My 84 year old mother lives in Laguna Woods. I live in North Carolina. My mothers microwave died Wednesday, she relies on it for many of her meals. I phoned Saddleback Appliance today, Thursday, and worked with Brigette to get her a new microwave. The new microwave was installed today, Thursday and all is good. Awesome customer service. When I first phoned I got a real person immediately, how refreshing. Highly recommend Saddleback Appliances.

Our dishwasher died on us suddenly and we spent the day trying to find a store that actually had the brand we wanted in stock. Every place we tried was out of stock until at least mid-November until we came across Saddleback Appliances. They had the brand and model we wanted and we were even able to get it installed within a couple of hours of purchasing it. Delivery, installation, and extended warranty costs were even in line with the big box stores. Thanks for taking care of us so quickly!
I walked into Saddleback Appliances on a whim… It just happened to be close to something else related to our kitchen remodel. Scott Scrip is the real deal. He not only worked to make certain that the appliances were best for us… But made certain the cost was the best to be had. In fact, after making the deal, receiving payment, delivering on time, and basically being in a position to be done with us… He called out of the blue to make certain that we received our GE Profile rebate. A little over a year after having a stellar experience with Saddleback Appliance wherein we had our entire kitchen renovated with five GE Profile appliances, we did our Internet homework in search of some high-tech, front load washer and dryer pairs. After finding the LG pair plus a SideKick mini washer pedestal add on, we looked for our best price. Costco appeared to be the least expensive with an active sale going on but we would have to give up the color and the SideKick we desired. Enter in Scott at Saddleback Appliance… not only did he price to compete and beat the competition, but again, we received exactly the features we desired most... and received an installation that wasquick (just days after ordering), efficient (less than half an hour), and helpful (we were given good instructions). Two bonuses… the saddleback Appliance Installer switched the positions of our washer and dryer for reasons we could only understand the wisdom after using them... and Scott called us before delivery to let us know there was a scratch on the SideKick pedestal face - he gave us the option of waiting until they had a replacement or installing immediately and replacing the scratched part after receiving it. We chose the latter since our old dryer wasn’t working. Scott followed up with us multiple times to make certain the LG rep was following through with the replacement. The scratch was very small but his intentions towards us were very big. The LG rep came in and replaced the SideKick face with the same professionalism and ease as the Saddleback Appliance team. We have purchased all of our major appliances from Saddleback Appliance. The appliances were ordered correctly. When they came in they were delivered on time and the setup was done correctly. After some construction the stove and refrigerator needed to be leveled. Installers were sent and the appliances were leveled at no cost.
Saddleback Appliances and its owner, Greg, are not concerned about customer satisfaction in the least. Having done around $25k in business with this company in 2015 - I decided to make a personal purchase for a property flip and purchased an open box hood - which I was told was new and at the time of purchase was further told all parts had been double-checked. I explained at the beginning that I could not bring it back to return and needed it complete due to timing of property flip. Having found many items missing upon arrival at home, I advised of the issue (and while the hollow welcome to bring the product back was made), they pursued having the manufacture send out the parts (which arrived 3-weeks later - to an address in a different city). After spending $400-$600 for my contractors fabrication of parts to hang the hood correctly, Saddleback was unwilling to make things right. They insist that the $75 discount on the open box item (vs. new item elsewhere) was sufficient and neither do they care about losing a client that could bring them significant work. Find anywhere/anyone to purchase appliances from other than Saddleback. Greg only cares about his bottom line and not about you. However, when you do as much business as Saddleback - why care about the small customers when its the contractors buttering your bread, right? Buyer beware!
We had an excellent experience with Saddleback Appliances, especially Scott. He has gone above and beyond to find us the products we need. He spent a lot of time describing the small differences between brands and appliances.

We purchased our GE Cafe Range/Oven and Microwave from Saddleback because the sales lady was knowledgeable and the price was right. I recommend them highly based upon our experience.
I wouldnt buy from this company if my life depended on it!! I had an appliance serviced by them through my warranty of an appliance I bought else where. I couldnt believe their manager who got on the phone. Instead of showing any understanding of the bewilderment of finding out how I would have to pay them for the service call, she just stated, See you in court! Sounds like a sue happy company that clearly has terrible customer service!! Stay away!!!!

I have had nothing but a great experience thus far with Saddleback Appliances and I am going to be ordering more appliance from them shortly. They are honest people and they do their best to satisfy their customer!
All I wanted was my ice maker fixed that is under warrantee. Instead I have an upset wife who was told by customer service to find another service company after we had the nerve to complain that its taken multiple visits with the wrong parts and months of waiting.
One of their drivers nearly hit my car. Watch Out for these guys.
