Diamonds Direct has always done such a great job for me. This week they helped me fix my necklace and they went above and beyond.In the past they helped to take my Moms diamonds after she passed and combine it with the ones my husband gave me to give me the most beautiful ring.

I’ll start off with acknowledging that they got the job done. However, I did not receive a call when my order was ready, which was disheartening after the negative experience I had when dropping my item off. The lady who I assume greets customers is not the least bit friendly-she hardly acted like I existed during both drop off and pick up. I’m hoping it’s not a race related thing, but, knowing the area, I wouldn’t be surprised. Won’t be doing business with them again. Lastly, it smells really stale and looks outdated in their store.

I take back my original 1 star review. It seems my first couple of interactions with the staff were unfortunate misunderstandings. Within 1 day of posting my original review Jeff contacted me and said he can fix the issue I had with my wedding bands. He explained to me how it happened in great detail, how to avoid it in the future, and why the original service took longer than expected. They were friendly and very helpful. Im now planning to design a ring with them!

Jeff was professional, fair and very knowledgeable. I felt as I could trust him with his estimate and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell their diamonds.

Jeff and his staff are absolutely amazing!! I worked for a privately owned jewelry store years ago in Wyoming, so I wanted to find one similar to that. My fiancée proposed to me in Deadwood, South Dakota where my parents got married. My fiancée bought my engagement ring at one of those chain places. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted, however, it was too big but not by much. Upon returning to California, I found this hidden gem. No pun intended. I called and asked about ring sizing and they said to bring it in. He gave me a quote that morning. I dropped it off. That evening I received a call it was ready for pick up. It was a perfect fit, and I absolutely loved it!! That day I knew this place was going to be my jewelry store. A year later my fiancée and I decided to upgrade the side stones in my ring to make it flashier and easier to clean. I was a bit nervous to change up the original engagement ring, but in my heart felt this was the best place to bring something for a custom design. I was emailed a CAD and I approved within minutes. When I went to pick it up, it was BEYOND my expectations. It was identical to my original setting, which I had asked to be as close to. I am so proud to be wearing the ring Jeff designed. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you again Jeff, and your team! Can’t wait for you to create my matching wedding band!!

I have been coming to this place since 1989. Good People. Good Prices. Easy to work with. I have bought a wedding ring, two engagement rings, a Rolex, and other assorted gold chains, rings and pendants. They can make you anything, or you can custom design it yourself. WINNER!

Jeff made 2 custom rings for me and they are gorgeous. He is the most affordable, honest jeweler I have ever had. I now live in Florida but wait until I come home to Cali to have any work done. He is the best!!!
