I had a good experience in here last year. Now, when we came back for help with a phone that stopped working, the staff was very helpful and got our warranties all taken care of and a new phone was being sent overnight before we left. They even helped us get around the fact that our apple phone that was dead needed to receive a confirmation code to make the process work. In the end, they gave great customer service, knowing they were not going to make a dime off of us today. Hats off to this Verizon retailer. I will be back when I need another new phone or tablet.

What an awesome experience today. I have had a tough 24 hours and really just needed a break. I walked in and explained my circumstances to Mike and he guided me through everything and got me really good deals on a new phone & watch. He got me all set up and running to get out the door and back to work. All while multi-tasking to help others in the store as he was the only associate working. Mike is a true rock star, it was impressive to see him work; helping multiple people at the same time with all different types of tasks. All with a great attitude and very efficient manner. Update- I decided to give the store another chance later in the day. My phone was not working well and I needed it serviced because my email and certain apps were not working. VERY glad I went back! Mike was great!! Very helpful. I got into a new phone, with a better deal, and Mike explained everything well! Great crew there! Thanks again!First post- only gave 1 star.The store hours show Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. Here at 9:15 am store closed and phone goes unanswered

It’s never a good day when your iPhone gets run over by a couple cars but Chris and Jeremiah actually made it bearable. Apple and Verizon are an impenetrable force that Chris and Jeremiah broke down with ease. I love my new phone and they couldn’t have been better. They helped me with promotions, cases and even put my screen protector on for me with no bubbles! This is where I will be taking all of my phone and service issues from now on. Jordin was great! I went in for a new phone and had no idea that I would be leaving without paying a penny the day of. I am new to Verizon so it’s safe to say I’m already having a great experience. I went in with a rough estimate about what I wanted to pay in regards to my monthly payment and a good price on a new phone and he was able to accommodate both so easily! My backup was from years prior, so I wasn’t expecting everything to switch over at all, but somehow he was able to do it all!I was recommended to go here by a friend and I am far from disappointed!

I walked in a few minutes after 6pm. There was a not so friendly woman working with a couple and a guy named Colton working there. He had already clocked out and was ready to leave, but when he asked his rude colleague how long she would be, and she said a long time. He sat down with a smile and Re-clocked in to help me. We didn’t end up finishing only because of the company I was trying to leave to join Verison would not give me my account info. I was exhausted and felt bad Colton was staying extra for me. He didn’t pause to say “no problem and I am very willing to help !” Its rare to find this quality in people. I hope he is rewarded for this excellent costumer service. I would have walked out if my only option was the other woman, but Colton was amazing, kind and very helpful!

That i went in your laconia nh store that a gentleman named Jeremiah brown was very friendly. I explained my situation that I had and was very understanding was able to help me get a new phone. Then help me get a Gmail account and from there helped me set up the phone was awesome. I was very express with the service that I received and made my day better. It’s about time I wrote a review. My most recent experience in this store has my gratitude over the moon. I bought an iPad from another vendor in 2017. Until 9 August 2020 I had only used androids. The iPad was mailed to me and the vendor from whom I bought it rudely refused to help me. Trying to find time, etc. to address problem was a challenge. I tried to get help from Apple from my premises but that failed. The Apple store is a long way from me and thoughts of going there for more disappointment and frustration debilitated me. I bought a book about the iPad and asked a systems analyst friend to help. He couldn’t get the device unlocked. Then I paid for a class. The teacher couldn’t get the iPad unlocked so I could participate with the class. I never used the iPad until 9 August 2020 more than three years after purchase, when Libbie got the iPad unlocked. She also got me sorted out on my android devices, replacing some. If I like my first Apple product I will migrate although I have no complaints with androids. Libbie has compassionately helped me for 6+ years. On 9 August 2020, a Sunday, I arrived at the store about an hour after they opened. I figured I was going to be there a while and was prepared for that. There were several customers ahead of me. Libbie and Michael let all of us know they were intent on getting to us as soon as possible. No one minded. We understand the good faith and that we were not being ignored. We talked a bit among ourselves sharing the loyalty this particular store has generated in us. It seemed everybody had a super rapport already with the associates. I learned from one man he would go out of his way to deal with the Union Avenue technicians even if other Verizon stores were closer. (By the way, I got talked into the iPad at an office supply store. I also bought extended warranty that expired while the iPad was locked.) Libbie and Michael kept everyone happy, checking as new customers arrived to find out what their needs were. Libbie and Michael both stayed way past closing time to help clientele. A new associate came in for a while. Even though he was not on duty, he helped out a bit too. The culture in this store is beyond belief. Today I went back to the store to buy a case for the iPad. The one bought from office supply store didn’t seem right. I assume it cost more because it has a keyboard, separate from the iPad. The iPad seemed precarious in that case. Turns out office supply store sold me wrong size case, too big and put the iPad at risk of falling out. I never noticed because until Libbie got the iPad unlocked it languished in its beautiful box. Jeremiah, another associate in this store has me now with the iPad in a beautiful case, a case that will protect the iPad. BTW, I know Jeremiah from another business where he worked. It was so good to see him again. Customers to this store enjoy the Gold Standard and more. And extra special thanks to Libbie.

Be Careful! First, this is not a Verizon Wireless corporate store like the one in Concord; it is a privately owned authorized dealer. This means that resolving issues with the store can be difficult or impossible. Second, read the fine print. The Galaxy Tab A that is offered free with purchase of a new phone is not actually free. A two year subscription (not free) is required. My recommendation: make the drive to Concord or shop at Verizon Wireless online.

I did not understand that this store charges fees for assistance, I thought when I asked to transfer the content of the old phone to the new one it would be included in this fee. I feel he should have told me to back up the old phone before activating the new one. When I returned home & gave the phone to my husband his contacts and phone contents have to be re-programmed. The Verizon website is instructing to back up the old device before activation. $20 misspent, will only use the Rochester store on Rt 11.

Horrible, rude and ignorant customer service. Spent all day trying to get new phone service hooked up. Was sold the wrong phones, went back to get the right ones just to have to deal with the fraud department and jumping through hoops. After 4 hours the second time around and listening to the manager speak very poorly about my fustrated husband and placing all the blame on us for her employees mistakes we went home without phones . This morning I had to drive to Concord, take another day off from work just so they could take all the wrong phones off of my account and set me up with the phones I wanted. Best part is the cost of the better phones is less than what I was being charged for the phones I didnt want. I highly recommend skipping dealing with this pretend Verizon store and going directly to the real Verizon store in Concord where the employees have knowledge about their products as well as their jobs. My one family day off was completely ruined but I hope the manager was able to go home and enjoy the bottle of liquor she kept stating she needed after messing up my entire new cell phone account, my holiday, and the one family day we should have been able to have in 6 months.

Loving my service with Verizon. Verizon has been the leading mobile device option in New Hampshire as long as Ive been here which has been about 27 years. Still having dead spots on 106 though? The dead zones occur between Laconia and Concord some of them are miles long some of them are very short other than that Id say Verizon is number one for New Hampshire

Purchased a galaxy after having an iPhone for multiple years. What a mistake!!! I have been in at least 8 times since purchasing galaxy to figure out why it wont work correctly with Bluetooth in my vehicle. Last time I went in, a light red headed girl waited on me. I started off telling her the decision I made to switch over was one of the worse mistakes Ive ever made. Told her issue with texting notification issue, she takes phone and starts going through options. Told her I already did that. Then started to tell her Bluetooth issues, I followed it with SORRY IF I SEEM A LITTLE FRUSTRATED....BUT I AM...she looked at me, tilted her head and rolled her eyes. It was like she was saying, WHO CARES!!BIG MISTAKE!!! This is NOT how to handle a customer who is frustrated. Worse customer service ever. They need to hire a team that knows how to work with frustrated customers.I WALKED OUT!

I went into this store, where I have actually purchased 3 phones previously this year, and asked for help transferring data from my old Pixel to a replacement Pixel because of a manufacturers defect. The people at Verizon were so nice on the phone, but I walked into the store and this punk kid told me he wouldnt do it unless I paid $19.95 for him to do the transfer. I have 6 lines with Verizon! I called Verizon and they were appalled, but they said that a franchise can do whatever they want. They did however, file a complaint, because they dont want this to be a reflection on Verizon. I will never go to this store again. In the Lakes Region, I will stick with the Verizon store in Center Harbor, the gal there ROCKS.

Since, I got an Android Note 5 Over 1 year ago, I have made Several visits to Verizon locations for help with this phone and the reps. Only made my phone much worse! Another Android Note 5 was sent to me, But, Still all the same problems Came to me on the New Phone, too, So, How Could that happen??? A representative tried to help me a few times with a landline phone+ this Note 5 Androud cell phone And She Gave Up! Also, both batteries didnt last a month, so, must keep plugged in or battery is gone within 10 minutes-(too many problems with this Android Note 5 Verizon cell phone to write)! A representative finally told me, because I havent been able to hardly use 2 of these right as a phone for over 1 year, that I can get an I-phone,-(As Id asked for in the first place), for free at this point, But, I then lost communication with Her, So, No Name Or Anything!!?? I went in having done my homework for a Note 5 and wanted to pay cash. The manager (Olivia) made rude remarks on how I was wasting my money and that it would cost me much less to go monthly which is how she gets her kick-backs. I mentioned how I had done my homework and that buying the phone outright was most cost effective path. She then proceeded to waste half an hour of my time being condescending to come to the realization that I was correct and she was wrong. No apologies were given. She then reversed her argument when I asked for phone insurance. She said that if I paid for the insurance up front I would save $50 rather than paying monthly. I asked her, is it the same company? She looked surprised that one of her customers would be savvy enough to even ask that question. She said it wasnt. I asked how long they had been around compared to Asurian. She said We have been doing business with them for over 7 months!. She then lied and said the deductible was less with them. Another lie that I exposed to her face. She then said it would be $100 more for the phone than what was quoted by the young lady at that same store. I said Someone here told me it would be the same price as from Verizon. She pointed at the young lady 3 feet away and said (without even using her name) That girl? She just started working here two days ago. She doesnt know anything. I pointed out that it unusual that she be $100 higher than everyone else and to check her list again. She quickly realized once again that she was in fact wrong and the new girl was right. No apology to the young lady she had just berated in front of everyone in the store.Due to her clear anger in being unable to convince me to except a higher cost monthly payment plan for the phone, she chimed out for everyone to hear Well its great that you have that kind of disposable income. Most people dont have that and walked away.I dont usually write reviews but felt this was deserved of one. I support my local community and they should be warned about what to expect from this rude and dishonest store owner.
