Initially, I was in need of a new printer. The upbeat was I was guided to purchase an upgrade computer. The technician was outstanding in setting it up, and making sure it was user friendly, Once the overall new system was set up, explained, with a hands-on guidance, I found any questions were answered quickly. All phone calls are returned within a short time, and any problems were listened to with assurance they would be addressed. Gaddy is a 5 star computer guru.

Great store. My computer been acting up finally would not boot. Spent most of my morning trying different things. Called 2 other stores that wanted $30-130 to diagnose.I explained my problem to these guys and they told me to it was trying to go thru everything and repair itself. Told me leave it alone and sure enough after 2 hrs or rebooted and came on. I would have paid them.Honesty and integrity. I will definitely use them!

I really liked these guys and really wanted to support them. I recently upgraded my wife’s and mine PC but, with moving I didn’t have time to deal with some of the cable management and other software issue With the pc. It’s on the higher end, about $4-5k I took it in and they priced me very reasonable prices but after 2 hours of work they priced me the max amount of money for not fixing any software issues and the laziest cable management I’ve seen. I was gonna give them an additional $100 to help with the slow business but Man they took advantage! If you have high end stuff these guys seem unable to handle it. If you have a granny computer bring it to these guys. Shame smh. Two visits and both were over priced and sloppy unfinished work. Relics.

This is one of the best kept secret by Laguna Woods. Both can fix anything. If your laptop smells funny or you spill coffee on your keyboard, these guys are the best. My dad has had his hard drive restored a couple of times. I cant say enough.

The cost for BOTH my computer builds was about the same price as one loaded MacBookPro and the computers they built run circles around the MacBookPro I already have.
