Service? According to Webster’s dictionary as it is writing: The action of helping or doing work for someone. Can we honestly say that it was performed during the time my daughter’s car was here at Infiniti of Lafayette? Well, the answer is an astounding NO!!!! To keep from naming any names I would truly say that the service department at this dealership is far from being anything but Horrendous. I would put it in the category of inept, incompetent and anything else that would be suitable for this service department in a negative term. The upper management should be ashamed of how their service department is being run. I see that the reviews for selling automobiles at this dealership get good reviews, but when you look at the service department reviews WOW it’s a totally different story. I’m not going to get into details, but when you’re being told one thing on your initial visit, then after 3 ½ months later, your being told something totally different from your first visit it leaves you wondering if anybody knows what they are doing here. I truly wonder if an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is being followed within this service department. If you’re looking for a star at this dealership for service, well I can’t justify given anything but a -minus five. Totally disgusting & disaster’s service from this department. I personnel own a Q70 sport and my service department where I service my vehicle is competent and on point in knowing what they are doing.

My salesperson, Calvin Labbe, was by far the best. Words can not explain how grateful I am/was to have him working for me. This guy is full of surprises. Please, by all means check him out. You wont be disappointed 😌

Do not buy a vehicle from them. They are so unprofessional they sell used cars that are lemons. I had the car for almost 2 months the first 3 days my engine light came on an they turned it off. Then 3 weeks later My ac went out an my steering wheel was hard to trun because of Rodents damage the rodents was eating at the wires Now they telling me to crash it so gap can pay it off because my insurance couldn’t cover the damages. It already had a dent in the hood when I got it. It’s crazy because I put 5000 down an a trade in for a 1000 just to get a lemon car. These ppl don’t care they just wanna collect you guys money plzzzz don’t not shop here go to Baton Rouge an shop there more helpful. These guys well do anything just to collect a coin PLZ I MEAN PLZ DONT BUY FROM THEM.

The sales department is great, however every time I bring my car for service there is always an issue. The service department is very unprofessional and upcharge their customers for services that weren’t performed correctly and add on services without verifying with their customer. Very unsatisfied.

Their customer service was exceptional. Store closes at 6 PM and they stayed with me until 8 PM to finish the paperwork for buying my new car. Don’t hesitate to do business with them!

After 3 failed attempts at purchasing a vehicle from other dealerships, Mike and his team at InfinitiLafayette came through for us. No pushy sales tactics just awesome transparency with any pre-existing concerns with the vehicle. Have been trying for a week to get my extended warranty cancelled after trading in my car. At first they took down my message to give to the warranty manager who I later found out no longer works at this dealership. They then sent me to the related dealership by common ownership (the Acura dealership) where I have been given the run around and have been promised the paperwork which has still as of the writing of this review never been sent.

Made an appointment online on Wednesday to bring my car in today, Saturday, for a moonroof shade that wont open and a service light that wont go away. I live 2 hours out of town and was literally tanking up to head to the dealership when I get a phone call telling me that they dont perform these services on Saturday. First off, what happens to those folks who can only come in on Saturday? Secondly, why wait until 2 hours before appointment time to call your customer to make them aware of the issue? Guess I should consider myself lucky to not have been on the road yet. This is horrible customer service for people who expect nothing but best when purchasing their luxury vehicle!

Do not buy a used car from them. As long as you have not signed, they are fine and after nothing, they do not respect what they say and we discover unpleasant surprises : it is worse to buy from them than from a private individual beacuse they are not honest. Dont trust them!

We had a loaner that got a SMALL rock chip on the windshield & THEY DECIDED THAT THE ENTIRE WINDSHIELD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED & THEN HOUNDED ME FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET THE PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE CO. THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT THIS ISNT OUR PROBLEM - ITS YOURS!TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER BUY, SERVICE OR CONSIDER THEM AGAIN!

I had a good experience with them during the buying process of my used vehicle. Although the next day after buying my car, I noticed my front tire was unbalanced and would shake when I accelerated. The car did not do that when I test drove it for over an hour at the dealership. Looking closer at the tires, we realized they were a completely different brand than the tires that were on the car at the dealership. So when they are cleaning up your car while you are signing papers inside, be aware they are actually switching out your tires for less expensive ones.

I scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle from Infiniti of Lafayette . I received 3 separate confirmations stating the vehicle would be ready and confirming I would be there. I arrived for my appointment early. They told my husband the vehicle was no longer available. They also said the sales manager would meet us outside. No one met us outside. I understand things happen. A call or text to let me know beforehand we have been nice. Very poor customer service. They obviously aren’t concerned with customer relations.

I emailed in and got a call from Christopher who is in sales. Told him my needs and wants and it was handled in a timely and professional manner. Straight forward with nothing hidden from sales and when it got to the finance manager the stream lined and professional approach continued. Very satisfied and will be a return customer.

Bill directed us to the right car, answered all of questions, took us for a ride and actually drove the car to our house to see if it would fit in our garage.
