Sally’s really ought to adjust their info !I looked online & saw that Sally’s is currently listed as being open & operating under normal business hr’s. I was thrilled, given that this is our only Sally’s in L.C. & I haven’t found any other beauty supply shop that carries the toner & product that I need, without requiring a hairdresser license. Just to be sure, I called the number listed & it was still active. I didn’t speak to a person, but was given a recording telling me they’re open, along with their hours of operation.So, imagine my surprise (& extreme irritation) when I drove to the location and saw that it’s absolutely destroyed ! Yeah... there’s no Sally’s in Lake Charles !

I can usually find products that Im looking for but, since the pandemic this stores supply is not being refurbished. I still go there because of the friendly workers who will help with advice if U ask them. I do agree their prices have increased substantially but, that was even before the pandemic. I would think they would reconsider this because of all the cheaper beauty supply shops in town, competition is real.

The ladies who work here are exceptionally nice. They will be more than happy to assist you. It is well stocked and clean. Every visit has been pleasant. The elderly white woman who works here is a sweetheart.

Not what it used to be. I went yesterday 15 mins before closing to have the door locked in my face. Rude

This is a small store with good products and friendly staff. They are very helpful and well-informed. Ive gone to this store for many years and refer it to anyone looking for a basic beauty supply store.

Good selection though the prices can be a bit high. For the convenience of being able to quickly pick up a product you need, its worth it.

Sallys has such a great variety of hair products, I especially love their selection of hair clippers, all professional brands at reasonable prices. Ive been going there for 20 years now.
