Brought in a Dell laptop. Was told it needed a new battery. Battery replaced and computer taken home several days later. Worked fine until a large demand is placed on the computer like video editing then the computer displays an error code and if unplugged will turn off. Googled the problem, solution was to reset the battery. Once done laptop works 100% prefect until the same video demand is placed on the system.Returned to Doghouse and was told I had the wrong battery and needed to purchase a new battery.They would not honor or stand behind their work.I have another example of having to go behind them after having a computer repaired.I cannot in good faith recommend them as a professional repair center.They are not even good part changers.

Regardless of my computer being a hassle to deal with they tried to figure out a way to fix it and charged me nothing when they knew nothing could be done, they kept me updated and informed constantly.

Was a little nervous trying out a new company for computer work. They knew what they were doing and actually charged me for the time the computer was worked on, rather than artificially inflating the numbers.

The person who helped me was Karen. She was amazing--courteous, good listener, extremely knowledgeable, kind, cared about me as a customer; and every other super nice adjective I can think of!I felt the Team Viewer method method was extremely helpful to me. This is the third time I have gone to Doghouse. In desperation after 5-6 hours online to Geek Squad, trying to reconnect my computer to a new router, and after going in to Best Buy for help, I went to Doghouse, where they plugged in an inexpensive gizmo that reconnected me in no time at all. I brought in a Toshiba table to have the battery changed. In further diagnosis it was found not to be the battery.The owner Nick was very professional and his customer service is SUPERB!As long as Nick owns it they have my future business!

Went in for and HP laptop starting to come-a loose at the hinges. Stephen Hernandez, as Im sure they are in that particular business, was very honest and fixed what was at the time loose screws under the rubber feet. Did not realize there were screws under there, have to pry the feet away. I am going to go there for computer repairs from now on. I will also likely purchase future computers, new or refurbished, from there rather than the intolerable worst(best)buy. Honesty goes a long way in my book, great job Stephen ! Oh yeah, and they repair LCD/LED televisions as well

I went into Dog House with my computer after using Iyogi support and another local service who took online control of my computer. Every time I shop here, I am impressed. After a long day monitoring our business phone installation, I found that we needed a PoE switch. I called DogHouse and told them what I needed. Ten minutes later I was back at the office with the switch .

On 10/22, I brought in my computers and wanted diagnostic work done, I was promised the the very next day (Friday) or the following Monday. When I called Monday around 4 pm, I was told Tuesday or Wednesday, then Wednesday turned into Thursday/Friday. Today 10/30 I called at 430 pm and it would be Monday or Tuesday.No, Im not waiting 8-10 days for a simple diagnostic test. This isnt medicine nor litigation, so I went by to get my computers and the staff were polite, but very unconcerned with business leaving.That is not how I do business, so here is your one star review. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes.

I spilled probably a half of a cup of water on the top of the keyboard of my MacBook Pro with Retina display. They said it would take about 2 weeks and they completely fixed it within a week and a half for only $200!! I thought it was completely broken

Took my LT for a screen issue, they said they could not fix it and i needed to send to HP. And handed me a $150.00 bill, i under stand to stay in business you have to make money but to get nothing but a bill is not the way to do business in my book and would not bring another thing to them if they were the only store in town.

I was getting very discouraged when i couldnt figure out what was wrong with my custom build pc. after taking it to several places and reordering parts, i decided to bring it to doghouse computer repairs. honestly, i shouldve looked into bringing my computer here to begin with. the employees are so nice and willing to help out with any problems or questions you may have. they figured out the true issue with my computer and even went beyond that to show me what i needed to do next. 110% recommend this place for any electonic needs! very helpful for such a small price!

Needed a PSU that day so could not wait for one to ship. found these guys online after no luck at Best Buy and called them. customer service was OK I guess although not very knowledgeable. got over there and found the very minimum wattage psu I needed for a 200% price mark-up. absolutely ridiculous. will never go back.
