Delicious candy and service! I recently ordered several boxes of truffles for gifts and amazed how easy it was to order and how quickly they arrived. I was even more impressed with the quality and appearance as I had to open one of the boxes for quality check. The chocolates were arranged very nicely and the box was full when I opened, really feeling like there was great value. These will make excellent gifts. Thanks for bringing some joy to the world.

Amazing place cant wait to go back there open year around. January they are closed for the month. Thwy make there own chocolates and ice cream on site.

Great experience!! The ice cream was amazing and adding the toppings yourself really added to the fun. The lines of people were sort of confusing at first if youve never been but once we figured it out, we didnt have to wait very long for our ice cream even though it was very busy. Went Monday was closed, thou ad said open. So went Wednesday and brought company. Ad online said dollar ice cream cones. Young man said have not had for three years. Treated company and we all enjoyed ice cream cones. The ice cream was absolutely delicious!! Worth the price. I also bought three boxes of chocolates as I always buy for gifts. Place has been updated. We miss the old Santa sleeping and the elf over candy counter that our children loved to watch. Wonderful memories from the past. Very enjoyable.

I have been going to Kellerhaus since I was a kid. It never disappoints! I always am able to find a couple of gifts, today was no exception. I can easily spend an hour or two just wandering around looking at all the lovely items they have. And dont get me started on their homemade, in store, chocolate, fudge, ice cream, etc.! I got all of the above today! Everyone who works there is super helpful as well. Its a must stop if youre just here on a visit or, like me, live here!

Make your own sundaes… I mean yes please. Delicious ice cream abs great atmosphere. Didn’t try the chocolates but did window shop and they all looked amazing. A must when in Laconia!

Kellerhaus is a wonderful classic family-friendly ice cream destination. It looks like a Swiss Chalet house. And it also has several gifts stores with lots of tchotskis. At any rate, its very classic, they make their own ice cream it smells great and its a very good place to take your family and friends for, once again a very classic treat.

Cool stop for candy, ice cream and souvenirs. They have some cool displays including a live bee hive.

A very unique shop. The player piano was delightful, the gift shops have so many unique, quality items and the ice cream was delicious. We wanted one of everything in the chocolate section but settled on some turtles for later since we had just had ice cream. I tried their lemon sorbet with raspberry and blackberry puree, banana chips, light drizzle of marshmallow, whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted coconut - heavenly!!!

Had a 2 scoop sundae. My friend had the same. That included the sundae bar that had different toppings. I remember the gentleman that waited on us. He was so nice. To me the staff have always been friendly and courteous and that goes a long way.

We arrived literally 5 minutes before closing and didnt even realize it. We offered to come back another time and the staff insisted we still come in and grab whatever we wanted. We enjoyed un rushed, delicious ice cream, was able to browse the gifts and enjoy the experience. Ice cream was great, staff was super friendly - would recommend! I came here as a kid on vacation every year, and bringing my kids here it was just as great as I remember it. Theres souvenirs for kids/adults, candy and homemade chocolates/fudge, and food/ice cream options for takeout or dining in. Ive never had the food here, but I do always buy more candy than I probably should. I highly recommend getting some fudge and chocolates!

Great place! Loved the way it was decorated and all the little things to look at, never got bored waiting in line for ice cream cause there was so much on the wall to look at and read! Ice cream was amazingly good! And loved the ice cream bar! Being able to choose my own toppings and put as little or as much on myself was soo great very glad this Id one of the only places still around to offer an ice cream smogashboard

Ice cream cashier told my son to take off his mask while he was in line for ice cream. My non vaccinated son (due to age) said politely that he hasnt had his shot yet and the man said, well you dont need to wear it here.Eh... Eh.....Im glad he kept it on, and it wasnt pushed any further but it wasnt cool.Ice cream was decent, kids had a good time none the less..

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and its still a great place to visit as an adult. Make your own Sundays is the highlight but they have a bunch of gifts and their own homemade candy. If you have kids this is a must see destination when visiting the lakes region.

Unfortunately, not like when I was a kid. We loved the ice cream in the 80s, but I guess my tastes have changed. Good memories, but not the exactly the same. Still was fun to walk through the store.

A stellar ice cream sundae bar with indoor seating over looking the beautiful New Hampshire scenery is what you’ll find when you enter. They also have a pretty substantial selection of all sorts of knickknacks inside of their gift shop. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!

A quaint and lovely shop serving house made chocolates fudges sweets an ice cream buffet. They also have a store selling knick knacks. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the samples delicious. A great place for Christmas and souvenir gift shopping!

We went for the Colossus (their 10-scoop behemoth of a sundae), which was awesome. Ours included 7 of their homemade ice cream flavors and I liked every one of them. The maple walnut may have been my favorite. Banana chips on the sundae were surprisingly good. Id definitely go back and try their ice cream in normal portions :) so I could focus in on tasting some of the individual flavors. Yum!

My first time to this place, took my wife and kids. Awesome service and they’re respecting their customers by wearing masks. Of course of my of kids had to go to the bathroom and I dropped his and my ice cream. As I go up to place an another order they wouldn’t charge me, who does that? What an amazing customer service. And oh yeah, ice cream was amazing and very well priced.
