I always try to shop local so I went in to get balloons for my son’s graduation party. The older women working was nothing but rude. Seem annoyed she had to blow up a couple balloons because “she had a ton of preorders” She could not get us out of the store quick enough. Absolutely no customer service skills and because of her I will not be back.

I absolutely adore this place, its about average price for most things. But Id rather support a local buisness anyways so I dont mind spending a couple extra dollars. They have a very large variety of stuff. From cheesy to classy gifts. The staff is 99% of the time amazing. And they always are there to help you with ideas, special orders, masks etc. 10/10 would recommend i go there every few weeks

Overpriced and I never seem to be able to find what Im looking for when I go (i.e., not a large selection of invites to choose from for an event i was planning). But what really bothers me about this place is how the employees never acknowledge their customers when they walk in. They just continue their chit chatting and dont greet you or offer to help you find something. The lack of courtesy is a real turn off.

I am from Boston Ma they had the cutest stuff. A lot Handmade I got my door a beautiful from for my dad for Father’s Day. It was $15 honestly I would have paid$30. The woman that work there are friendly and kind. What caught my eye about this store it said Masks and we all need them I am so glad I stopped in. Anything to support small businesses. The have all kinds of sports stuff cheap prices doggie stuff party goods they have it all thank you girls

Love the customer service with Holly!! I called for balloon deliveries for separately themed parties, and she took her valuable time to speak with me about options. The large balloons were all perfectly color coordinated, festive, and fun! If youve ever tried delivering more than 20 balloons before, it isnt easy! (Ive sadly lost many ) The balloons totally made the atmosphere festive and more fun! I cant thank Holly enough for making the parties easier and stress free for me. If you need a go-to dependable and reliable party store, this is the business to use! I will be back every time Im in need of a friendly, helpful, party representative. I absolutely love it here. If youre having a party, this is the place to find everything you need! I love that one whole side of the business had merchandise, other than party supplies. It has very unique and fun gifts. Every time I visit, I see something new. Thanks for keeping it fresh!!

Nice store, the store clerk I would say isnt very friendly.for a party store she should be a little more happy I feel but overall pretty good. Prices are a little high. But they do have a discount bin. I wish they had updated party supplies, they seem a little behind on whats cool at the moment with kids. I think they would do better if they took some time to see whats popular at the moment. They have a nice selection of confetti, solid plates, cups wedding supplies. Stuff for BBQ. I would just keep up with the trends for Children.

Wide variety of party supplies and gifts. Very impressive store that was founded in 1991 according to the manager Holly Welch. She and her assistant were helpful. Great customer service. The go-to place in central NH unless you want to travel south to Manchester.

I really like them and the variety of supplies they have! They have different items than most other stores around which is nice. The only thing I dont like is that they over charge on anything that doesnt have a label. Theyve done this to me twice now in the past 3 months so just watch out for that!

Got most all of my sons birthday supplies here last year and was very pleased with the exceptional customer service. The pricing may be a bit more then buying from a massive retailer but our local shops like this one give back to our community by sponsoring our local sports leagues and charity auctions etc so its well worth it!

Pleasantly surprised to find this delightful Gift Shop. I found hand crafted jewelry and gift baskets filled with locally sourced treats.

Wide variety of things for party supplies but not ever the specific details I need. They do have a great gift shop included for tourist gifts and unique gifts

This place is extremely overpriced and the staff is usually not very amiable. However, they have a great variety and they have things others dont. So... You dont really have a choice if you want to shop local. Friendly tip, buy the things you can get anywhere, regular latex balloons, weights for balloons, table cloths, napkins, plates, silverware, etc at other locations, such as the dollar store first, then perhaps Walmart, then hobby lobby. The go to this store for your fancy mylar balloons and any extras. Also, note that the mylar a dont always stay blown up for very long from here in my experience. Dont forget that a themed party doesnt have to necessarily be perfect, mixing and matching similar colors and themes can be just as classy and fun, and way cheaper!

Horrible costumer service. The staff popped 6 of our balloons we brought in (6 dollars for us to buy those ballons + 6 dollars for them to fill them up) THEN they told us how its worth six bucks. After that the two told us how they are garbage ballons! After that we thought we were gonna get our 6 dollars, we waited. We thought that because they mentioned how thats worth 6 bucks. Then they said in a rude tone you dont get money back, its not our balloon. They could of simply gave us a couple of extra ballons since it was their fault that they popped. They were blowing up the ballons so large! One after another they were popping. They could of asked us if we just wanted to blow them up by our mouths, or they couldve blown it up less. Before us the ladys wrapped a gift for somone, and because that someone was not standing at the counter waiting, she slammed it on the table, rolled her eyes and said where are they?. I am very dissatisfied with our trip. They have very poor costumer service, and are VERY overpriced. The only pro I can think of is they have a good selection of party things. Overall, not good. Will not be shopping their again.
