They forget that consumers don’t have the same technical knowledge as them. Moreover, they forgot to tell us that they can only print on cotton, probably because they were too busy showing off with what clients they are working. In the end, after we have been twice there with our shirts, we succeed to solve the problem with the design, but I had to call in order to receive a confirmation message of our email, and the confirmation message just let us know that they can not help because the shirts are not 100% cotton. We just lost 5 days when we could just find another firm if we would have knew about the cotton problem.

Delivery took a long time, 9 calendar days.

I ordered 2 custom t-shirts. I used their website to choose my T-shirts and put on the prints.One shirt is gray and one is black. The gray one came out better than the black one. I expected the prints to come out much better. They look somehow erased, as if I washed them several times. On the T-shirts it says that they are 100% organic cotton, now lets see how they are after washing them.I placed the order on Thursday and it came only the following week (Wednesday) in the conditions in which on their website it says that they are delivered in 48-72 hours and I stay in Bucharest ...Overall I am disappointed. How praised the brand is, I expected it to come out very well. I dont write them because I know they will apologize that Im to blame for not using pictures with a certain resolution.My grade is 3.5 and I will not order from them.I left pictures in the gallery and I will come back with another opinion after I wash and iron them.
