I backed into a poll this morning and dented my rear bumper. Ive used C&R collision before so I know they do awesome work. I made an online appointment and was able to get an estimate same day. Karl Hukins was my estimator and he is such a wonderful guy with a good spirit. He is a great asset to this company.

Parts off my car was stolen while at this repair shop and management wants me to pay for it or file under my insurance. Like they dont have a responsibility to protect other peoples property while in their possession.

This was a great experience!! Excellent service very professional, and friendly. They were on time with the work and kept me very informed with text messages. My paint and body work looks like it came from the factory. Very trustworthy, honest company. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t trust any other body shop. You can’t go wrong using them.

C&R repaired the front end of my new 2020 F150 after a wreck(not at fault LOL). I had less than 1000 miles on the truck. C&R’s paint work and fitment is better than factory! That should tell you everything you need to know about their workmanship. Office staff, manager and owner are hands on, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. After reading reviews on all of the shops around Lafayette, I decided to trust my car repair with C&R. I am happy that I did. The work was done perfectly. And, equally as important, they know how to treat people. (I dont put up with rude business owners. Theres no reason for that.) Awful experience. Went to pick my car up 3 times, and the work was not completed properly. The owner was RUDE! I ended up having to bring it to another repair shop for the work to be completed properly. USAA was not happy with this shop at all.

C&R did a great job on front bumper, grill, and hood repair/replacement. Was a small miscommunication on expected completion date. The manager took care of everything and provided me with a rental, and they even picked me up from work and went above. Great shop, friendly staff, taken care of business.

I went to this place because I read the good reviews, but when I arrived I addressed what I needed done.. Mike wanted to do a whole different repair on the car just to receive more money for it! My mother called him to let him know exactly what we wanted done to my car and he didn’t return her call. My mother called again and he said “Someone else can snap that piece for you guys, but we do not do this kind of work over here”. It was just very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, we have been to this place more than we would like being it is a collision repair place. But, I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else. I consider them family because they treat me like family. Best place ever. I have sent three of my closest family and friends there and they were just as satisfied with the service!

C & R, not only made my 2005 car look brand new, they took the time and fixed additional scratches and marks in my paint free of charge. They were honest and prices were fair. 5 stars all the way!!!

This place was very helpful! I was up to date with my car progress, the place itself was clean, the staff was friendly and hospitable and able to answer my questions, very patient. When I got my car back all was great! The shop even fixed another issue on the car thatd been bugging me, which was not on the to-do list. If I find myself in a bind again Ill be coming here!

Impressive new shop and it now has ample parking for customers to check up on or pick up their cars, on cement instead of gravel/oyster shell.Nasty when its wet, and easier on fresh paint. 😉
