Do NOT hire these Guy! Do Not !!!They came to our newly remodeled home damaged our brand new Cabinet doors that cost $800 ruined it then for weeks they said they are going to have the cabinet company rebuild it! Never happened!!! Now left with scratched up cabinets! Low quality work terrible custome service and we ordered a glass for table its been months till they finally decided to schedule for delivery . In this hard time dont give your money to someone who doesnt deserve it.

I was looking for advice for an possible problem with existing glass, and really didnt know where to start. I called up and asked if there was someone I could talk to and shoot questions past, and they passed me to an incredibly helpful employee. He literally had nothing to gain in helping me, but treated me like Id just given them thousands. Thanks G! I will definitely be recommending your company every chance I get!

I have call Simmons Glass to replace leaking glass to a double panes window, they show up on time for the estimate, took measurements, 2 days later the new glass were installed, so far no leaks, great professional service. The price was fair and the service was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

First, the end result is beautiful. The glass, finishes and workmanship is high quality. With that said, I gave them 3 stars because of what it took to get to the end result. It was suggested the order would take 5-7 business days to be ready for install. The contract stated it could take longer. Im okay with that. After a week, I was told 1 panel was chipped and would be reordered. After another few days I was told that the replacement panel was scratched. Then after a number of days I was again told that the replacement was scratched. This was the 3rd panel and 2+ weeks later. Upon install they didnt have all the chrome hardware I ordered. During the install the glazer broke a toilet paper roller off the wall, put it back and decided not to tell me about it He later said he thought it was no big deal. The paint was chipped and the toilet paper holder was bent We had just spent $600 getting the bathroom painted. The correct hardware came in and was installed. 3 weeks after the initial order. We were also told we would receive a squeegee with our order. Havent received it yet.

Simmons Glass by far exceeded my expectations with giving me a much more high end glass product than I expected for the price, which I had compared with other contractors. Beautiful shower doors in both my newly remodeled bathrooms! The service was excellent, on time, efficient, and they are very pleasant to work with. Very Frustrated with this company. They came and installed some glass for a couple of offices that we were building and did not finish the job correctly. I asked them to come back out multiple times and was blown off. Not only did they not complete the job correctly, they charged us for the full amount without my authorization. Unreal.

I used Simmons to replace a broken commercial window. The price was fair and the service was great (from Bruce Harp, the estimator, to Scott and Eric, the installers). I will definitely use them next time I need glass work.

I had a very bad experience with these guys. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come and give me a quote. Then it was another battle to get them to actually do the job. Then, they didnt complete the job and never called me back. Finally, I had to go find another company and tell them to take a hike. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Totally blown away.During the process I had one employee there tell me that they had much bigger jobs than us and we werent really a priority and another tell us not to call them if there were any issues or concerns.
