This place was great! We worked with Jaye and she was AMAZING! Loved her because she was so friendly and patient with us. She helped us get the closet we love! We were also happy with the price because it is not as expensive as California Closets but looks just as nice and great quality. Jaye did a great job by taking our ideas and putting them into a sketch of what we wanted. Would definitely recommend Classy Closets if you are looking to redo your closet, but even more so I would recommend working with Jaye. She will get you the best looking closet!

I am enjoying my new closet so much!!!! Jaye is a wonderful designer and came up with a great layout which took into account our customized needs, and also gave us the idea to use a different finish for the front panels of our drawers and cabinet doors. Our closets look so much more expensive now because of it. Pricing was competitive with other closet companies and even came in a little less. Since we ordered our closets around the holidays, we did have to wait about 6 weeks for installation but we werent in a hurry. Demo and installation was done efficiently and with good workmanship. My quality of life has now been significantly improved!! Thanks Jaye!

I would not recommend using this outfit at all. I had the representative come by to measure the closet and specifically told her I wanted three doors, as I had two doors and could not get to the interior effectively. I received a proposal for doors at $677.00 installed. The proposal did not indicate whether they were two doors or three, but as I specifically made the point I wanted three doors due to the fact two doors did not work, I assumed the quote was responsive to my request. After some time I emailed the representative confirming if the doors were as per the proposal priced and installed. She confirmed they were as per the proposal. She than sent me a new proposal for an additional 480 dollars or 1157 a 71% increase. After calling her she said the proposal was for two doors and her boss said why would he want three doors when two is enough. She also indicated she had a discussion concerning the difference, which I have no recollection of whatsoever. Therefore I cannot say one way or the other. But, the bottom line is simple the proposal was in any persons opinion a proposal based on what they said they wanted, not want the supplier thought they needed, especially without specifically stating so on the proposal. So in my mind these folks are a bait and switch company. I would be very careful with using this company if at all, because I would not. Nothing is more frustrating then dealing with dishonesty in companies today. Be aware is all I can say.
