Very great experience. I had two flat tires on my trailer and had to pull over to the side of the road in front of Tires Direct. They had a technician come out to fix the tires right in the middle street. Got a tire fixed and another replaced in under 45 min. A great and professional company that gets emergencies done in a cost and time effective manner. I definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone that asks. I ordered my tires through them, no problem- they arrived the next day. Jacob helped me find the brand I wanted and helped me choose the correct size. Romeo helped me get my position in line for the service, he didn’t let anyone try to get ahead of me(since they were busy that day), and he was very professional with his communication and recommendations. Ibrom did most of the installation, with help from another employee. He was on point with his work and he made sure everything was perfect. The business here Mr. Ramiro Cervantes is trying to scam me for the my headlights from my G37. He called me about my headlights that I was selling and begged that I ship to him. He said “it would be the best Christmas if I help him by sending him these headlights to him and he will return the favor by giving me a discount on Z rated tires when I need it one day” I felt like helping him out and shipped it to him.A month later he is making a Credit Card claim saying the headlights don’t work. I have proof of the headlight on my car showing that they do work right before I removed them (attached pic).There is now an investigation on this Credit Card charge. I am trying to resolve it civilly but he won’t return my calls or text. Let’s resolve this like a man.It’s was the only headlight I had. It’s sad to see how low some people will go. You know it’s wrong, I am not going to allow this scam to happen and I am going to fight this to the end so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will get the law involved as needed and report to the BBB.

2nd time I went there to have my tire checked on it was leaking air. Gentleman came and look into it right away discover a nail was in it got it done in about 10 minutes cost 20 bucks even cant beat that guys. Highly recommend 👌

I have check system light on on my lexus. And asked them to check sensors. They told me that they have tools and they will check it in few minutes. I was waiting 30 minutes but nobody come to check sensors. I ask them again and they told me that battery life of sensors expired. But why they cant told me that immediately. And why they promised me to check sensors and wasnt doing that? Very bad customer service

Don’t waste your money and time here. They charged me for doing nothing. They were trying to convince me that they have already fixed the problem however everybody could clearly.

Made an appointment for 9:00am to have 5 tires installed.Store was still closed and there was another person waiting when I arrived.Walked down the street to use a restroom and when I got back at 9:20 they were just opening upNo one was in the office and none of the shop guys offered to help.At about 9:30 a young man showed up and went behind the counter. As I walked back in to the office, a woman ran by me and was help first. I sat down waiting my turn.Just as the young man finished with the woman, two others walked in and the young man waited on them.When he came back to the office, went to the counter and told him i had been waiting since 9:00.He had no info regarding me coming in or the tires that were ordered.When Expressed my dissatisfaction about the 45 minutes I waited, he began to tell me about his stomach problem???Should have simply apologized and gotten his manager.Then it became my fault because I had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom, even though they were not open for my appointment.I left without purchasing the tires.I refuse to give my business to a company who blames a customer about their lack of customer service or just makes lame excuses.Value is more than just a Competitive price.

I had wonderful experience with the service here. Jimmy was willing to take the time to go over the charges for the 4 new tires that I purchased. He was patience with my array of questions about the product and tire ratings. I cross checked what he told me and he was honest. They even gave me a free alignment. The environment is open and friendly, I kept a close eye on my car and Sam was kind enough to explain how the alignment process worked. I live and work in San Francisco and will be recommending This Tires Direct to all of my peers.

I brought my car in and not a single employee there had a mask on. Not even on their face. While they did have good prices, I wouldn’t feel safe taking my car there ever again. If they don’t care enough to wear a mask, what does that say about their care for your car.

My car had numerous issues when I inherited it from my grandparents. The Tires Direct team replaced my wheels, fixed the air conditioning system, and did an oil and filter replacement. They literally took care of everything, and the 25-year-old car is yet to give me any problems.

I have never dealt with a more rude person on the phone today. I called asking about tires listed on Craigslist, which by the way didnt list the make/model. Only the size. The guy went into a rant, talking about best buy TVs (what?), while insulting me saying I didnt know what I wanted. I literally said I am looking for 4 tires 225/75/r 15. Listed for above 200.If you dont know what I am talking about, then just tell me what you have available of that size instead of insulting me.

I Love that they were available to fix my tire that had a slow leak. I just dropped in and I only had to wait 25 minutes to find out my tire had two nails.I was able to leave and drive safely home thank you!Polite gentleman working here.

Honestly, the easiest car shop Ive experienced yet. We went in for an alignment, and 4 new tires. They did it quick and the price was pretty good. There was no bologna trying to get us to pay more, overall just a good experience. There wasnt anything over the top, but considering my experiences with other places, Ill give it 5 stars.

I will *never* go to Costco again! Got a flat tire and limped in (with my three kids) and they were able to fix it for free but really, I needed new tires. I got 4 brand new tires PLUS an alignment for half the cost of what I spent at Costco (who does NOT do alignments). These wonderful men did all this UNDER 30 MINUTES. Their prices beat the pants off anything in Oakland, where I live, and I will happily drive through the tunnel to have my car worked on by these guys.

Dont ever come here if you have an expensive wheels. The packaging of these wheels are 2 per box, the employee took the top wheel and drop it to the second one causing to chip it. I talked to the owner and they both blame that it shouldnt be like that and its the packaging fault. No remorse nor no apology except for Jacob who apologize and try to help me fix the wheel. Never ever coming back here, the owner just wants your money. I only went here since they have federal tires but I got what I paid for. Do yourself a favor, buy the tires but dont let them install it for you

I changed 4 tires for my Rav4 2018 in $340.00, which is damn cheaaap price and always do tire rotation every 5000 miles @ that price. Guys are awesome here, i would give them 10 stars if i was supposed to rate that. Always recommend people to change their tires here. I am sure that you gonna love this place.

They done a great job made sure I was happy with what I wanted done, and above all they were up front when I ask if I had dropped 100 $ on there property they said yes we have it and told me I could come to pick it up. They dont make them like the guys at this shop anymore

I was in a horrible situation because my tire blew out. I called them & explained my situation. No one carried my tire size but they did! They were able to sell me a very reasonably priced tire & complete the work within 15 min. I was there approx 20 min because they took the time to explain all the other problems my car had. The staff is outstanding so expect awesome service when you visit. I was so impressed & satisfied with the experience that I will drive the 15 miles to get a tire & service from them in the future.

These guys were great! I had a fitment issue on my rims and tires and they let me tap in my fenders so my tires didnt rub! They could have just kicked me out and make me go to gas staition or something! They worked with me to fix my car! Two thumbs up!!

Had a flat tire so I rolled in here with a space saver spare tire on. Back on the road within 30min for $100 even. Not bad for a 19 tire. Its an off brand but I couldnt be happier.

Everyone was professional, nice, honest, and customer oriented. As a woman, I never felt unsure or taken advantage of. They did an excellent job fixing my tire. This is where I will be going from now on!

I had a screw in my tire, and I didnt have much time... I had tried two other shops before going to Tires Direct. My spare was also flat, so while I was trying to get out my spare. The screw had been pulled and plugged... it took me longer to pull in! The worker was friendly, and extremely affordable. They saved me over an hour of waiting at the competition. Im definitely going back if I need any more help. Very clean, too.

Late afternoon on Presidents Day, they gave me a good deal on four tires and installation, were very friendly, and got the job done quickly. I plan to go back whenever I need new tires, and would recommend without hesitation.

In February, my brother was visiting from out of state and had a tire emergency causing 3 ruined tires. We called around to find a company that would give us a good price and mount the new tires right away as soon as his truck was towed to their shop. They were just terrific! I highly recommend this business for their great service, professionalism and good prices. The fact that they are close by in Lamorinda made it very convient as well! Thank you Tires Direct!

These guys are fantastic. Came in with no appt. Jay greeted me as soon as I got out of my car. Told him I had a nail in my tire. He quickly checked it out & showed me that the tire was shot; sidewall was ruined from driving it underinflated. He showed me a new tire & told me $90,give me 10 minutes. In about 5 minutes, he had it done. Also, the $90 was the ‘final’ price with all fees (mounting, balancing, valve stem, old tire disposal, etc) & taxes.I came back for 3 more tires & an alignment - all done in less than an hour.

Called this place because of a ad i came across and the guy anwsering the phone is just so rude i dont get it im a potential customer, and i spend a lot of money on tires, but when i or anybody call for a quote and i or anybody gets a person on the phone that is just rude, i wont be spending my money @ this place i would rather pay a little more money else where and have great customer service .
