Came in yesterday and they were busy so I booked an appointment for today at 12:30pm. 2pm rolls around and my car is still sitting in the parking lot where I drove it in. I would understand if I was a walk-in, but I made an appointment to avoid a long wait. They do not honor appointments, be wary.

No issues. Have a lifetime alignment. Tried to upsell me on tires of a lesser quality than I was getting at Costco and wanted about $400 more. Just be aware of your options before you commit to anything.

Left early from work as they say they close at 7. Was here at 450 and they turned me away saying they close in an hour and didnt have enough time....

Even with an 8am appointment youre going to spend the majority of your day here or leave your car and pick it up later. If you leave they will back burner the car and you will wait when you get back. Either way, its eating your day.Also had a flat repair done here a couple months ago and the valve stem was left loose, which resulted in a flat the following morning.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was concerned about tire wear on a 40 k set of Firestone potenza with only 20k miles so I expected a replacement recommendation. To my surprise, they inspected and rotated the tires and all good for now.Oil change, rotation and inspection less than two hrs at a more than fair price. Only nit picky comment is the check in and pick up lines are molasses like.

Called in and Frank was helpful from the start. He was helping me decide which was type of oil is more beneficial for my now high mileage car. Asked him a question about my slipping transmission and he said the techs can take a look and top it off if needed. This location is open the latest in my area. Even if it were earlier in the day, I absolutely recommend contacting and utilizing this locations services.

No open appointments for next day, so I went to a competitors website.

Made an appointment for an alignment and added an oil change, TPMS fix on a single tire and new wipers. Took 3 hours the first day to only complete the alignment due to an issue with their hardware for the TPMS. Was told to come back the next day and they would knock out the rest. Showed up at 12:15pm and its now 3pm and still not done. No discount or any other offer to compensate me for the 6 hours I waited to do pretty simple fixes. Will not be coming back here.*Update*They removed the proce of the TPMS when they couldnt get it to work but left the new sensor in where Ill get it updated somewhere else. They also gave me a good deal on shocks I was looking at buying so Im upping my rating.

Scammers. charged me for a battery replacement, didn’t replace the battery. I’ve bought tires here for 10 years and they can’t be bothered to do basic service. go to another location or better yet don’t go to fire stone at all.

Was told our car battery was good to go, it was dead the next day. We were told everything was fine and all we got was an oil change. The very next day the car wont start, and we cant figure out why it was running perfectly yesterday and now it will not turn on. I called and told them was happened and all I got was a gee that sucks. Never again will we be Firestone customers.

Just want to thank Bert, Tom, Frank, and Santo for great service. I drive an older vehicle and have been lucky this team has been there to help. From a simple brake light replacement or having my cylinders replaced, or being towed in to fix a flat tire......my third in one month! I come in with anxious concerns and they put me at ease. I hope they are there when I go from 129,000 miles to 329,000! Thanks guys.

Some of the employees, especially Tom go way out of their way to deliver great customer service. He has been consistently helpful over the past couple of years. I always breathe a sigh of relief when I see he is working.

Clean place, provides TV, coffee with nice creamers. Service is good too. Came in for nail puncture which they fixed. Also did a complete inspection and turns out I needed to replace my cabin air and engine air filter. They didnt have the engine air filter on-site but I told them to go ahead with the cabin air filter. This was supposed to be quick but took way too long because they got the wrong part delivered to them. They also did a poor job of telling me what was taking so long - was sitting and waiting for close to two hours. I had to ask to get the info. Anyways, still like the service, didnt seem too expensive or anything.

They were great! Super helpful and nice. They even finished a little faster than expected. Will definitely be back.

Such great service, they gave me a full inspection for absolutely free. I went in thinking I needed new brakes and wound up not needing any! Gave me great advice on what/when was needed next and sent me on my way, inspection did take a bit long, but you cant complain for free service. I will be coming here from now on.

This place must be some kind of joke. I made an appointment and dropped my car off at 7am for tire change and alignment. At around 12 I called for an update. The tech told me that the car was not done yet and they had finished the alignment but did not do the tire swap and balance yet. Then this tech proceeded to tell me that its totally fine to do the alignment before the tires swap. As soon as I heard this I ran over and picked up my car, it was obvious this shop has no idea what they are doing, and they will lie to you. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND LIE ABOUT SERVICES. I dont even know for sure that an alignment was actually done.

When I asked them for my break they told me it’s 159$ include rotates tires and they told me it’s ready after 1 hour but when I put my car I waited for 3 hours and after that I seen they didn’t rotate my tires And I’m asked them why they told me it’s better !!!!!!?????? Wanna edit my reviewin Firestone they told me you should change your tires each 180$ and also you should change your another breaks!!!! But today I went to the another mechanic they changed my both tires with 160$, each 80$ and also they rotate my tires and they didn’t charge me for that and just I’m waited less than 15 minutes they are super fast they told me you’re break is good you don’t need to change it they are so honest and I’m they’re forever customer...

If they say that they rotated your tires, make sure they did. They told me they rotated my tires, and they didnt do it. I left wondering if the oil change was ever done or they lied about it too. If they say your car will be ready in two hours, it will be ready in three hours or more. Lies, lies, lies. Service ordered and paid for: oil change, tires rotation, brake inspection, fluids check. Service delivered: Who knows.

I dont ever remember writing a bad review but this was a horrendous experience. Took my truck in to have them fix a flat that I temporarily fixed with a hot glue gun. They told me it would be 30-45 minutes so I made an appointment. After waiting an hour and a half they pull me in the back and tell me there was no air leaking in the hole. I said I know I filled it with hot glue but I am going to be on the road for 8 hours today and I cant trust a hot glue fix. He then proceeds to tell me that they could still plug it but it would take 20 minutes. So basically after setting an appointment and them telling me it would be 30-45 to fix it they hadnt even looked at my truck for an hour and a half. If I known it was going to take this long I would have gone to Goodyear an hour early that told me it would be two hours. Lame.

Help me to verify a Cadillac converter number that C&H smog wouldnt accept.

I enjoy Firestone but this location is extremely helpful, especially if you have a Honda. I have taken my Honda Civic to a couple locations but each visit to this location specifically has been above and beyond what I would expect from even Firestone. Not only are their hours longer than other location, they seem to have a larger staff and a lot of space to work. This last visit their technician helped me with a problem I doubt anyone but Honda would have been able to figure out, saving me time and money trying to figure it out. Turns out my key was the issue the whole time so I switched to my spare key and the problem went away. Thanks again Firestone in Laguna, I dont make many reviews but this was awesome service.

NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK. I normally dont review places but Im so outraged. I have used them many times but last time I had the worst experience. I had an appointment for 8:30am and didnt get the car back tell almost close... After calling a few times. When I got to pick it up they didnt fix the issue. They ordered more parts and kept it over night. Said it would be dont before noon. Called multiple times before showing up before close to get it and still was not done.I am very upset with how I was treated and wouldnt wish it upon anyone.

Took over two hours to check if battery caused my alarm system to fail. Was recommended to see locksmith.

My car and I had the BEST experience yesterday...new tires, lifetime alignment, oil change, rear brakes cleaned (and didnt try and tell me I needed new ones, as I was fearing)...out the door in 2 hours, all for $583.00. Oh, and that was the lifetime alignment ON THE CAR deal they have going on right now, not just on that set of tires, as you would expect!!!Ive had great care by this location previously, as well as Santa Ana location.Eri is Customer Service Extrordinaire!!!!!

I show up at 6:39 PM to get new tires put on. They are open till eight, they said sorry we can’t do it. What kind of customer service is that! it’s awful! they’re open until eight it’s first come first serve, walk in’s . Don’t waste your time

Eventhough I came in on a busy day. I was taken care of in just over an hour. Excellent ! But take a jacket. The Loby A/C works very well.

The worst experience! If they ready this, they will probably laugh it off, so I wont waste my time writing here. But for members who come here beware! They may say they will do something and never do it. Also, calls are answered and attended to regardless if a person is in front of them, asking a question. Just ask the person standing in front to hold on and attend the call. Horrible horrible experience!

Had an unexpected car problem, called to make sure i was able to take my car they said it would be a bit of a wait which was what i expected since it was short notice and sure enough they did an amazing job couldnt have asked for anything better.

Both times I came here to fix a flat tire I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes before anyone came by. There were no other customers, yet there were no employees in the lobby. And the second time I had an appointment scheduled because of what happened the first time. Service was average once I found an employee, but it was still a long process for them to patch the tire once they came in.
