaning even though it was offered at the time of purchase.. worst of all, when we did get them back they were HALF CLEANED!!!

It got damaged during the hurricanes in 2020.

They have a huge selection of boots and hats and other clothes. Got a really good deal on some steel toe boots for my wife. The customer service was excellent got asked to the three times by different salespersons if I found everything that I needed. And the lady that check this out was very nice and was telling us about other things that are going on in the area. I will do my country shopping there.

Realy have seen a decline in customer service over my last few visits. I think Ill be going to Pattons Western Wear from now on.

Best store to get work boots and FR clothes. I got a custom jacket made and it took about 3 months to get it back. Other than that there is a lot of different types of boots to get FR clothes.
