Excellent product and excellent customer service! I recently got married and decided a wedding party favor for the ladies attending would be nail polish in one of my wedding colors. My colors were Tiffany Blue, gold and cream. I asked for polish in Tiffany Blue. OC Minx Cosmetics mixed a polish in that color. They also designed a beautiful logo for the bottle and even made a wedding ring for the bottle. Then they used a beautiful gold mesh bag to place the bottle in. When I received the product, I held the bottle next to a Tiffany box and it matched perfectly! For my wedding I polished my nails with the polish and a month later it still looked like new. The polish was a huge hit at the wedding with people polishing their nails on site. I highly recommend this company! Again, excellent product and excellent customer service!

I love that they are 10 free and don’t have to worry about chemicals and stained nails! The polish last a long time and don’t have to worry about chipping!

I waited several months to leave this review, as I was hoping that the company would correct their mistake and make things right so that I could continue doing business with them, but that has not happened. My products were received nearly 2 months after the given delivery time, and no attempts to update me on the delay or new expected delivery were made. I didnt hear back until after sending several emails and considering canceling my order. The order contained many spelling errors and typos that I noticed and asked them to correct on each invoice BEFORE the order was shipped, but still received the items with misspelled labels. I asked if they could just resend the labels with the corrected spelling and they agreed to, but never did. Its been over 3 months and they have stopped responding to the many emails Ive sent asking them to correct this issue. On the other hand, they do have beautiful, high quality nail polish, which is why I gave two stars instead of one, but the customer service is the worst.
I love OC Minx Cosmetics! In my opinion they make the best nail polish out there! Vegan, cruelty free made in the USA what more could you want?! You can even add scents to your polish, which is super cool!
Ordered polishes for about a year with this company to start my nail polish line and I have to agree with the disgruntled poster. This company makes beautiful, high quality polishes and does everything for you including bottling and printing, but its not worth the wait times that are 2x-3x longer than promised (wait times for me went from 6 weeks to 7-8 weeks to 12-13 weeks and it caused me to stall my business and lose momentum), poor communication from the owner, and lack of explanation of the status of products you pay for. There was literally an excuse each time as to why the polishes took longer and longer to arrive. Late last year was the last time I worked with them and I wont be working them again.
I’ve been working or trying to work with them for almost a year now. My 1st order from them was June 8, 2020 and 2nd order was February 24, 2021. Both times have been very bad communication on their end. If it’s going to take longer than the 6 weeks or 8 weeks, that you claim it should take to receive the polish, we need to be told that. Hugh lacks communication and I really have tried to work with him because they seem like nice people. I have lost my motivation to want to even sell polish because of how long it takes to get products back in when I have sold out. Originally in June, I thought I would receive my polish by my birthday to launch it, which is the end of July, but I didn’t receive it until almost September. I was so annoyed and aggravated because I really felt like I was being scammed out my money. I eventually filed a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. That’s when I started hearing from Hugh more once that happened. It shouldn’t have even took all of that for me to hear from them. So even after all of that, I gave them another chance. I still managed to do what I had to do, but the time limit to receive products is just unacceptable when you’re being told 6 weeks. Just communicate so people can know how to proceed with their business. Every time I have gotten in touch with Hugh it was an excuse. Even told me they hired more people so it shouldn’t take as long as last time. I even ordered less polishes this time. Well here it is the end of April and I have yet to hear anything about what’s going on except when I reach out. And even then, I’m given a vague answer to why I haven’t heard anything. I haven’t received a response to my last email and I’m so curious to why not. He knows they are wrong! I wasn’t even going to leave a review but I’m so frustrated and do not like his response when I tried to reach out politely because I was concerned with my order. I will no longer do business with them. If anyone decides to launch a nail polish business with them, please think again and do your research first with other companies. You will be disappointed with the lack of communication and vague answers. One good thing I can say about them is I do like their nail polish and cuticle oil, but they lack the communication they’re business partners need.

The owner HUGH is an absolute joke! After 10 weeks of waiting on product I received an e-mail this morning stating he received a Google review from me, and he would be refunding my $800+ Where is the review that I wrote? I am not only livid, but I dont like to be lied on. If I am going to write a review I am not shy about writing a review, so here is your review! Before I get into the review for the record, I am now starting to think if someone can return your $ so easily they probably didnt complete the project, and as of Feb 2nd there was nothing to show, not a proof or anything. Our initial conversation began the earlier part of December after doing my homework on the Company (I guess not enough). On December 16, 2020 I provided the initial deposit of $512.50 and then $378.00, 12 days later for a 2nd order. In mid January I had a couple questions, and it took him weeks to reply.January 12th we had a phone conversation where he told me it would be 8 weeks from the date of payment December 16, 2020 that would be February 10th. Thursday he stated he didnt say that. Fast forward to February 2, 2021 I asked if he could give me a tentative date at which time he replied the end of the 3rd week of February that would be today, February 19th, so I touched base on Monday, February 15th just to make sure we were on schedule, only for him to respond yesterday to sayWe are currently working on your order however it should be finished next week.Originally I stated our timeline is approx.8 weeks for completion from your entry date of 12-16-21 (going by his timeline that would still be Feb 10th). I have only asked for communication so I knew how to plan my launch, and rollout etc. he then replied in 20 years hes NEVER given an exact date, WTH? How is someone supposed to handle their end of the business?I thought ok here we go again so next week it is, Im minding my words because this man has my money. I asked OK well will I be able to come and pick up my order next week?He never responded so I went to bed around 7p after dealing with a migraine from the uncertainty, and lack of communication of OC Minx, only to wake up to the email below:I just received notification of your Google review of our business. We plan to refund your down payments for both of your orders tomorrow as this simply is not a good fit for a long term business relationship for a private label business.WHAT REVIEW DID I WRITE? If you didnt complete the order than just say that instead of saying I wrote an imaginary review. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
