Placed an order for a birthday delivery to my mother-in-laws place of work a week in advance. The order was out for delivery all day. I called at the business closing time asking why it was not delivered? Their response was well it closes at 5... No they close at 4:30. So Edible Arrangements told me to tell her to sit and wait for it, on her birthday. Are you kidding me? Never will order again and terrible customer service...Not just this location, but Edible Arrangements in general. Order at your own risk! Took my chances reading the reviews, and I should have listened to what others had to say. There are numerous 1 star reviews for a legit reason. Shame on you Edible Arrangements, Shame on you.
My fiancé and I placed an order for my mother for her birthday because we could not be with her being we live on the East Coast. Order was placed a week in advance, and the day it was supposed to be delivered the tracking said it was out for delivery all day. We called when she still had not received it and the place of business was about to close. They said the driver was on the way, and should be there exactly when the business closes. They then told us to tell her to wait for their delivery. Tell her to wait for something when you had all day to do the job we paid you for?!? They never showed up. Got an email saying it was delivered and it never was. Thanks Edible Arrangements for ruining a birthday surprise - will never use this store or company in general again. Now we are having to go through the added frustrations of trying to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not use this store - unhelpful, not organized, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Our daughter received an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and we still haven’t received it. Every day we’ve received a different story as to why our order hasn’t been delivered and new delivery time but no one shows up or calls. We’re done…the charge was reported as fraud.
Heads up: you will not receive your order from this shop but they will take your money.I placed an order online for pick up at 4:30pm Saturday. When I arrived, the store was closed and there was a note posted on the door that they changed their hours to close at 2pm. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and an online help ticket on the website expecting a call back the next morning. I called the RSM location and they were not able to assist on such short notice or get in touch with the store and were equally confused.When I had not received a call by 1pm Sunday, I called them multiple more times without an answer and left another voicemail. I then called a corporate customer care number provided by a different location-- they were also not able to get in touch with the store and offered no resolution.By this point, 24 hours had gone by since the order should have been picked up without any contact from the store, so I reported the charge as fraud on my credit card. The store then called me back and said they would begin preparing my order and throw in an extra box of treats. I told them I was no longer interested unless the entire order was free, and they told me they werent able to do that without a manager but that the manager wouldnt be available until the next day.Avoid!
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!Ordered an arrangement on mother’s day and paid the $15 delivery fee for same day delivery. I ordered around 11am and it never showed up. My dad then told me that it showed up the next day no one answers they’re phone AT ALL not for days and I currently cannot drive down to this store and tell them it came too late and that I want the extra charge for the delivery fee returned. This service is absolutely horrible which makes me sad because I’ve used this company before. In the middle of a pandemic where businesses are struggling to survive this kind of service is unacceptable. Either change your website or answer the damn phone. I don’t know how you expect people to feel secure about where they money is going if they don’t even confirm delivery time they just take your money and you better hope for the best.
Worst service, they never pick up their phone line. You can order something on the internet, this store will show up and only drop off one item of your order, then proceed to ignore calls. Amazing. Never go here.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Order did not arrive after calling the store multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money. I’d give the store a zero if I could.
I couldnt find the arrangement (I wanted) online so called the shop. Rafael, picked up and provided Excellent Customer Service! What a wonderful shopping experience at Laguna Hills EA. He handled my request with ease and efficiency. He also made a special accommodation to apply the online discount AND he modified the fruit arrangement to my liking. This shop is highly recommended.
I wanted to share that I had the most positive experience with Edible Arrangements in Laguna Hills. This location offers superior service. It started with Raphael who is the store manager. He is so personable, caring and helpful . The quality of their products are top notch and the way they are presented comes in such a very beautiful way. I highly recommend giving an edible arrangement gift which is healthy and unique. This location far exceeded my expectations.
I went here for the first time and it was the best customer service Ive ever had the gentleman workIng there (Ralph) I believe that what was name was super amazing he made myself and my kids feel very welcomed! I am definitely coming back again to this place and definitely recommending this place to my friends and family!
I feel totally cheated edible arrangements. I put in my Mother’s Day order and got a payment confirmation last Thursday. I paid a premium for Mother’s Day delivery. My mom has been waiting all day her gift, she is all alone this year due to Covid. My siblings and I were completely counting on this service to make her feel special and it failed us. I got a message on my phone at 8:40 at night saying they would not deliver, with no explanation and no offer to make it right. When I called back the number they left on my voicemail it would ring three times and then cut off, no answering machine, nothing. I feel completely frustrated with this service right now but mostly I feel awful that I let down my mom by choosing this service.
I had an experience that will get me back to buying flowers again. I ordered 2 bouquets a day before mothers day. Spent $200 and was going to pick them up. My email said it would be ready at 2:30. I arrived at 2:30 and the gentleman there said it was almost finished. To give him a minute. So I waited and waited. 2:40 people coming and leaving with their orders so I asked how much longer, he said he would bring it out to my car any second now. 3:05 which is 5 minutes after closing time he comes out with my arrangements.After recieving an arrangement of smooshed fruit I was left with a clear question....... why did this person have me waiting for 35 minutes when I could have gone shopping real quick and all this time waiting so I can be embarrassed to give my wife and mother her fruit on a stick. How can they call it a bouque? And no discount either . Never again
On a Friday night, I ordered an arrangement for delivery on the following Sunday. It was not delivered until 9:30pm. That is too late to be ringing someones doorbell.
Fruit and chocolate-dipped arrangement was delivered but was almost inedible, the fruit was past its peak freshness by days.
I ordered an edible arrangement for mothers day, and it was assigned to this location. The gift did not show up on Mothers Day and I was not notified via phone, text, or email. The arrangement arrived the next day with no explanation. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told because it was delivered they couldnt offer a refund but they refunded the delivery fee. This was better than nothing, but barely. The whole point was to show the thought/love on Mothers Day. When nothing came, and I wasnt notified, it made me feel awful when I realized my mom thought I forgot. It turns out they were just overbooked and couldnt get all the orders out, which I can understand, but that shouldnt be my problem. At the very least I should have been notified and offered the chance to cancel my order. The worst part about the whole ordeal is that the manager made excuses instead of owning their mistake. I wouldnt recommend this shop as a result and I think they should really reconsider their treatment of customers.
Today, 3-15-14 I arrived at 1 something from LA to this store and this little lady helped me with this 2 decisions. I was in a hurry and she got it done before the promised time. At first I thought she was going to be no help because she had lost her keys. I believe her name is Nadia. She has the best costumer service. Very friendly and very helpful.
Laguna Hills...I have placed a bundled order (3) for Valentines delivery 2/14. Same address. My order confirmation shows delivery 2/21. Not interested! I have made 9 attempts in the last 30 minutes an getting hang up after 3 or 4 rings. Where do I go from here.????
Very disappointed...looking forward to an occasion to buy chocolate covered strawberries. .. My husband bought me a dozen for Valentine’s Day/wedding anniversary. Every single strawberry was bad under the chocolate. Ridiculous!!! $30 spent on bad strawberries dipped in chocolate.
