Accidentally left my card at the store. Retrieved it the next day. When I checked my card, I saw that another charge was made only 3 minutes after my purchase. I was unable to get refund. Left a message for Fadel, the owner. No response. Cancelled my card and am now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge. I would not recommend you shop here.

A total rip off.Bought a vape pen two weeks agoIt stopped working after one week. Went back they exchanged it for another one. A week later same thing it stopped working. Went in today and the bearded guy with an accent refused to honor the deal saying: “if i didn’t sell it to you i can’t replace it”What? Is this the way they do business?Will never go back to this place ever again.

Went in and spent over 100 bucks bought a new battery for my girlfriend walked out to the car and she had found her vape literally turned around and they had the audacity to say no returns on any products even though I have not even left the parking lot and it was still in the shrink vape unopened... Total scam. Also never got carded .

Great shop, great people, great customer service, great prices! Even the clients are nice. First time here for random products and will definitely return. Let me browse and ask questions, prices were very reasonable and they are open early (9am!) Which is unheard of for a smoke shop.

Just visited for the first time and disappointed with the attitude and treatment we got. Large selection which was nice but employee was either too high to function well or had poor hearing. We were the only customers and we had to repeat our questions (very loudly) to get his attention (happened multiple times). Also we wanted to buy two 9.99 items (price listed on container) and then when we said we would purchase them they claimed the price was 15.99 each and refused to honor the label that was posted clearly on it. Not impressed. Will be finding a different place to purchase our items.

The store has a fairly large selection of things not usually found in other smoke shops, but the prices are higher by more tan a small amount across the board and the guys are complete jackasses. Ill come here until I find another place that carries the parts I need then its adios
