They cleaned up as the went along and finished the double door installation (Front door and Security door) and it looks great, Professional. We will do the painting to finish off to match our house. Considering situations of present pandemic scenarios and being a newly formed business, unexpected minor delays and some confusion(s) were experienced beginning with the selecting-ordering of a new door to its scheduling and completing of the work order. But in the end, all questions-confusion(s) were answered or clarified to satisfaction. The bottom line is the front door install was methodical and correctly done. ProStar staff & installers listens and works with their customer(s).

This company has an office out of Scottsdale, AZ., and this is the office we used to install our door in Sun Lakes. Tanner is the installer we have been working with and we couldn’t ask for a more professional installer. Tanner is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The doors are fabulous!!!!! Love his work and we love our door!!!

Excellent experience overall. We were interested in replacing three closet doors. We checked with several companies and Prostar provided the best information regarding the options we had as well as the specific information on the materials we purchased. Chris was very informative and attentive regarding the various aspects of our order and Ray provided additional information about the product we were interested in. I would like to commend especially the installer of the doors, Marcelo. He was very professional and very conscientious about his work, making sure that everything he did looked perfect. He paid attention to detail and went over his work to see if any corrections were needed. He also gave us information about the upkeep of the doors. He was careful removing the old doors and tracks, which were big and heavy, and he cleaned up thoroughly after his work. After he was done, the three rooms with the new doors looked more elegant and appealing. In a scale of 0-10, I give him an enthusiastic 10.

Love Prostar Doors! We contacted Prostar for a quote on a side garage door that failed because of our house settling. Hard to close, etc. Prostar came out and took measurements, advised of the complications given the shifting and recommended building a door to fit. While it is not what we initially had in mind, it proved it was the only reasonable and viable solution to our conundrum. Well, Prostar just finished the install of our new fiberglass door. I can only say the experience was excellent. Our installer, Marcelo was kind, humble, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to Pro-Star. These goys did a great job. Price was in line and installation was outstanding. Very professional just excellent work. They replaced the door and the door frame. They had to rip out the old frame so they had to deal with both my drywall and stucco. The new door frame, door and molding completely blended in so I do not need any drywall or out side cosmetic work to blend in. Excellent company and installer

I needed help relocating the lock on my front door. It’s wood and the original lock was installed with the holes of the deadbolt and handle very close together. The holes were too close for the new lock and handle set.They came and evaluated the door, gave me a quote for what needed to be done, and they followed up to schedule a date after I accepted. Marcelo was the one who came to help me with the actual work. He was focused on doing a good job and he kept me updated on what he was doing. He was able to patch the handle hole and drill a new one to get my lock installed properly. He was also able to adjust the door hinges to get rid of the interference with the door jam. The door works now and he did everything they said they would.

Exterior door recently installed at my home and I was really impressed by the quality and look of the door I purchased. It s very unique with a heavy duty construction, including a 3-point locking system making it almost impossible to access. This certainly gives me peace of mind. Will consider installing one more to complement the other door at my home.

Prostar Doors was recommended to me by Home Advisor.I ordered 3 glass doors, tripple track for main bedroom, 3 glass doors, double track for guess bedroom, a couple windows and screens and a pet door. Also, I asked to trim two of my bath room doors.Ray and his team came in the morning at about 9:00. I got a call from the office about an hour early.They were friendly and professional. They wore masks and put rugs to protect the floor. The project was finished at about 1:00 oclock afternoon.The windows were smooth, the doors look nice, and the pet door was cute.There turned out to be short of one screen in my order. Ray promised his will come back.Improvements: I made the order back in Aug. 20 and was told it would take about 2~3 weeks to get the project done. But it was not done until Oct. 1.I called after 4 weeks after my order and was told the screens were late due to COVID-19. Thats understandable but I would appreciated if they called me. I have other other home projects lined up and an early heads up would make it easier for me.Another thing was that the sales didnt tell me that the trim around the door would come unpainted. When I think it again, it does make sense. But again, I would appreciated if the sale could tell me that I need to prepare the paint. Especially after we picked the color on his book. Our assumption was, since we picked the color, it will come with color.Ray actually said he can help paint if we have the paint. But I didnt prepare.But in general, the job was done quick and nice. The quality of the product looks good.

We had an issue with our exit door scraping badly. Ray from Prostar Door fixed our door eliminating all issues. Our door works perfectly. Ray was professional and courteous.
