Very knowledgeable staff. Does perfect color matching. LOOK for coupons in south county mag. More expensive than Home Depot but better coverage and easier glide. 5 different brands to suit sheen and material to paint, even have anti-bacterial resist mold/ mildew, and have rain off for exterior to repel rain dirt remains on walls. Loved pro-paint for most of m.h y applications.

3 staff and myself. They said they couldn’t help me with color for five minutes because they were in a deep discussion I guess. Absolutely uncalled for, poor customer service. I drove out of my way with two kids.

Needed a good quality exterior stain for a badly weathered outside playstructure. Didnt lile the options at the big box home imp stores. Sherwin Williams explained about their exterior stain. Went on easily, looks great.

Great service in this store. William and Omar are very helpful and were always ready to answer questions. They helped solve a few problems we had and made painting my house easier than it would have been.

Beautiful selection of colors, did not like the size of samples... Way too large could definitely be half size.

I absolutely loved the Sherwin-Williams location in Laguna Hills right off the freeway! I received great customer service from the supporting staff and they helped me pick out the perfect paint and products for my house. This was the first time I ever used Sherwin-Williams paint on my house and it turned out great. I will definitely use them again for my next project!

1- Nicholas Graves (Nick), you are the manager of that store. It is unethical and ....... to review your store as if you were a customer.2- Your attitude is not the best. You talk as if you are in emotional pain! I have dealt with you on two occasions, both the same.3- I tried to match a paint three times in your store with no success. The first try, it was you.HomeDepot matched it on the first try!!!Suggestion:Stores like SW need to compete with big chain stores. You cant do it on the price, so it leaves you knowledge and customer service. Work on these two and I guarantee you 80% of customers will come back.
