My husband has taken his work vehicles here for years and is always happy so it was a no-brainer to take my Pilot in after an accident. This was my first time interacting with the staff and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these guys. I didnt think that was right so I had it towed to Lafayette Auto Plus and they gave me a second opinion that was more accurate. Pros: Did well on cosmetic work.Ivan is a great salesman for the business he works for.Cons: They start ordering parts without waiting for insurance to even approve damages.If you take your car here for a “free” estimate be ready to get it fixed there because if you try and take it somewhere else they will charge you fees. Stating they put their time into seeing what was wrong with it and again ordering parts without the owner of the vehicles permission.Oh and for those who are seeing all these 4-5 stars... they pay them off to. They will literally bribe you for a 5 star rating before you leave. Waving money to hopefully have you forgive and forget them power tripping you to get your vehicle somewhat repaired there. So if you want an unsatisfactory (40% satisfaction I’d estimate on my experience) experience with these guys but leave with what feels like blackmail, then walk through their doors. But I definitely regret walking through their doors. I should have went next door to Gerber.

I can’t recommend Auto Plus enough. The owner Ivan is very professional and nice. They were very prompt with giving me an estimate and getting my car in for service (taillight replacement). The price was very fair and quality of work was great.

Got my undershield replaced here after it started hanging low and scraping. They were extremely helpful and when I went back to pick it up, the repair came in lower than the estimate! So that was a nice surprise! Another shop may have just charged the estimate and pocketed the extra money, but they didnt. Ill definitely go back here for any other work on my car.

I visited this place for an issue I had with the seat belt. They helped me reserve a time for the weekend. For the appointment, they were timely and they took care of the problem right away. Price was also fair. I recommend this place.

I hope you don’t have any mechanical issues because they won’t fix it. They told me that anything that happened in the collision they would fix. When it came down to fixing my mechanical issues they told me they would get insurance to cover it. Then my insurance calls me and reads word for word that they told my insurance the mechanical problems were not from the accident. And they in-fact were. I’m guessing they just like to stick with doing cosmetic collision work even though they say they will do more. So here I am with a good looking shell of a car that I can’t drive because it didn’t get mechanically fixed. So if you want a good paint job and cosmetic work done to your car they do a good job other then that I’m pretty sure there are 2-3 other collision shops in their area you might want to go to if there is more then cosmetic issues you need fixed which most of the times in a wreck that happens. Just my honest opinion

Lafayette Auto Plus is absolutely amazing! Had never had any collision issues before and was pretty freaked out over the process with insurance and everything. But Daniel and the whole staff made it really easy and really made me feel stress free. Another amazing thing is that even though the other driver’s insurance was taking care of the repairs and rental, I was given $250 to take care of any deductible. So I walked out of the situation with cash in my pocket. Don’t do any bigger shops these guys are amazing!

When I was rear ended leaving work I came here based off of good reviews and was not disappointed. I got the rear end of my car looking as good as new with excellent paint quality and they even detailed my car before returning it to me. Will be going back with any other auto body repair needs.

I called these guys to give me a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle that had a rebuilt title. First of all they got me in within 10 minutes of calling. So the mechanic doing the inspection noticed flaws right away with basic components being hacked in and thst i should possibly steer clear of this one. On top of that he noticed all of this with just a few minutes looking under the hood so he didnt even charge me. Thats how you gain a loyal customer base!

I have a good experience working with Daniel to get my car repaired. The price is fair. He initially gave me a time estimate of two weeks but he got it repaired sooner that the promise date. Also, he is good at communicating with me and the insurance company. I was too busy to call him but he always gave me an update on how thing is going on. I really appreciate that. Daniel is a nice guy, patient enough to explain things for me and gave me some good suggestions. He is also responsible and reliable. Comparing to my friend who got her car repaired in another body shop, the staff there always have an excuse on their work. The quality of the work is not great and they didn’t give the car back to my friend in time. Thus, I really want to recommend Daniel if you are looking for a reliable body shop in this area. :D

I contacted Lafayette Auto Plus about an estimate for fender repair. I was also concerned about the safety on highway driving. Dan popped the fender back into place and put one screw back in. We used Lafayette Auto Plus for our first rear end accident over the summer. They worked closely with the other drivers insurance company for us so we didnt have to negotiate any repair charges. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of the work that they did on our vehicle. Not to mention how quick they were able to fix it as well. The other thing we completely didnt expect - they completely cleaned out and detailed the interior of our vehicle (complimentary!). We were thoroughly impressed with their work, and will now recommend this shop for any body repairs.

I went here to get a used car inspected. Daniel and Ivan helped me with this. Both were very knowledgable, friendly, and willing to give fair opinions about the car. Definitely a good and reliable place to stop by for car related stuff.

I ruined my front grill on my Mercedes Benz and was recommended to a body shop by the Mercedes dealership. There I was given a quote. When I came back to fix my car another mechanic told me that the quote I was given was incorrect and needed a new quote which was twice the price of the first. I was highly frustrated and decided to shop around for another repair shop against the dealership’s recommendation.While driving, I stubbled upon Lafayette Auto Plus and the guy at the front desk ( Danny.) After speaking to Danny, I was positive I wanted to fix my car here. The customer service was Impeccable!!!! Great communication from a Danny on cost, time necessary to fix my car, and the earliest date to get my car in. Overall hands down a awesome experience. Greedy! not trustworthyI had a car accident and sent it for repair/ sell estimate. I opt for sell option because it was more feasible. They offered me $600 after deducing towing & checkup services. At first, they were willing to charge only $280 for their services. However, I found somebody else who is willing to buy it for $1500 happily. Vehicle is super clean- I always get compliments for how well I maintained it. The sad part, when they knew I want to pay off their services & sell it for somebody else, the charges skyrocketed to $770 and I was threatened they can increase. I repeat, only checkups meaning they didn’t repair anything.Personally, I would never ever break a promise after I give my word to earn a good $500- even if I can. It is unethical, greedy & hurtful. Ofcourse they won because they were in the position of power and I felt helpless so I lost the good $1500 deal.I still REMEMBER my dialogue with them on the phone•How much are you willing to buy it for?$600 (waived $280 for services)•Is this final?Yes, best price.. your vehicle is in a bad shape, no one would be interested in buying it•How much will you charge me if I want to take it somewhere else?$280I was naive enough to trust blindly.
