This is certainly one of those places that you can go get everything you could possibly need to have your vehicle in good running condition! Although I may wait a few thousand miles over before I change my oil. Its definitely where I go in a panic when my dash lights are flashing like crazy and it was a simple fix just add some brake fluid. Youd think someone would tell this girl to check all her fluids especially since my daddy has taught me how!

Had a busted radiator on a long road trip. They were the only shop in town willing to help on such short notice.They got me fixed up and back on the road in no time!The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.My car was towed in, and they were willing to have the part delivered to the shop so I didnt have to get a cab to pick it up.If I ever had a problem in Lake Charles, I would never go anywhere else!!

I needed a complete exhaust system built onto the 2 inverter generators I installed in place of my motorhomes dead Onan. They couldnt be used like they were, which meant that we had to travel strictly at night, or else ride in the sweltering Texas and Louisiana heat without air conditioning for 7 people and 5 animals. That got old fast! I tried about 10 places in Beaumont, Vidor, Orange, and the surrounding areas. No one was up to the job. Lake Charles was our next stop, so I called ahead and talked to Norm at One Stop. Before he even heard the full description of the work, he told me to bring it on. I drove over there the first thing the next morning and had him scope out the work. He acknowledged that it was going to be hard, but he and his boys are talented and made of grit. They did the work far beyond my expectations in quality, looks, cooling, and quietness of the generators when they are running. No, it was not cheap (costing nearly as much as the generators themselves did) but the work was well worth the money.

Took wifes car here. when we went to go pick it up,the car was backed into another car on their lot. When we informed them of this and they can to look, they told us not to worry about it because the car they backed my wifes car into had been there for 3yrs and it wasnt a problem. I told him it was my wifes car that they had backed into another car and that I was concerned with the damage to the her bumper. Their response was for us to show proof that it wasnt damaged to begin with. I dont normally take pictures of the rear bumper of my wifes car just in case I need proof it wasnt messed up.

Never again. Brought vehicle here and find out they charged me $35 for using my credit card. On top of this they fixed a problem but soon after leaving another problem came up. I am always suspicious of mechanics and this made me more aware. I will not ever reccomend this place to anyone.

This owner is a a**hole. Thinks he is the only guy that knows anything about exhaust. I was looking for pipe to build my exhaust on my race truck and he told me Im stupid and that he can do what I wanted to do.. said only he can weld exhaust no one else can. Would not recommend going to him for anything. Very disappointed with this company. Honestly dont even know how hes still in business

I went there today to get repairs done that cost me almost $1,400 before I bought it I didnt have a leak my truck was not smoking at all I took it in for a fuel pump replacement front and rear brakes AC belt and a hose. The owner norman said that when they cranked it it was smoking and by it being an older vehicle that was probably the reason plus I was low on oil(wasnt out just low) now my truck is running hot smelling like coolant and almost killed on me in the driveway. And hes not willing to do anything about it my truck had no issues before going there how did it become like this in a matter of hours while in his care? Im going to a lawyer I have witnesses of every thing thats to much spent to be done wrong

The owner lied and over charged me for exhaust work that he didnt even fix. You are better off going to Meineke they do a better job are cheaper and much nicer.

Charged me $253.89 to change a a/c belt on my BMW X5. The technician told me and the owner Normand that he didnt like it that the pulley tension was bad. After spending 4 hours over there waiting for a answer if they can get a pulley tension. Normand walked up and said theres nothing wrong with that. Put it on and send him on his way. I asked if he was sure of this and he said that It will last 100,000 miles and if not, Ill refund your money, we dont charge people for trying things here. Not even a day later my belt popped off and i brought it back. He refused to give me my money, saying It was a joke, I been telling people that for 40years. Now Im out of $253 and no A/C for my two babies.

Said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, brought it to another shop and had multiple problems that were pretty visible. All in all there just lazy and dont like to work.

We went in October for a exhaust leak they said they fixed it but nope its broke again. I called to see If they warranty it and said no. I paid 500.00 for this. I will not be back..

Dont bring your vehicles here!!! Told me my car would be done by Friday. As it turns out they didnt order the parts they needed until Friday, and they wouldnt get here until Monday. So my car will take until Tuesday to get finished leaving me having to bum rides from people to make it to and from work for 4 days!This company will never get my business again.

Went for exhaust work request the flange and bolt it instead they Welded all as 1 even to the headers then had 0 knowledge about 02 sensors poor workmanship and poor knowledge of car care

The owner treated me like I knew nothing about cars he tried three times to fix my truck third time didnt even work on it he told me since it has a lot of miles that it was going to leak a little oil and it would stop after charging me $1500 I then took it to Toyota where they looked at it and said the last person that worked on it damaged it and caused it to leak when I told told him what they said and asked if he would refund my money for the repair that Toyota did he said no so I would recommend for anyone to take there car anywhere else so you want get talked down to like a child the doesnt know rite from wrong I wasted my time and money and still had to take it somewhere else for repairs how is he still open
