Prime did body work on my car in August. They provided an accurate estimate and got my car back to me extremely fast, much faster than they originally estimated! They also responded to all of my questions promptly. The car looked great afterward, and I couldnt even tell that it had been damaged.

They did an AMAZING job on my car it had intense damage done to one side it now looks as good as new.

Pat Bayley and team did an absolutely awesome job repairing our damaged Subaru Legacy. After a quick consultation with the very helpful Pat Bayley, he determined that the damage was minor and only surface level. He was able to get the damaged area buffed and returned to a nearly new state in a matter of minutes. Took my car here for a Geico insurance claim, it all went very smooth from start to finish. Rental car waiting, all correspondence was done through text message. Any questions were answered promptly. I had another dent that they pulled as a courtesy. I couldnt be happier with the workmanship and appreciate the great customer service!

Communication was non existent. Didnt even bother to vacuum the shards of glass from the car. I will be paying out of pocket to get the work done correctly.

A corner on my Jeep Wranglers tailgate was bent and the paint was chipped and cracked. I went to Prime Body and Paint to get an estimate and met with Pat who was polite, timely, and professional. He took photos of the damage and emailed me the estimate, and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. The repairs were done so quickly that I could pick up my vehicle the same day, and the quality of the work was exceptional - completely back to factory specifications with no evidence of damage at all! Should I ever need body damage repaired in the future, I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend that anyone else do the same!

My Subaru Outback was hit in my apartment parking lot during the pandemic, and I was referred to Prime by our mechanic at Becks Auto. If I had to, Id choose Prime all over again!They worked seamlessly with our insurance to coordinate payment and what repairs insurance would approve. The car needed both drivers side doors replaced, and we also had them fix a few door dings while they had it. Youd never know it was in an accident, or that there were a few dents when it went in. They were very communicative, came in at almost exactly the original estimate, and friendly throughout the whole experience. Id recommend them to anyone needing paint or body work!

I went to several different places for estimates. Prime was the most reasonable by far and also had the lifetime warranty on their work. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and explained everything about what they would be doing to my vehicle in detail. They got my vehicle in the very next day and their work was amazing. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and go back if I ever need anything major done to my vehicle again! Oh and as if their quality, professionalism and value wasn’t enough when I picked up my vehicle it had been washed and cleaned inside like it just came off the showroom floor. I would give them more stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!

When my car was hit last year, insurance set me up with Prime Body and Paint. The process was super smooth, everyone there was incredibly friendly and they did a great job on the car. So when I was hit again recently I immediately called them and even in the midst of the current pandemic they accommodated me with quick service by coming to me to inspect my car and even picking it up to be worked on and dropping it off when it was done so to minimize as much contact as possible. I would highly recommend them for their quality work and helpfulness in the good and bad times.

What a great experience! I had a small accident and reached out to Prime. They quickly took over, handled every step of the transaction and did great work. My car looks great, the communication was awesome and it was finished earlier than promised. Exceptional performance!

Got into a nasty accident with a deer awhile back involving my front bumper and my driver side door. They needed to be replaced. It hit hard so the damage was extensive. Everything seemed fine at first after getting the car back, but before I could even get into the car, I noticed the weatherstrip above the door was hanging down like someone had just forgotten to finish that issue or it just wouldnt go in. Not only that, but the driver side door that was replaced does NOT match up evenly where the back side of the door meets the rear of the car. It looks like the door was just slapped on and no body work was done to try and match up the body and the door evenly. The new bumper was a pretty good fit though, besides a small uneven part on the driver side. As for the door.. Its pretty noticeable when approaching from the driver side. When I went to go mention this to prime a little while back, they just told me basically theres no fixing it and thats just the way it is. I just want the gap between the door and the body to.be eliminated. You dont even need to run your hand over the body to feel for it. Pretty disappointed.

Prime Body and Paint made what could have been a very bad experience into a really nice one. They have a system set up that keeps everybody safe during this time of COVID-19. Their estimator Luke Hunley was quick, precise, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Their system for dropping off and picking up the car was flawless and they even helped me by returning the rental car to the rental car company. I hope that I dont need their services any time soon. But, if I ever do, I will certainly go back to Prime Body and Paint.

I visited Prime Body and Paint to have damage on the rear of my vehicle fixed, which was parked when it was struck. I was working through a third-party claim with the other drivers insurance company, Geico. They recommended Prime for their Xpress repair service. I am fairly picky on who gets to touch my vehicle for repairs, so I was hesitant to jump on the first offer. Everything seemed pretty good about Prime after doing some quick research, so I consented. The check-in process was easy and the rental car was ready when I arrived. Chad reviewed the damage and took photos of the vehicle while I was there. Everyone commented on how clean my car was for being nearly 12 years old. We reviewed his notes on work scope and I left the vehicle with Prime for repairs. I picked up the vehicle today and the process was nearly as easy as dropping it off. While the metal and paintwork looked very good at first glance, I was a little disappointed with the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me. There was paint overspray on the rear door, the roof looked like someone drove it down a dusty road while it was wet, an odd amount of dirt and gritty material was left inside the rear trim, the inside rear door frame has rough spots where it looks like the clear wasnt allowed to dry before it was disturbed, and a large amount of adhesive is still present inside the door frame from where it was taped off during paint. The vehicle had been very thoroughly cleaned by hand before I left it with them, so Im quite positive that none of this was present prior to the repairs. They were able to fix the overspray while I was there, but I didnt notice much of the rest until I had already returned home and inspected more thoroughly. Overall, on initial impressions, Id give the entire experience three and a half stars. The workmanship seemed slightly better than I expected, but was overshadowed by the excessive number of obvious oversights in final prep. I understand my car isnt new and I dont expect it to look new, but I was hoping that it would be returned repaired and wouldnt require me to perform any additional work (like removing a large amount of adhesive and rewashing the car by hand) to put it back in pre-collision condition.

My insurance agent referred me here after a high speed deer crash and Im glad he did. From the moment I stopped in I felt like I had personalized service. When I picked it up I barely recognized it; the painted body sections looked like a new car. I had a couple of minor issues with the car after it was finished and they took care of them happily. I called Jeff and he was very open to seeing what they could do to help. My charger has the plumb crazy color for paint...not easy to do matching and blending with out the correct machine. Awesome customer service! Very honest and helpful. Recently had my car stolen. Has been very traumatic time for me.
