Visited this showroom 3 times in the past 4 months. 2 of the three times I made a purchase. I was fortunate enough to get the Same customer service person, Taylor both times I made a purchase. He was outstanding both times and made my shopping experience so pleasant. Both times I had tons of questions about the items I was purchasing and Taylor took his time explaining every answer and was patient. We met Andrew @ Rooms To Go right after hurricane Laura took the roof off our apartment in Lake Charles It was an emotional and frustrating time for our little family. He made everything so simple. He helped when we asked questions, if he didn’t know the answer he did the research to find it. If we wanted a minute to talk over our options he gave us room to do so. I’ve never really cared for salesmen / saleswomen, most of our experiences have been with pushy “you have to do this” people. Andrew was none of these things he offered payment options, service options, walked us through the pros and cons. Never made us feel dumb or that we were a burden, it was all the same to him. Never rushed us on anything. I will forever, be grateful for that kind of service at one of the hardest times in our lives. So because of that as we are expecting our first child later this year we went back to Andrew to find furniture for new little additions room. As before he did not disappoint was still extremely helpful and hope to continue to do business with this establishment as well as this valued employee.

My wife and I went to Rooms to Go to buy a living room set and a bedroom set. We already had the living room set picked, but we weren’t sure about the bedroom set. Our salesperson, Tasha, was very helpful with our selection. She got an idea of our likes and dislikes and she was able to help us narrow down our choices. She made suggestions, but did not try to push us into buying something we did not want. She was very knowledgeable about the products in the showroom and was very easy to work with when it came to financing our purchase.
