Great boat and captain. We did the snorkel trip to Lanai and it was really fun. We were fortunate enough to see a whale late in the season as well as spinner dolphins and some giant green turtles. Breakfast was a nice muffin with fruit and lunch was a nice turkey sammich with a chocolate chip 🍪. I would do this trip again! Super convenient out of Lahaina too.

I don’t think there’s a friendlier staff on all of front street. Dan and company are more than accommodating for all your quicksilver needs. Dan went above and beyond to help us and all the customers. The store is well kept, COVID clean, and loaded with the latest in surf and style gear from Quiksilver. With an great location the staff are there to answer the routine to technical questions on your Maui adventures. Stop in and shop around.

Great store with great staff.Came in to find 1-2 button up shirts and ended up finding 5 different shirts I loved. Staff were very friendly, and super helpful in finding me the right size in their back stock room. Too bad there wasnt any sales on, but thats pretty typical for Quiksilver.

Excellent customer service, variety of men women and keikis clothes and the staff is very friendly.

The best customer service hands down on Maui! We shopped a ton and had the friendliest staff help us every time. Spent too much money and had a lot of fun every visit! We got so much help with finding everything in our sizes and even finding things that we didn’t even know we would like! Everyone go shop here! We will be back in a few months and can’t wait to revisit!

I have a hard time shopping, as a transgender female most store associates don’t take me seriously and laugh whenever I look for bathing suits. I tried 3 other stores on front street with no luck, and a lot of laughing. I walked into the store and was greeted by two females who were smiling and instantly said hi and asked how I was doing. The one associate asked if she could help As I looked a little lost and she pulled out 4-5 tops that she thought wouldLook good and even found cute matching board shorts. Not once did she even give me a look like she knew or cared I was transgender. My husband talked with them for a bit while I tried on everything and the associates Devin and Shayla kept coming back to check in and bring me more items. I left with myConfidence boosted, 2 bikinis and 2 board shorts and a total new outlook on how people treat each other. These two women lifted me up in a way I haven’t seen in a really long time. I will only shop Roxy now because of them, I’ll be a customer forever because of them! Thank you for making my vacation and making me feel like every other female! Mahalo to you ladies! Come visit us in Washington and open up a store here!!

Very impressed with this store. Much smaller of the 3 on Maui but the happiness and energy of the store was amazing. We had a baby with us and devin noticed we were struggling with calming her down. She came over with smile and waving at our daughter and helped us calm her down. Our daughter ended up wanting to be held by Devin. Devin helped us shop, find things around the store, suggested items all while carrying and playing with our daughter. It was almost like a personal shopping experience. I would love to just move Devin back home with us and have her run the store near us! She’s one talented female that we will forever be grateful for! Such a aloha spirit I won’t forget!

I need to start off by saying I hate shopping. I always refuse to go and don’t ever wander into shops on vacation. We went to Maui to vacation with friends who wanted to hit front street one Sunday night and cruise so I was dragged along. We stopped into the store and was greeted by Brenton and Devon. The store was busy but they both made time to talk to everyone of us, chat, and even had the kids dancing around in the store. They both had such a infectious energy that worked so well together it was like the entire store was in a good mood. Every other store on front street couldn’t compare. We ended up buying a few Lahaina tees to take back in LA with us. I don’t normally write reviews when I leave a place but this store and those two managers (I’m assuming they’re both managers-they had to be) made our entire night. We kept talking about how good our experience was. Hopefully Brenton and Devon see this - huge thanks to you both!

Good store. It used to have more Hawaiian themed attire, but its still a classic.

I stopped shopping here years ago because of old management, had to grab something today and tried again. Real happy on how this store changed for the bettah. Choke good people in there now. Everyone is happy, helpful, smiling, and hardworking. I’ll be returning to this store again once new items Come in. It’s a good thing they turned this store around. Had an awesome night in this store. Just got onto Maui, and after having dinner & the Hula pie at Kimos headed over to Quiksilver. Devin greeted us and made us laugh the entire time while we shopped. Her and two other employees were helpful, knowledgeable and just made the night more fun. She got us to buy the coolest hydroflasks and littleWine glasses for the beach! we will be back to buy more before we leave for gifts! Thanks Devin and crew on front street!

Our son purchased a really cool Maui Hydro Flask sleeve at this Quicksilver store. He uses his Hydro Flask everyday, so this would be the perfect reminder of our amazing Maui vacation. We spent our last day wandering around Lahaina. We were headed to the airport when our son discovered he had accidentally left his Hydro Flask in downtown Lahaina! It was too late to go back. He was so upset and disappointed with himself. There was nothing we could do. Once home, we called a few places to see if anyone had turned it in, but it was long gone. Would we be able to find a replacement?I called the Quicksliver store and was lucky enough to get Kourtni E. I explained what had happened and described the Hydro Skin. Kourtni quickly went to work! She not only checked the backstock, she sent pictures to be sure we had the perfect match! After completing the sale by phone, she packed it up & shipped it out (at no charge!) the SAME DAY! I couldnt believe it! But wait it gets better. The Hydro Skin arrived just 2 days after we got home from Maui and inside Kourtni had included a nice letter and two QS Maui stickers! The customer service we received from Kourtni E. at this Quicksilver store was not only above & beyond, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Kourtni, we cant thank you enough for helping us end our vacation on a happy note instead of a sad one. The Aloha spirit is alive & well at Quicksilver in Lahaina! Kourtni is the BEST!!! You can bet we will be back! Mahalo & Aloha from the Hannas in Idaho!

Great surf gear right on front street

I bought a shirt from this store that when I washed and dried it, shrunk about three inches no kidding. The shirt ended up showing my stomach. I took the shirt back and even compared it to a shirt on the floor to show the difference--nothing. The staff wasnt even nice or apologetic. Stay away from this place, they know that youre just there on vacation and can wait you out.
