Ppl r helpful and vary polite they did there best to answer any questions I had honestly and as fast as possible admitting they didnt know answer to some of my questions and doing there best to get me the right information as fast as they possibly could and not just making up an answer because they didnt want me to know they didnt know the answer or just to lazy to find the right answer for me and basically just giving me any answer to get ride of me so Im happy with me experience there and will b going back and would definitely refer others to as well

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific Yeti item that they did not have in stock in the Laconia store. They called another location and had it for me next day. Very friendly staff, well organized and convenient!

Good local lumber yard folks from the community working there. Nice selection of tools and other hardware from garden bags to hot glue. Always helpful service with a genuine smile. A local long standing business with a good reputation.

Great lumber. Picked up almost 80 boards. Hardly a bad one in the rack. Load right onto your truck, cant beat it.

Went to Boulia-Gorrell Lumber Co. to get a quote for a kitchen remodel. The kitchen guy came out took all the measurements and never called back or gave me the quote. I called and left messages at least 3 times and never got a call back. Went with another company and spent about $20k on our new kitchen. It looks great and Boulia-Gorrell Lumber Co. didnt get a dime of it because they never followed up.

Horrible experience. I went there to pick up lumber that my wife called in and paid for, when I got there the guy handed me my slip and said he would tell the guys in the yard I was coming. I get out to the wood with poor directions(telling me to go to the yellow structure that was actually brown), and waited 10 minutes for the help they called. No 1 showed so I started loading it myself. Most of the wood was damaged or not right so I had to pick through the pile. And when I got half way through loading, an employee came up to me and told me rudely that pile better be the way you found it then walked off to smoke a cigarette. Not once was I asked if I needed help. Very pathetic customer service and explains why there werent many customers there.
