I filled out a request for quote form over three months ago, no reply. I was very discouraged I understand employment issues product issues etc. with the pandemic.I have removed the remainder of my original rating today 9/9/2021 and I am amending my review. Mr. Fence It has been a long standing business in our community. I had received an email asking me to rate how my quote request went, thus my rating. Mr. Fence It did reply as you can see. I did follow-up, I have no problems with them or their business. I cannot rate them because I have not done business with them. I can rate them on the interaction in conversation that we had. They were very professional and that is the type of business that I would do business with Supporting our local businesses is important to me as it should be to everyone. This is one business that if I have a need that they can meet in the future I will call them!

Beyond impressed with the quality. It was a great experience dealing with this company start to finish. If you use any other fence company you would be setting!

Mr Fence it did an excellent job on the project of replacing old, and adding new fence to our home. Their prices were the best i have found. The quality of the materials and workmanship is great. Steven, the project supervisor, along with his crew, was professional, friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We had a very successful experience with Mr. Fence It in Lafayette. When we got estimates for a vinyl fence, theirs was by far the most reasonable. While COVID slowed the availability of materials, their crew got started quickly once the fencing arrived. They were great about making modifications on the fly due to the demands of the HOA and kept additional costs at bay. Id recommend checking out Mr. Fence It when shopping for a fence.

We contacted many fence companies but Mr. Fence It was the most responsive and only company that followed through. We received our quote quickly, were given updates regarding installation date(s), and the workers showed up as expected. All workers were professional, worked hard, and did a great job installing our wood fence. There was no mess left behind. Thank you!

Steve and kyle did a good job. They were professional and polite.

Took forever to put fence up(over a week once started) and the cost when said and done was more because of some poor communication. Fence looks awesome except in 1 spot. Not sure I would use again.

Didnt realize they changed owners and I apologize for my previous post. I have gotten numerous complaints and if he was that bad I dont understand why they pulled him in to replace such a reputable company. With everything yall have let me in on, they wont be around much longer.

An employee came out and measured and said he would send a quote to our email. We never got a quote

Quality work on time and at budget

Out of the top listed local fence companies this one is the most responsive and follows through. Others have not been dependable, I won’t bother with them anymore. Not sure if the prices are comparable because I have yet to receive estimates from other companies, even those who have come to our home to review our fence.

I called Mr. Fence It & Gene came out that same day to walk my property. He called me the following day with the quote for material & labor. He quickly ordered the materials & called me twice to keep me updated on when they would be out to install it. On the scheduled installation day, the guys showed up right on time. They were very nice & professional. They double checked to make sure the posts were placed correctly. They finished the whole fence in one day and came back roughly a week later to install the gates. I would highly recommend them.

I called to ask for an estimate, and within 4 weeks the work I had wanted done was complete and exceeded my expectations. I had a gate installed in my privacy fence and a small section of privacy fence with a gate added. The workers were polite and friendly and the work was done quickly without any mess left behind.

The wood is low quality that the company purchased off the lumber yard at Menards then marked up.

They showed up late on installation with no call. They called the Call before you dig however they still chipped a Power Line. 1 month later half the power went out to my house and they investigated the issue and it was from the people who installed the fence. I called Mr. Fence it who basically said it wasnt their fault and they werent going to pay for anything. I ended up having to pay about $300 to the utility company out of my own pocket. They didnt have any insurance to cover themselves or their customers for cases like this. They were extremely rude over the phone over this incident and I do not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all cost.
