We have had both good and bad experiences with Rymes.I called Rymes about a month ago to set up an appointment for one of their techs to come out and give us a quote for adding a circuit to our boiler. Discovered that you can no longer call the local offices directly, that all calls go through the Concord office. Gave info to lady there, who said the Ossipee office would get back to us. They never did.On the other hand, when we called for annual boiler service their tech was on time, friendly and informative, did a great job servicing our boiler, and the bill came in less than we were quoted.EDIT 28 Oct. 2021 We continue to have mixed results using Rymes.Last winter our boiler conked out and their technician came out and diagnosed and repaired it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. This fall we called to get our boiler cleaned and checked, left a message and never heard back. So it seems to be hit-and-miss with Rymes, and my 3 star rating stands.

Had one of their drivers illegally pass 3 cars including myself in a line waiting at the light near dominoes and the gas station because he couldnt be bothered to wait? I was horrified by the recklessness of this moronic driver. Not the first bad experience Ive had with this company either not sure what their problem is.

Leaving because of their lackluster customer service. Waiting all day for a tech to come and disconnect my propane tank. Couldnt give any specific time, hanging around all day. Family run customer oriented business is BS. They have one employee who is customer focused, Matt, the delivery driver. Good guy, honestly cares. Too bad the owners dont follow his lead.

Terrible service. Asked for a quote made me wait weeks. Then once they came for a quote never actually gave me the quote. After a over week of them coming over I gave a call down to the establishment To see what the quote was. There was no information I could be spoken to me. There was no manager available and thats who sets the pricing. Even after asking to speak to a manager was told he was busy with customers. Not happy for having waited over a month and now theres long waits other places. As a veteran and as a homeowner if I had to rely on them I would be worried. If youre reading this review I would take your services elsewhere. They might be the cheapest but definitely the worst customer service.

I was given great service. The Technician was honest even though it meant I would not be buying more propane.

Worst customer service ever. I have NEVER been treated worse in my entire life. I would rather freeze to death in the winter than give these guys my business ever again.
