The location on Alicia Pkwy is my favorite. The staff here is so helpful and friendly! The prices here are great and also cheaper when compared to UPS store. Highly recommend.

Terrible!!! Took 10 min. and still did not understand difference between name change and Federal ID not being disclosed. Did not know what identification was acceptable and spent another 10 min. looking up what they could accept. One would think this would be known when working somewhere there are state or federal regulations.

This place is closed as of December 1, 2019. Sorry to see this happened.

Revising my review. The cost to rent a mail box at this AIM Mail Center is lower than the others in the area.

They to many service issues. Every time I walk into the store I ask for FED-EX I get conned into using UPS. I think there is something fishy going on there. Taking my stuff elsewhere.
