We do not have the ability to run a vehicle plate number nor do we run a background check on everyone that enters our store. It is our policy to get a copy of the ID of everyone who wears a mask. This is a firearm dealership and identifying all persons in our store is paramount to security. Thankfully it looks like our policies are working.Im here to call your statement above contradictory. I recently walked into your store with NO mask and was asked to turn over my ID to be scanned. This totally took me by surprise. Why does my ID need to be scanned to look around in your store? Nevertheless, I declined and walked out. As a veteran, I am surely disappointed to be walking out of a Veteran owned shop.

I have made many purchases with rustic renegade and have been completely satisfied. Every question or concern that I may have had with purchases have always been answered thoroughly. Would definitely recommend shopping here. The atmosphere created by staff is second to none in Lafayette area. So if you are looking to purchase any firearms or furniture I highly recommend spending you money here.

Simply put, The Rustic Renegade is the compendium of craftsmanship in the greater Lafayette area. The entire store is as unique and high quality as the people who operate it. There is almost nothing you want that they cant get or dont already have in stock. The personnel are exceptionally helpful. If you happen to be new to the world of firearms, they do an incredible job of informing you and welcoming you to the community with open arms. No question too silly, no request too unreasonable. If they cant take care of you, theyll send you to someone who can. The owner is almost always available during operating hours. He is as honest a businessman as you will ever find. Truly a store with the values God, Family, Country. Make a stop, you wont regret it.

Words are hard to describe this place. Rustic is a 10/10 shop. Caleb and his Team are top notch. Caleb truly Cares and Loves what he does and he wants you to be taken care of. If he doesnt have it, he will do what he can to get it for you. His team of Justin, Sage, and Yancy will take care of you 100%. This place feels like a second home. When I have a bad day Rustic always makes it better. They are always smiling and wanting to make sure you are too. If you need gunsmithing done Justin is the man to go see. An Expert at what he does.

I’m from the area and trust me, this is a great place to come in for a multitude of reasons. They have a great staff with extensive knowledge and they have everything a man could possibly need to put a smile on his face !! (And woman) In all seriousness I’m happy to know these guys and they have helped me along my journey, to keep me and my family safe and it’s like a mans Disneyland for beautiful custom furniture and all your firearms needs, very responsible people and they take their job serious, I’d give more stars if I could but it is what it is!! The gentleman I spoke with, and Im assuming he is the owner, was knowledgeable, polite, and both reasonable and fair in respect to the item I had appraised. That last part being the most critical in my opinion with your relationship with whoever is going to be dealing you your weapons. However being honest and fair isnt the best way to pick an individual for repairs or Gunsmithing. Youre going to want somebody who knows what theyre doing if theyre going to be taken apart your weapon, and they should generally speaking know more than you do, or you wouldnt have brought it to them. So, remember not to act like you know more than the people who work on your weapon(s). This particular case I was having to find a new weapons dealer all together due to an unfortunate incident. Its something I take very seriously, and I can say that the gentleman that I dealt with met and exceeded all qualifying marks in my book. Take that for whatever thats wortwh, and then he exceeded those. I had flipped the guide rod spring. I wanted to see if he was going to do me honestly or not and he did. Also worth noting, he found and fixed the issue in between dealing with other customers plus cleaned & oiled the weapon in max 10 minutes. Almost walked out of there with a few things that didnt need to purchase. Suffice to say I found a new dealer and if you like I have not checked out this shop, you should, and youll probably find a new dealer too because like its really cool in there too very cool floor layout and overall environment.

Outstanding service and professionalism from every one of the guys there. The atmosphere is very Rustic and homey. Its the kind of place you feel you can pull up and just sit down for a cup of coffee with the guys, or walk out with your truck loaded down with gear. Veteran owned and operated with years of experience in guns n gear. They will not steer you wrong.

Awesome shop! Great folks with tons of knowledge. Eclectic and all the stuff you need you didn’t know you needed. If you need it they got it. If they don’t got it they’ll get it. If they can’t get it you don’t need it. Justin is the best.

Best place in town! No other store in all of Acadiana has what this place has to offer. The knowledge of their employees is at a higher level of specific expertise. The owner (Caleb) has built not just a store, but a place that feels like home. The wide variety of products that are offered is of the highest quality you could ask for. The guys and girls working here are some of the nicest and most understanding people I have met. They are willing to take the time to listen to you to see exactly what you need.

The best Gun Shop / Mens Emporium I have ever experienced. I have lived in New Orleans, Greater Miami and Houston and the Rustic Renegade right here in Lafayette, bests all the others. Caleb and staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly and respectful team I have dealt with. You have to go just to understand just how wonderful it is.
