As a patient who has received hearing aids and ear impressions here, I can say that the staff is absolutely helpful and wonderful to work with. They are so patient and informative and make me feel right at home every time I come in. If you’re looking for quality care, Acadian Hearing and Balance is the place to go.

These ladies are great! Super knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time and explain things to you. They are wonderful with kids! When my son was having tubes put in I was dreading his hearing appointment. I just knew there was no way he would stay still. The girls were so good at keeping both him and I calm. I love the characters they have in their audio booth. Great place for kids, not just for hearing aids!

I took my 82 year old mother for a hearing evaluation. She purchased hearing aides and is doing great with them so far. Why did I wait so long??My experience at Acadian Hearing was fantastic, The staff was knowledgeable and attentive.My first surprise was the sound of paper. I had forgotten just how crisp the sound could be.Everything changed into a new world of sound, even coworkers asked what had changed. I was told my personality had been altered ..For the follow up visit to Acadian Hearing, the staff addressed all of my questions and concerns ....I highly recommend Acadian Hearing and Balance Center for their professional, friendly and caring office environment.

Our experience at Acadiana hearing and balance was AMAZING !!! We brought our 5 month old in for an OAE test, our little one proceeded to scream and cry the entire time. A test that was suppose take a few minutes ended up keeping us there for almost an hour, our audiologist was super patient and COMPLETELY understanding. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! We are very very pleased our entire experience!!!

They have updated their process to keep our problem from occurring again: Originally, we did not understand the cost to us compared to what BCBS of LA insurance would cover for hearing aids and what we would be responsible for out of pocket and that the out of pocket would not be counted as part of our BCBS of LA insurance out of pocket amount. We were under the belief that we would pay 20% of the hearing aid cost and insurance would cover 80%. We ended up getting billed for 44% of the cost. Again, this mix up in information has been corrected.Bottom line, make sure you understand what you will be paying and what your insurance will be paying.

I am currently completing my 4th year audiology doctoral residency at Acadian ENT and have been here for the last several months. Throughout my time here, everyone at this office has been wonderful, especially the audiologists. Prior to my clinical placement here, Ive worked with over 30 audiologists, and none of them compare to Dr. Castille, Dr. McClure, and Dr. Duhon at Acadian Hearing and Balance Center. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about diagnostics, amplification, and current research in the field, but they go above and beyond to ensure their patients happiness. The fact that they care so much about their patients is what truly sets them apart.

I got frustrated by my initial appointment being rescheduled multiple times - after they had been confirmed - and booked somewhere else instead.

All of my experiences have been positive and the staff has gone out of their way to help me.
