This is our go to place! Mike and Jose are one of the friendliest people in the business. Had a battery issue with my iPhone 6, instead of the same old song and dance other stores offer. They will honestly tell you what the issue is. Been a long time customer here.

Good prices and offer high quality parts. Jeff and Jose helped me and my familys broken screens on iPhone 11 and iPhone 7. Both repairs took only 40 minutes. Courteous and nice waiting area for us. We played their display video games while we waited and offered us free soft drinks too!

Great deals! Staff was very nice and helpful. Gina and Pak were great in helping me get the data off my old hard drive. They took a look at it for free, I am old school and didn’t know much about how to get the data off so the staff took their time to see what I needed and gave me the best resolution without charging an arm and a leg! It only took them less than 2 hours and charged a lot less than what other local repair stores were charging. Place was easy to find. They are off the 5 and Alicia parkway!

I had my iPhone screen repair yesterday. Not only was the price super cheaper than all the places I call to get a quote for the screen replacement, but the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. My screen is just perfect. I highly recommend this place to fix your phone. I am actually gonna now take my IPad which I was going to throw away because if anyone can fix it he can.

He was really rude on the phone. He was going to charge $60 just to run an application called odin on his computer.

Please read entirely. This is in regards to PC Repair.I originally called Orange County PC Repair in Laguna Niguel to help fix an issue with my PC.Here was my issue. I installed a new GPU and did not have the correct PSU to power it so I replaced it with my old one which was working. I could not get it past the black screen and preparing automatic repair.I called and spoke with Mike. He said hed take a look at it but to bring it down to their Laguna Hills location, EZ Wireless.I brought it down (Monday) and paid my $49 service fee. I explained the situation and he said hell call me in an hour.An hour passes and no call so I give it some time. First update was that he is flashing my memory and reloading windows. Hell call me in an hour when its done. I said perfect.I called to follow up. He said the computer just shut down and he said that I possibly shorted something in the PSU. He asked if I unplugged my PC before working on it. I did. He says its not turning on so youll need a new PSU. He wanted to sell me a Cosair Gold 850w for $180 installed. I figured why not, I need one for my new GPU. He said it would be here the next morning. He also mentioned he would call me in the morning.The next day (Tuesday), I called late in the morning and Mike said that it would be here at 1pm and he would call me. He also stated instead of the Cosair Gold 850w he would install a PowerSpec 650w and save me some money. I figured cool. Thats fine.I called at at 2:30pm or something like that and Mike said that there is a bunch of wires and its going to take some time before they can get it running. Itll be available the next morning. He said things like “this can’t be rushed”. Im a patient guy so I said fine.At about 3:30pm I get a call from Mike. He said the computer won’t boot and recommended a new motherboard and CPU. He recommended a Ryzen 5 CPU. I cant remember the motherboard, but he was asking $600-$700. I said no and I will be by to pick up my computer. Keep in mind, my computer was able to boot up to a black screen but stalled.During my drive, Mike sent me a text saying he has parts for the computer for $400. I ignored it as I was on my way to EZ Wireless.I arrived to the shop and the computer was on the floor. Mike said sorry and pointed to the computer. I went to pick it up I noticed a screw was missing so I asked for it. He brought it from the back and I put it back on to secure the panel.I placed the computer on my front seat of my car and flipped it where I can see through the clear panel. I noticed my ram was missing. I went back in and said Im missing it and again he went into the back and grabbed it. I installed it.I took it home and tried to troubleshoot it myself. I plugged my PC back in to see if it will turn on. It did. Not a PSU issue. But now its not recognizing a drive. I never had this issue before...so I went in to take a look and noticed they didn’t connect the power to my hard drive. So I connected it and boom it recognized the driver.Now Im back to square one. It won’t load past the black screen with the blue windows.I gave it a day and I returned back to it (now Wednesday). Did some adjustments in the BIOS and then the computer booted back up. Memory is wiped but now its working!I hate to write negative reviews but this place deserves it. They tried to SCAM me into a new computer that I did not need.No way! I have basic understanding of computers and know when to trust my gut when things don’t seem right.Please avoid Mike at EZ Wireless aka Orange County PC Repair in Laguna Niguel. Hell try to sell you a computer you don’t need or repairs that are unnecessary. And not properly put your computer back together.

Awesome customer Service!!! My moving plans got thrown off schedule and they were so understanding. There was no charge for not being there to pick up the rental truck on time. The owner offered to reschedule for another day, so nice and helpful. I will definitely call again for my moving needs. Blessings!!!

Amazing service! Needed my screen repaired on my iPhone. Went in and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the phone in 15 minutes. Their price and quality is extremely reasonable and cheaper then the other guys.

PLEASE READ. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE. I was 99% sure my charging port was bad. I spoke to the owner who said my phone would be repaired by 10AM the next day. I called at 10, sorry phone wont be fixed till 3. I call at 3, 3:10, 3:20, ect. No answer. Finally around 4 he picks up and says its not the charging port, your motherboard is dead, you need to buy a new phone. I ended up buying a new phone that was the same model as my old phone. I got home and put the new charged battery in my old phone. Sure enough it works. I then closely examined my old phone, the back screwed in panel was never removed. He either forgot to order my part or got busy and decided that he didnt want to take the time to fix it, so he lied. His lie cost me the price of a new phone. I went back and told him what I just stated. I then added that he could fix my phone at no cost and return my $20 deposit. He then tells me that hes not going to fix it because of my attitude. I actually got a smile and said, I knew you were not going to fix it because you have no character or integrity. Look, he could have maned up, been honest, fixed my phone and it would have been forgiven. Instead, he got this awesome review. There are plenty of phone repair places around. He has the lowest rating of numerous repair shops on my near me google map list. DONT GO HERE. I just read his reply to my review Everything stated is an absolute LIE which is par for the course. Except, I did call him an Fn A-hole when I left Be smart, learn from my mistake. Dont take the chance.

They replaced the screen on my iPhone 5S, but did not realize or recommend replacing the slightly bent frame. Because the screen does not properly seat itself in the frame, it failed soon after replacement. Another shop informed me that this was a careless and thoughtless repair. I feel like I wasted my money and I am not happy with the service.Edit: I would like to add that my girlfriends iPhone 6 was repaired during this same visit. Her home button has been wonky ever since. I have not yet been contacted about a resolving these issues; therefore, I am reducing my review to 1 star.

I have had 2 different iphone screens repaired here. They are very customer service oriented and have repaired the phones within an hour and for the price they quoted. They had the best price in the area when I called around. ALSO they open at 10 Am, not 9am as it says on Google hours.

Went the extra mile to make it right.I shopped around for a replacement screen for my Google Nexus 5x, and EZ-TECH came up as my best option for price ($95) and for reviews nearby. They ordered a screen and the next day I dropped my phone off for a couple hours to get it fixed.Unfortunately, when we turned it on it was clear there was an issue. There was a green line through the screen, and I had an international trip the next morning - there was no time to get another screen ordered in. On my trip, the faulty screen went from bad to worse, making the phone inoperable. I had to have it repaired out of country so Id have a phone to use, and never got the faulty screen back.When I returned, I called EZ-TECH for a refund. They were in a tough spot because without the screen, theyre out of pocket for the $58 screen. They offered to refund the labour price via check - fair, given the circumstances. However, the cheque arrived with a nice note, and a full refund for the entire price. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make things right.

I tried fixing a cracked iphone screen with out success, took my iphone to EZ-Tech (Paul) $19 to inspect the phone, fixed my iphone with a new screen for $49 (applied the inspection cost of $19). Did it all in one afternoon: Very satisified!

Very cheap service in comparison to other places, as well as one-day service. The only issue, and this isnt even a personal thing, is that they typically have a dog hanging out in there, which might cause allergies in some people.

The owner is very fair and honest and does his work quickly. I would never go anywhere else to repair cell phones laptops or any other electronics!

The guy in there was so nice and so helpful. He helped me cut down my Simple Mobile SIM card down to a nano for a new iphone 6S. Such quick and great service.

I came in not too long ago, hoping to get my horribly cracked screen repaired. I had the pleasure of meeting Pak, who kindly informed me that the repair might lead to unexpected issues with the home button on my iPhone.The repair took at most an hour, and was returned to me looking like I just got it out of the box. I even received a screen protector as well.I definitely intend to give EZ-Tech Wireless my business in the future, should I be clumsy enough to damage anything else. They fixed my phone for far less than if I had gone to an apple store.Though I haven’t had the chance to speak with other workers there, I am positive that Pak is among one of the most honest technicians there. I certainly would recommend this place to those who are looking to fix their electronic devices

I dropped my phone the other day and it cracked really bad, I could hardly read my screen. Being I use my phone for work this was a huge problem. I was lucky enough to find EZ Tech! They fixed my screen fast and the price was very reasonable. Im going to recommend EZ Tech to all my friends. Awsome service and location.

Jose and Pak were wonderful in handling my phone issues. Jose helped me first with 1 ipad repair about 2 months ago, did an excellent job at a very fair price. the 2nd time I went in, Pak was there to assist me with a pop up virus on my iPhone 7plus. He cleaned it up within 20 mins and only charged me $29, what a deal!! Always will bring my electronics to repair here from now on :)

EZ Tech has been a lifesaver! My husband and I have been coming here for quite some time. The owners are very nice and treats each repair as if it were their own phones.I am so please they were able to save my photos and contacts. Like an idiot i forgot to backup my docs on iCloud. My iPhone X was completely shattered into pieces and the Touch ID was not working.Miraculously they were able to fix it for a lot less than apple care! We will always come to EZ Tech wireless for any future repairs for sure. Btw the also included a free temperglass as well. Quick and Efficient. I would give them a 10 star review if possible!!

Gave them the Iphone to fix it wasnt working and fixed but the WiFi doesnt work anymore and when I called to ask they did not know .... and Paid 125 to get it back as its working perfect now ..

Hands down the best tech guy in town, José fixed my destroyed iPhone in less than 45 minutes. This phone had over 5,000 pictures from all over the world w/my kids....priceless memories I could never get back. Every Apple store told me it was destroyed beyond repair, motherboard broken, bent, smashed, yada, yada....I brought the phone in due to high recommendations from several locals....I had no expectations just high hopes...all of them exceeded! His price was incredible for his work. Visit this man before anyone else, he deserves recognitions and praise. They will promise things and overcharge and demand payment with no exception. Their prices might be cheap but when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
