I was very pleased with the customer service, the patience of the employees, friendly atmosphere, exceptionally reasonably pricing and most of all exceptional and I mean exceptional customer service especially by Sheron Faulk and her team. I will continue to go shop at ship to shore until the day it closes its doors and hopefully that will never happen because I find that ship to shore has always been there when I needed help to ask a question and they are always there to help me answer that and help me figure out what my problem was how to find out the answer go to all that are questioning ship to shore please please do not hesitate to go to ship to shore for small boat store with the red door.

This store is awesome. We got a great kayak, they had a lot to choose from. Tons a accessories and clothing as well. Very helpful employees in store and also answered all my questions over the phone as well.

This fabulous store is a treasure of the Lake Charles retail community. It could excel in other big cities to the west or East but regardless, it’s here. Our sportsman paradise and my love of being outside in nature but not always hunting and fishing make this the spot of wonder for myself and others. My only wish would be I could make an in store wish list for myself that my friends and family could use around the occasions yearly. It’s what REI has and I’ve used years before.

Great place to go people theyre real friendly like to help you find things about the water and waterways. I like to get the aerial photographs of the water waves that Sharon keeps well stock there I have always liked this place if they aint got it they will help you get it

Tacky customer serviceOrdered an item that was not on the shelf. I was unhappy with my purchase therefore I was going to return it. I was told that it had been over 15 days since the date of purchase even though I had it less than a week in my possession. I would be charged shipping to return the item and a percentage to restock it (total around $50) because she didnt want to put something that expensive on the shelf that may not sell. The item was $169. All of this was told to me by the owner. Hopefully this post will save others a big disappointment. The owner was extremely rude.
